Great experience at BMW of Fairfax! The service professionals are trustworthy, competent and fair. Car was serviced quickly and I was a walk in with no appointment. Prices were fair and the video car inspection was awesome. If you are in the area and need service for your BMW, definitely give them a chance.

Danika was amazing! She greeted us right away. She helped ensure that all of our needs were met. And she gave us regular status updates about the repairs we were having done.Regarding the repairs themselves, they were done fast and everything was explained to us. They fixed an issue that the Alexandria location couldn't figure out. And they found a needed repair for an issue that wasn't on our radar. We will be taking all of our business from now on the Fairfax, VA location. Even though it's further from our home than the Alexandria, VA location, it is well worth a longer drive.

The service performed is always excellent! Robert always services our cars and he s absolutely the best.The downfall is the drop-off and pick-up process. Why do we have an assigned service provider but never see him dropping off or picking up when he s clearly there? We like consistency and when Frankie was there, she always greeted us and made us feel she knew us as long term customers.Picking up the car should not take 40 minutes! The car sat in the garage finished and ready to drive away. The center was not busy. It literally took 40 minutes for them to move 1 car and pull mine out. I watched the entire time. I had also asked the person checking us in for the online discount which had not been applied. Another wait for the cashier to go get approval. Again, if we had a consistent advisor, these things might not occur.

Derrick Chambliss is the best service advisor I ve worked with on any vehicle hands down. He goes the extra mile to make sure any vehicle service goes well and with a quality output. He always has the customer s best interest in mind and being very true to what really needs to be done vs what can wait. Derrick always calls you back when you leave a message which might seem minor but is something that is valued by me. Outstanding customer service hands down. My vehicle needed warranty work which I wasn t sure how to go about using and Derrick made sure he walked me through the process and also gave me great insights on what I had as coverage. Overall BMW of Fairfax Service Center is amazing and the process to drop off the vehicle, get a loaner, get status updates, and finally pick up the car was seamless. I highly recommend going to this location over any other one in the area.

Highly recommend stopping into this dealership. They have a nice selection from all BMWs! Karim the salesman provided great customer service, and was able to fulfill my needs and get me into my new car quickly. I drove from out of state and it was well worth the drive don t hesitate to take the drive out to BMW of Fairfax Virginia.

My first choice for service on my BMW is always BMW of Fairfax rather than a gas service station. They honor their appointment times and the facility is bright, clean, comfortable. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous and patient. And you leave there confident about the quality parts and service, plus a newly washed car! A shout out to Robert for his kindness!

I wish there were more STARS to give to this Amazing person by the name of Thomas Grant , Service Manager . He's so so awesome. Every single time , I have interacted with him he goes above and beyond my expectations. He's a true Gem for BMW Service Center . I would highly recommend this place to anyone simply because of him. Thank you so much Thomas for all you do! The Car Sales / Service industry truly needs more people like you who genuinely cares for their customers :)

Everything was done really quickly. I had a last minute addition to my appointment and the kind people of BMW were able to help me with no problems. They were extremely transparent about what were my options to resolve my tire pressure issue, even showing me pictures of the screw that caused my tire pressure to go so low. I went in with a coupon for brake service and turns out the cost of services was even lower than what I expected. Everyone there, especially Derrick Chambliss, were very nice and helpful, would highly recommend!

I needed urgent and unexpected repairs to my BMW this week (of my own doing, nonetheless), and called BMW Fairfax Service Center for help. Without even asking them if they were available, I told them that my BMW was on its way there for urgent servicing (and despite me never being there before). Their response? No problem, we ll be ready. Try that with other car brands and see if you will get the same response (spoiler alert, you almost certainly will not). And sure enough, they were ready. BMW Fairfax put me in a loaner car, fixed and detailed my BMW in about a day (see the below photo), and with extremely reasonable costs - that being my biggest surprise as I always thought that dealer service centers would be significantly higher. Plus they threw in a hat, which did it for me. A small gesture but it meant a lot. I am a BMW driver now for good. Give them a chance. Super easy to take my car in to get serviced. I just got a BMW. I used to have a Lexus and took my Lexus to the Alexandria service center. It was always a mess there. This place was amazing in comparison. My car was ready within a couple hours and everything seemed so organized and polished at the service center. There weren t long lines of people waiting. In and out. Easy. Happy.

Extremely satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by both Emily and Franklin when having my car serviced. They took the time to listen to any and all issues that I needed addressed with the vehicle, and Emily went above and beyond to try and get the information I needed regarding my warranty. She kept me informed through the process as well as what my warranties covered and ensured I was fully satisfied with everything before leaving the service center. I will be sure to work with Emily and Franklin for any future visits as they exhibit the highest level of professionalism I could expect from BMW.

As a BMW owner for 10+ years (with hopefully MANY more decades to come) I can t emphasize enough how exceptional the service is at BMW of Fairfax. I live in Arlington, so there has been an occasion or 2 where I brought my vehicle to the equidistant (probably a smidge closer) Alexandria BMW Dealership and the integrity/quality of service didn t come close to that of Fairfax - and I don t foresee myself going anywhere else for Service after my last visit to the alternative At BMW of Fairfax, I have never once received an overzealous, absurdly pricey, doomsday Service Recommendation List or been met with aggressive sales tactics - just knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming information/options with individuals who are passionate about cars and have a genuine understanding of what a customers car means to them. A+ all the way for BMW of Fairfax, keep up the good work comfortable environment.

Thomas Grant was my service advisor. Hands down, one of the best at BMW Ffx. He took such great care of me and I was treated with white glove service. I would also like to recognize the foreman in the service department that s really good friends with James the service technician. Always have a good experience with Fairfax BMW. They are helpful and experienced, willing to answer any question. Didn t leave 5 stars because for some reason they didn t give the X3 back washed and cleaned this time. That surprised me.

Dena and her technician were great! I had a problem with my vehicle that prompted a check engine light. However, the tech through the guidance of Dena were able to pin point the problem very quickly. I trust my car to Dena since she always takes care of me. Would recommend you talk to her if your BMW needs service! Best experience every single time.

The service rep was great and of course the service itself accomplished its purpose. However the wait was over 4 hours and the cost excessive. To top it off, their nicest perk which was a cleaned car wasn t available because of renovation. Granted the latter is nice but not crucial, however was magnified by the combination of the other two problems. For the first time in ten years of ownership of the BMW I have, I m considering going elsewhere next year.Update: After being contacted by the BMW of Fairfax manager Mike Walker with a concerted back and forth, I am very impressed - in fact both personally and professionally impressed with the care they showed me and the concern over my review they had. It was 3/5 but I'm changing it to 5/5 due to the aftercare. The problem I outlined still happened and it needs to not happen again, but the effort they made and the empathy they showed was enough to convince me that I will come back again next year and whenever I need maintenance.

BMW of Fairfax is definitely the center you want to take your BMW. From their clean environment and professionalism, they uphold the BMW brand exceptionally. I drive 2006 325i BMW and they handle my car with care every time. This was my fourth visit there and I've been satisfied every time. Just very honest and helpful staff. With service like this I'm very proud that I drive a BMW.

Been having some problems with my 2015 X1 M Sport and almost giving up several times with this vehicle. But every time I come up, and being a little upset I always asked for supervisor in charge and always telling them my dilemma. I bought this vehicle brand new and garage kept and all. It s my baby and I treat him like my race horse. This is the reason why I bought BMW cause of the driving experience you have never felt before. I was satisfied and it s there. I love driving this car and would not trade it for anything else. But I slowly finding out, maybe it s also true that BMW is high maintenance and it gets very expensive frequenting the shops. I came to the point that I was so frustrated and almost sold my baby for whatever until I met the service boss and took his time to hear my frustrations out and really listened to me. I think he saw at me like how much I love this car. He explained to me in details what is going on with my car like a doctor telling you all your options to cure a sick person. The details were clear and he made sure that I d be taken care of no matter what I have decided to do with my vehicle. He was honest and straight to the point and made sure whoever the service guy taking care of me to make sure I am satisfied. I even heard him in the background yelling to his crew, We wanna make sure we keep customers like this well treated and we give special attention to the BMW vehicles that they love and so proud of, that s why we are here for, to keep the BMW legacy!! Recently I took my vehicle to BMW of Fairfax for maintenance and Mr. Bal�zs Kiss was my Service Advisor. He patiently walked me through the list of items up for maintenance and made recommendations. This was the second time I worked with Mr. Kiss at BMW of Fairfax, he is knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend setting up your service appointments with him and will be sure to ask for him when it is time to take my car back for service.

Service was fine/everyone pleasant, but waited 20+ minutes for the car. When it finally arrived, there was an empty cup in the cup holder, meanwhile there was also a half full plastic water bottle floating around in the rear passenger flooring. No big deal, but would have expected better.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW Fairfax and I must say, the experience was outstanding considering all the problems with my 2010 car. From the moment I walked in, Dena was greeted me warmly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout her whole process. Dena kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing fair pricing options. Repairs took some time, however, not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. Dena recommended I use Sunbit to help me with finances on my repairs which worked out perfectly. To show you just how committed Dena was to make sure I could get my car out, she stayed after closing while I went to the bank to add additional funds to my account. (Who does that?) BMW Fairfax has proven to offer reliable and trustworthy automotive services as well as with their people. Dena's exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty. Thanks again Dena!!

All the service technicians that have assisted me have been exceptional, but Robert Curry especially stands out. Most recently, he took the time to explain in detail so I would understand the problem(s) with my car and went above and beyond to help me. Something I really appreciate about him is that he me feel valued and truly cared about my situation.
