I had a great experience getting a new I4 Xdrive40. I was looking for a car to switch from the Tesla Model 3 and made a great decision to check out what BMW had to offer. Nick D. was a huge help with showing me what the car offered, answering my questions and providing useful information. I would definitely recommend visiting this location and having Nick help you out! The entire process was smooth and I was kept informed on the status of my car coming from Germany which was great.

We worked with Alex to finalize a lease on a new BMW on March 28, 2024.. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car's features as well several purchase and lease options. He is also a very personable guy, which made it easy to work with him. Cameron set up all of the technology in the car for us. He was also well versed on everything and incredibly patient with us. Financing was a breeze! Great experience and really excited about our new car!

Erick was fabulous! He was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We appreciated the time that he took to explain everything to us and guide us through the purchasing process. Karim was so great. He is a excellent seller and has amazing customer service skills. He is knowledgeable and accommodated our car to our needs while giving us the pros and cons at all time. He gave us the freedom to decide ourselves.On the other hand, the financing guy was on another level: he was pushy and got upset whenever we were telling him that we will not add what he had to offer to our package. I know you guy have to sell insurance but his approach was just to rough. Also we refused to let me pay more than $1000 with credit cards unless I get their insurance. That was weirdOnly for my Interaction with Karim (the car seller) I will give 5 stars but the financing just need to do better.

I have always dreaded the car buying experience because it was always tedious, time consuming and you leave dealership feeling like you did not get the best deal.This time around is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Neal R. was upfront with me, no gimmicks. He was very professional, patient and friendly. My friends who went with me were also very impressed with the level of customer service we received.The financial guy Souli? (can't remember the spelling of his name) was also great. He worked with me to ensure I got my dream car.I would recommend this particular dealership to family and friends. In fact, I have started doing just that. I had visited another BMW closer home but I wasn't impressed enough to buy from them.

I recently visited BMW of Fairfax. When I arrived I was met by Erick and talked to him about a car I was interested in. He answered all my questions, was really friendly and didn't come off as the typical used car salesman that you meet. He was straight forward with me and didn't pressure me into a sale. He made the car buying experience a breeze and ultimately I bought the car and got a great deal. Next time you're looking for a car I highly recommend BMW of Fairfax and ask for Erick Bautista! This will be a long review with my experience with BMW. I bought a 2021 bmw X1 brand new back in 2021. Here recently I ve been having major issues with my car first problem rear differential went out costing 5k to replace. Car had a total of 64k miles. Luckily I had extended warranty or else the repair would have been out of pocket. 2 months later a part within the turbo went out, costing approximately 1800 dollars to repair. My separate extended warranty covered the cost. The car has been serviced by BMW since I initially purchased it. The car is driven well and maintained to top standards. This is my first experience owning a BMW, BMW emphasizes that they are to move people with products that evoke emotions. Not from experience I will likely trade my car for Honda or Toyota. This is only vehicle that s I ve bought em brand new with serious issues with it. The price you pay for unkept should reflect the reliability of the car. I will say one great thing is Erica service advisor she has been the best customer service representative to me each time I came for my car service. Her level of commitment to ensuring I had everything I needed was impeccable. She deserves recognition from her leaders on how well of job she does. I was also approached on possible trade in with some assistance but due to current market conditions I would be at a lost with all that is happening. I want others to seriously consider researching their car of choice to determine if it s the right fit prior to buying because after the 50k warranty it seems parts break sporadically and occur charges that will eat at your pockets.

My 2024 BMW X7 has been in the shop for 10 days. It only has 500 miles on it and we still don't know when we're going to get it back.Follow up to my post last week. My car has now been in your shop for 18 days and still isn't fixed. We only owned the car for 16 days (6 of which we were out of town) before it had to be towed away. It's now been with you for longer than we had it. Konrad did indeed reach out. The one star review is a reflection on BMW, not Konrad, he is doing the best he can. All of the excitement and fun has been sucked out of this experience. It's far from the luxury experience we envisioned and expected at this price point. We don't even want the car anymore!

Alex Zelkin (Client Advisor) and Zen Mani (Finance Manager) provided me with the BEST and fastest car buying experience to date!!! OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Both gentleman are very informative and had all the answers to my questions. When I arrived, Alex immediately got me all set up to test drive the vehicle of my interest. Upon my return, we sat down and he move me through the process of purchase seamlessly (NOTE: He has also been VERY quick to respond to any questions I have had since my purchase by email and phone!!)...I headed over to Zen, who provided me with the best options on warranties and his experience of being a BMW owner, gave me great ease with my purchase. I asked him if he would send me all signed documents via email, and before I got home, all docs had been sent!!If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle I IMPLORE you to ask for Alex and Zen!! You won't be disappointed at all!!!BMW of Fairfax has is in a great location, easy to get to, offers a large selection of superb vehicles and you will be surrounded by a wonderful and knowledgeable staff!!!

Absolutely amazing service with a highly experienced team. I drove 300 miles to purchase a car from this dealership and it was the best experience. Everything was ready for me when I got there, they knew exactly what to do and went above & beyond to make it simple and easy all while being extremely thorough. Servicing my X3 was a breeze here. There were a ton of appointments to choose from that did not require weeks of waiting. Walid was my service advisor and was polite on check in and kept me updated throughout my service. The waiting area was clean, plenty of seating options, and snacks and beverages available as well. My appointment took less time than anticipated. I look forward to continuing to use BMW of Fairfax for all my future service needs!

Recently, the BMW Service Center fixed a car door that another non-BMW service establishment replaced but didn't properly attach, resulting in over 2 inches of water having leaked into the rear floor board, soaking the carpet. In the meantime, I had issues with my insurance co, which put the repair on hold for several weeks. One of the service managers and Dena, my service rep, regularly communicated with me with status updates and were very understanding with the delays imposed by my insurance co. They gave me a BMW loaner car and let me keep my car on their lot as long as necessary. It is a pleasure dealing with the personnel at this service center. Not only do I trust the repair work, but I enjoy dealing with them. They are very professional in a time when establishing relationships and trust are difficult to come by.

The Team at BMW of Fairfax really took care of me with the purchase of my X5 xdrive 40i. From start to finish my guy PJ went above and beyond. I originally visited to check out a vehicle I saw online, he made sure he located the vehicle although it ended up being sold earlier that day lol. I returned 2weeks later to see him and made a purchased that I love. PJ was patient and if it was something he didn t know he went and got the answer and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
