Unresolved Suspension Issue and Unprofessional TreatmentI visited this auto body shop with the hope of fixing a noise issue in my car's suspension. Regrettably, the experience was deeply disappointing. The mechanics were unable to accurately diagnose the problem, leading to a series of ineffective and unnecessary repairs. Despite multiple visits and payments, the original issue with my vehicle remained unresolved.What compounded my frustration was the unprofessional response I received when I expressed my concerns. The owner insinuated that I was attempting to get free services, which was far from the truth. My intention was simply to have my car fixed properly. This accusation was not only unfair but also reflective of the lack of customer service and professionalism in handling genuine customer grievances.When I requested a refund for the ineffective labor, considering that the suspension noise issue was never fixed, my request was bluntly refused. This experience has not only cost me financially but also left me with a vehicle that still has the same unresolved issue.Given this experience, I am unable to recommend this shop. It's crucial for potential customers to be aware of my experience, which was marked by guesswork, ineffective repairs, and an unprofessional attitude from the management.

This mechanic shop took $2000 from us and we drove off the lot and the car broke down. When I called them back they said we were pretty much out of luck. Stay away at all cost, my next step will be to get my lawyer involved.

Stay away from this place. I bought a car from them. 2 days later Chrck engine light came up, plus some other issues. I text John and Ali. John said bring it on will see.But when the time came they did not do anything. They said the car was sell as it is. Undetand that. But not expect the check engine come after 2 days. This BMW 750i are expensive to fix. Think twice before to buy car from here. They come with their hypocrite smile, just to sell. Stay away from here.

I'm lucky Max called me about a used car being available. When I visited the first time, it was a clean and organized dealership. Perfect sized in a way I felt their professionalism and small enough to build a personal connection. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly to my family - wife and kids!

Faris & Sam & Max we re so patient while I made my decision on what car I actually wanted. After two hours I finally made my decision & they were all so sweet & welcoming. I definitely will be returning for the exceptional customer service

Highly recommend if you need to buy a car, repair, or enhance anything automotive. I brought my car in the morning, given the head mechanic Ali 24 hour notice, and about 24 hours later the work I wanted done was completed with meticulous detail. I can't stress enough how much they care about your car's problem, or what your vision is in terms of paint or aftermarket enhancement. Ali and the owner were extremely welcoming and they make you feel as if you are truly a friend and that you will treated as such.Price is extremely competitive, and I would have paid double anywhere else for the service they provided.They accommodated my request at the end, since I was going to be late getting there, and left the car with the keys in an accessible place.Perfect, simply the only place I will be going to from now on for any automative needs, including selling my current one and buying one from them.

Zack Owens (General Manager) offers professionalism a commitment to ensuring he gets the best rates for you when buying a car. I am truly grateful this man was at the Dealership I randomly called from a google search. Zack makes the entire process painless. Purchased my 2013 650i BMW from this dealership! It was one of the easiest purchases I ve ever made! Sam and Farris were both straight forward and professional throughout the entire process. I admit being a bit hesitant due to reviews, but I figured it was best to get my own opinion. No regrets!

We found the car we wanted online. We worked with Sam and dealt with most of the communication via text, which was great for us. We flew down from Maine to pickup the car. It was exactly as described, and the process was smooth. Highly recommend these guys, they're awesome!

I purchased a BMW 535i from AP Fairfax and feel awesome about the car and the cost.I made an appointment on a Sunday with Ali and 2 hours later drove home in my new car.Ali went with me on the test drive, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle,After the test drive, I met Max the owner, and I could tell that he really cared about me as a customer. He was not pushy or used sales tactics. They had just recently received the car and he was honest about still needing to do a Service on the car, He told me me to come by anytime and they would take care of it, and they did. He also offered me a reasonible and fair price for my trade in.This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. They are a small family owned dealership that specialize in High end vehicles.Everyone I dealt with gave me individual attention along with being kind and courteous. I would highly recommended this dealership

Delt with FarisEVERYTHING was lovely......originallyThen came the trouble.Couldn't pass Maryland inspection. Now I have to get my own tags after paying for tags and title...will not recommend buying here if you are a Maryland resident. Not happy

Even though my husband & I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from AP Fairfax, Carlos was fantastic to work with. He actually helped us steer clear from a car we were considering buying from another dealership due to a massive manufacturer issue we weren't aware of. He sat with us and pulled up articles with proof of the issue. Carlos was super kind, hilarious, and didn't hound us or try to get us to buy a car we weren't comfortable with. He was incredibly knowledgeable! Highly recommend chatting with Carlos about all your car needs!

Faris was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The customer service I received was over top and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a used vehicle in great shape go here. You can also get work done on the vehicle by their auto shop.

Thanks AP Fairfax! Nice, quick and easy process. I was very pleased with the quick responses and amazing customer service from everyone at this dealership especially Mr. Zack Owens, he was able to get me into a car that I absolutely adore and I am truly thankful for him and the owner for working with me and helping me get what I wanted. Stay away - shady dealership. Was sold an SUV with a broken rear DVD player and given an official document during the sale stating they would replace. 4 months later the owner refuses to acknowledge the document or replace the DVD player. Also, 3 months into ownership, the cheap wheel paint they used to cover the damage has all chipped off. Slimy car sales at it's finest.

Buying a car at AP Fairfax was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Not only do they have great cars, but the buying experience is customer-friendly, very low pressure, and extremely enjoyable. In particular, Zack is top-notch and made purchasing my vehicle very straight-forward, easy, and fun. Thanks again AP Fairfax, I will certainly come back for a future purchase and will be telling my friends and family as well!

I worked with Mr. Zack Owens to explore different options at this dealership, and everything about his service was excellent. Zack provided a warm and welcoming demeanor, was highly knowledgeable about all the vehicles that were on sale when I came in, and was happy to assist and provide suggestions in purchasing the vehicle best suited to me. Zack also helped to walk me through the process of buying a car for the first time, with honesty and fairness; I of course have heard all of the worst things that you can about used car salesmen, but I verified the information that he gave me regarding loans and purchasing the vehicle and was surprised by his integrity and morality in educating a first time buyer about the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of fantastic deals on exceptional cars, and was very happy with the service provided to me here.

I had a wonderful experience with AP Fairfax. From the time of my first contact, Edward Salmon was extremely responsive, kind, encouraging and very helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured. He did a great job of explaining the buying process, producing the car history and having the car ready. Looked brand new. Drove beautifully. The best part about going here is that AP Fairfax is all about growing and maintaining customer relationships, and they do a great job. I will definitely refer family and friends. Btw, I love the car!

The compliance Manager Robin Brevard is disrespectful and unprofessional. My husband found a vehicle at this location, put a down payment and thought he was finished with the finance process. A week later they were still asking for pay stubs and other information he already provided. After he naturally became irritated and asked them what was going on, Robin demanded he returned the vehicle. I overheard the phone call between her and my husband. I was floored by the lack of customer service, she insulted him (downing his profession), threatened him by saying she knows his boss (even though she didn t have her facts straight and was referring to a previous employer) and proceeded to tell him to bring the car back. OH AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP $1,000 OF HIS DOWN PAYMENT. Absolutely not! Maybe if you took care of finance approval professionally, there would be no issues. Who lets someone drive around in a car for a week and it is not financed? Their excuse people don t want to work these days and we don t have a finance manager at the moment. Not our problem! Don t sell cars then. I see in the reviews they have scammed many others by letting ppl drive cars that were not financed and pocketing down payments. Unacceptable and unethical. These people are rude and lack integrity. We returned the vehicle and are done with the headache. I highly recommend NOT going to this dealership.

This used car dealership is totally the best. All cars are nice, clean and you can tell that they are all well maintained and well inspected. It almost felt like I was buying a brand new car. Louis who helped me in this buying process is a top-notch, very friendly and honest. He even helped me to ensure that I'm getting the car that I was really looking for and as well as the interest rate that works for me. He was absolutely right when he told me over the phone that he can beat the interest rate that my credit union was offering me. I was totally happy and extremely satisfied with my new car and really appreciated the deal I got. Jim who handled the financing and all paper works is a very nice guy, very professional and straightforward in doing business. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great used luxury car. Excellent customer service.

I definitely am 100% satisfied with my Mercedes purchased from AP Fairfax. Thomas Yong assisted me and was outstanding and very responsive. Zack Owens, the general manager was very nice, attentive & efficient as well. This dealership exceeded all my expectations for my friend and I both from a dealership perspective and the vehicle. I highly recommend them for exceptional service and being true to their word about their vehicles.

I just got my Lexus sedan from AP Fairfax. I had the most wonderful experience with them. Matt who was my point of contact. His patience with helping me was greatly appreciated. Matt went above and beyond to find us the kind of car that we were looking for. We are incredibly pleased with our purchase. The dealership s entire staff acts like customer service professionals. The purchase process is painless. He has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Matt has been nothing short of extremely professional, responsive and patience. No high-pressure sales, straight forward, friendly, and go over and above to help. If they do not have it, they will try to find it for you too

Very professional. Sam was outstanding and new all about the car and it s features and made sure to help me out with anything I asked. I paid cash and they were ok with that and they didn t push me to finance, which I appreciated. They have a nice inventory and treated me and my money with lots of respect. Would definitely recommend
