After getting into a minor fender bender, my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision in Burke. Great location as it is right by my house. Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is amazing and the work was excellent! They made the car look brand new and even cleaned the interior and exterior! They assisted me with the rental car by securing me transportation to Enterprise and I was even able to return the car to CC instead of Enterprise when I picked up my car. That was super convenient. Their communication was fantastic. I was kept informed of their progress and they even use text messaging if you d like. I appreciated that because that is my preferred method of communication. While I hope to not get into an accident again, I would absolutely use this company and location 100 times over. Well done, Caliber!

My insurance company uses Caliber Collision and I discovered why: All aspects of the repair were documented and followed up on in a timely and professional manner. My car looks fantastic! The process was painless for me: Professionals did their job thoroughly and this is often not the case these days. I was referred to the Burke, VA branch of Caliber Collision ~ I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision! Getting hit by a truck is stressful enough, but the team at Caliber made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They were always there to answer my questions and explain the work they were doing. My car looks great and I truly appreciate their commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. Finally, I want to recognize John - he was very professional and extremely nice to work with! Every question I had (which I had quite a few!), he called me back right away and explained everything in detail. Thank you again, Caliber Collision!

I highly recommended this company especially the Sandy Spring, Burke location. The shop and the staff are courteous, repairs are top notch quality and job on time or ahead of schedule. The staff keep you informed at all times. Excellent service!!!!

Jordan at the front counter always worked with a smile and good sense of humor. John exceeded expectations on customer service. He was an advocate with my insurance company and took care of addressing a shortcoming from a previous company. My car is fixed and looks great.

After having my vehicle involved in a hit and run I chose caliber collision to complete the repairs, I m so happy I did! I m so impressed with the quality of the work done in such a short period of time! Brian was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way! Someone hit my moms car and her insurance company recommended this company. My mother is terminally ill and they did a great job taking care of her. I had to step in at some point as my mom had a cranial hemorage which was life threatening, and required immediate surgery. I'm sharing this all because this was a very unique situation and the company did a fantastic job switching over to me as their POC and did a great job working on her vehicle, which allowed me to focus on my mom. At the end of service they even drove her car over and picked up the rental they loaned her. Superior service! I would absolutely recommend this company. By the way, everything went well I'm with my mom's procedure and she's back home resting. Great story to share all the way around!

I had to get a dent and a scratch fixed on my car, and was told it would take 2 weeks. Not only did caliber collision fix it in less than a week, but they did such a good job! I was a nervous about getting it repaired, but their team answered all my questions and were so understanding and friendly too!

I had the best experience at Burke Caliber from start to finish. Tia was communicative each step of the way and kept me updated as bumper was being repaired after collision. She returned calls promptly, answered all questions, and followed back up on the day she would. She ordered additional parts for areas not related to accident to be repaired and documented separate invoices clearly (personal vs. auto claim) so there was no confusion at checkout.She notified me car would be ready earlier but when she found out my insurance was not covering my rental. She max sure it was going to be ready that day. Saved me an extra day on car rental.Please ask for Tia when you bring your car here. Will be using this location for all future repairs as long as she s still there!

My 2014 BMW received a new rear bumper due to accident damage. The quality of the work is very good. The customer service person (Mr. Dovel) was professional and courteous. The car was returned when they said they would and I was kept informed of their progress almost dally. I haven't seen this kind of service anywhere else. I recently had a trunk and trim panel that needed replaced on my Lexus after getting hit in MD. The front desk gentleman was very nice and set me up with the 1st available appt with an estimator that week. Everyone in the office was very nice and kept me informed on the repairs (the part was on back order from Lexus). Once the trunk and trim panel arrived I was able to get in and out within a a week. My elderly mom's car was hit in a parking lot and we chose Caliber after reading their reviews. Not only were they fast, they treated my mom like THEIR mom. I picked up my car today from Caliber Collisions in Burke, VA location - I can't even express how wonderful the people are at this location. My beautiful 2007 Mercedes convertable was in an accident and I was so worried it was going to be totalled. I called around to get an appointment with several places and nobody seemed to care about my concerns until I spoke to Yumi Perez the Office Manager at Caliber/Burke. She was reassuring and asked me if I could bring the car in. I was welcomed by a smiling young man - Jordan at the front desk (always helpful) and said Yumi was expecting me. Not only did Yumi end up helping me; she also asked the General Manager, Adam Wortman to take a look at my car. He said that he would personally do the estimate. They did not have an available appointment for a week; but I didn't care. They were well worth the wait!!! They figured out a way to repair my car without totalling it; which I didn't believe was possible. No other shop would have taken the time and effort to repair my car. Then they indroduced me to Sidney to magically repair my car. Sydney called me 3 times during the process just to keep me updated - who does that!! And when i went to pick up the car Sydney said he would wait for me and take lunch later- again who does that!!! The whole team was there when I picked up the car; such personal service!!!My car is back to being beautiful again and it wouldn't have happened if itwasn't for the body shop "With A Heart"!!! I had a wonderful experience with a noise in the rear from an accident. They were able to get the part for me quickly and have it installed within a week.
