To begin, my car project was very uniqueI had an early 2000 S500 that was given to me by a late family member. Hadn t been started in a while and most people didn t want to touch it.Even when I drop the car off, the owners themselves didn t really have a lot of faith at first look. But as the experts and professionals they are, they told me they would try.They were able to not just start my car, but get it back to running shape. The professionalism and responsiveness of this company as second to noneThey let me know my options, we talked ideas through and they really were patient with my hectic work schedule. They had to keep my car a few weeks after it was done and not once that I feel pressure or any type of negativeness from them.If you re looking for A personal experience with Ton of expertise you need not look any further. You won t be disappointed.

I have an older Mercedes that suffered mechanical failure in a part which is no longer available. Emile and the team were able to get my car in right away and fabricate a fix on short notice. Can't say enough about the friendlies, timeliness, expertise and value of this shop.

I've worked this shop for the better part of a decade even dating back to their shop in Alexandria. Great experiences, we've spent tens of thousands servicing many Porsches and Mercedes with the shop. Understand the business conditions over the years have changed in the independent car repair industry, but unfortunately had some recent bad experiences working with the shop. They couldn't articulate the "why" question beyond a canned response when it came to service needed, no opportunity to talk to someone, mechanic or diagnostician (Emile, etc.) knowledgeable on the topic like years past and felt like a fight to get them to perform the basic service as it was requested - so gave up. Like loyalty doesn't matter and they didn't even care to have a quick conversation, as an engineer by trade, was just trying to better understand. I really am heartbroken as working with this shop has always been top notch, great interaction with the owners and really sad things have changed. I expect this behavior working with a high volume dealership but not the staff of a small independent shop.

Great company that listens and cares. These folks worked on my sprinter van driving it all week to figure out a solution to an intermittent issue that was plaguing my work van! Trust others around town to fix it and no one could deliver!!!! Highly recommend.

This is a top-notch shop. Everyone here is very accommodating they service, my fleet of Mercedes work vans. Wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else!! Highly recommend them!!

Recommending Benz Elite. I have been to a lot of shops around here. Had a problem with a broken lug nut in my 99 mercedes E class. Emile fit me in the schedule and fixed it for free. Needed it quick for an expiring inspection rejection notice. Shop was also clean and well organized. Very impressed.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I should ve posted sooner because I forgot the gentleman s name in the picture here.. but I gotta say this is going to be my go to shop for my Mercedes. I found this place on Google with amazing reviews and i can totally understand why now. I needed to get a B service done; called in the evening and they got me in the very next day. Dropped off the car in the morning around 8:30am and they were done with everything by 1pm. My office is literally about 4 blocks from the shop and they kindly gave me a ride (as I was wearing heels!) when they were done and it was at the end of the day when I was done with work; they actually came to my office BROUGHT MY CAR there so I didn t have to waste time driving back.. What an amazing customer service!!! In addition, they had taken care of my inspection (which was expired like 2 months ago, shame on me ) which I totally forgot to mention to them. I was so grateful that I took a picture of the gentleman who brought the car to me.. I believe he s the brother of the owner. Anyway, thank you again Benz Elite Automotive and I ll definitely be coming back!

A true gem! I've been driving different Mercedes-Benz for nearly 20 years now and have tried numerous auto specialists in the DMV, including dealerships. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. The team here is amazing and one of the most generous and honest business owners I've ever met. They are so consistent delivering the best customer service and peace of mind every single time I come here.

They are enthusiasts first & mechanics after! Great people & great prices. Top notch work! Just one example...they saved me almost $7-8K on a side step & fender replacement quote on my G55 from a MB Dealer by repairing the one i had bent for free. Yes i said FREE!!

Expectations are everything. We had an appointment at a dealer and brought it there for service. For 5 days, they did not look at the car. We called multiple times and never received a direct answer.We decided to look elsewhere. I call Benz Elite and spoke with the owner. He was kind and helpful. He tried to save us money by looking at our warranty. Amazing!Our engine light went off so we have not brought the car to him, but I have no doubt that he is the first person we will call for service.When expectations are met, you are happy. When they are exceeded, you are grateful. I truly appreciate the time and effort spent with me despite not yet being a customer. He exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for his kindness. I hope, in a small way, this review will be helpful to his business. Thank you

The team of mechanics here is super cool and they know their stuff. I say this as a knowledgeable DIY mechanic, who did almost an entire restoration on a classic 190E in my own garage myself. And I am having the finishing touches done by specialty Benz shops like this one.First job the owner and his team performed on my car was a Fuel Pressure accumulator and filter replacement. Finally, my car now starts up without long cranking times, even when the engine is hot. And the labor price was right.The old adage doctors make the worst patients rings true for auto repair, but these guys put me at ease compared to other Mercedes shops.This is quickly becoming the only place I ll trust with my classic. They re always busy, so book your appointment well in advance.

These guys are excellent. They are service oriented, professional, efficient, and competent. The dealership was unable to fix my issue with a steering lock, and Benz Elite explained the problem to be so well, in a way that I could understand it. They accepted the vehicle to try to repair it, when the dealership had given up and told me I need to junk the vehicle, and they had me back on the road in 2 days. I m so grateful for their work!

Awesome, honest, upfront, and reasonable. You honestly don't find many businesses that view the customer as family like Benz Elite does. They pointed me in the right direction on my 2010 E350 and saved me thousands. Super impressed and would highly recommend. Their reviews say it all.

The Benz Elite group is awesome. Recently I took my 2014 Mercedes Benz GL 450 to check on a check engine light situation. They diagnosed the issue and told me I could pick the car up the next day after running a bunch of other tests to make sure nothing else was wrong. When I asked Emile what I owed him, he said $0.00! I said no brother, you diagnosed it and there should be something I owe and he said Nope! This may seem like not a big deal, but it is. He had every right to charge me. However, when you treat people as clients and not transactions you always do what is right. Great job team. I will be bringing the car back for all the servicing requirements and anything else that comes up (hopefully nothing serious). By the way, if something does come up that is serious, I know they will take care of it in the proper way and at the fairest price.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Benz Elite thoroughly investigates each issue and will prioritize repairs when finances are tight. If a repair needs to be performed immediately to prevent serious engine damage or could potentially compromise safety-they will be straight with you. I found Benz Elite after being told by The American Service Center in Arlington VA that my newly obtained Mercedes would require $8000 to pass inspection and fix an issue that should have been covered by warranty. When I told the "Customer service rep" that I could in no way come up with that kind of money, he told me I should donate the car. (I still owed $8,000)I was then recommended to Benz Elite in Alexandria, and I could not have been happier. The repair cost $500 (American Service Center was going to charge $5000! I still have the estimate as proof). The other repairs recommended by The American Service Center were either unnecessary or could wait another 3-4 years.The repair professionals at Benz Elite have caught serious issues on not only my car, but also those of friends and relatives that other service centers missed. Cost is reasonable and repairs can be trusted. Everyone in their waiting room have equally compelling stories and they have a loyal clientele with good reason.

I am so glad I found this place. There are not many specialty Mercedes shops and these guys are the best in the area. Emile and his team are awesome and very very honest. Let me Start by saying that these are not your traditional Mechanics, these guys without a single dough are MASTERS at what they do, i had the pleasure to know each member of this shop and they are extremity knowledgeable. they always appreciate to see you and your car, but the beauty of this shop is that they dont just treat you just like their customer but more like part of their family. i have trust issues in terms of who is going to work on my c63 and without a dough i can always be sure that in the hands of Emile and his staff my car would always be in good care, in a short amount of time i have build confidence and trust in Benz Elite and i am happy that finally got to find an outstanding shop with A+ service and unbeatable rates . Thank you Emile and their rest of their staff and have a wonderful New years.

I have been using Benz Elite for years! It's hard to find someone you trust with your car - they are efficient, clean, competent and the staff is great! Excellent Customer service. Greta greats you on the phone when scheduling and her customer service is 5 stars. Emile and Eddie are the best in the business. In February 2019, I purchased a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet that needed repairs and service that had been ignored. Benz Elite diagnosed the problems, provided a realistic estimate, and completed the work in 3-4 days. In between oil changes, they are always available to answer my questions. The 911 is my daily driver and has been running smoothly and reliably ever since.

Stopped over there to have my transmission oil changed and check on some alarms it had. They re very professional and knowledgeable. Very convenient to work there while they re working on the car if you have a remote job and the Uber is too expensive. Highly recommended for any Benz owner to see them.

My friend who owns Mercedes referred me to Benz Elite. I had service engine soon light on in my BMW. Turned out it was leaky engine gasket and had to be replaced. Eddie was the guy who was responsible for this and I must admit that he is amazing and highly courteous guy who has great knowledge about the machine. He was quite informative and gave me detailed explanation of "why you should or should not". I was very impressed by the service. I do not have any issues and its been 1 month now.Guys, you just got yourself one loyal customer. Keep up the great work. High quality work at low price.

Emile, Greta and team were absolutely fantastic!!!I had an extensive amount of work done on my SL500, and it is rare to be so happy to spend a few thousand dollars. But that is what it felt like because 1) their professionalism and courtesy cant be matched 2) the facilities are top notch 3) their work is meticulous 4) lastly and most importantly they are honest.If you are all about going to some fancy restaurant to be seen then go to a dealership and get your work done there. If you are the type who likes to go get the some legit authentic homemade cooking, where you feel like family - the Benz Elite Automotive is for you.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

As a somewhat "sophisticated customer" who's been wrenching on cars, both old and new, for almost 15 years, I tend to be very particular when it comes to taking my vehicles to be serviced. Generally, I do all of my own maintenance and repairs with few exceptions. Sadly, most shops take a negative view of a customer like me, knowing that I will more critical than the average customer.Emile and his shop impressed me. He is very friendly, honest, and patient. He is also very technical and able to communicate clearly. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said that he would do it, and for the price that he said he would do it for. Additionally, his staff is very polite and friendly. The shop is clean with a comfortable waiting room.For these reasons, I am very pleased with Benz Elite and will be back in the future.

Emile did a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a vehicle that I was looking to buy from another state. His experience with Mercedes and other high-end vehicles put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns, inspected the car inside/out, and then provided my his honest advice.I wish I lived near his shop because I would be a customer for life.

I cannot stress enough how great this shop is. Emile and his staff have the integrity that you want in a MB shop. Prices are reasonable and they are fair and honest. I recommend BenzElite to anyone who drives a Mercedes within 100 miles of DC. With a V12 I always worry about getting fair treatment. I don t have to worry here. You have a customer for life.
