Came in to pickup gaskets the employee had ordered for me. Got there and learned he hadn't ordered them. This location is actually down the road next to wawa, not where Google maps says it is.

Horrible service. I came in for a battery check at 6PM yesterday (well before closing time) and the girl at the desk refused because it s dark . My car was right in front of the front door but if she doesn t want to do it, what can I do? Came in again this morning and she was there again and refused because it s raining . It was barely sprinkling. I called over the manager on duty because obviously this girl isn t interested in doing her job. He said I don t work in the rain. Again, it was sprinkling, my car was right in front, and the test takes mere seconds to do. I went to an AutoZone where they happily did the test and I bought my part there. I think I ll stick to AutoZone from now on.

Good selection and fast checkout. I like the e-receipt option. Go here to get a quart of engine oil if the dipstick indicates it is low. You do check the oil level when you get gas, right?

Purchased indicator bulbs that the advanced auto part showed me when looking up what to buy. They didn t fit so I went back into the store less than 10 minutes after purchase. I asked if I could return the completely working bulbs but because the package was opened they refused. Any person who s worked retail (like myself) would ve just accepted the return, repackaged and sold for a slight discount.

I walked into the store and was instantly greeted. And was helped right away. I had to get windshield wipers and was shown an easy to read display and a very clean store. Once at check out my coupon didnt work. But have no fear they had one to share! They put the wipers on for me and off I went. Thanks so much!

Needed things for towing my camper. They had everything we needed and happily took a return that was the wrong size when we corrected our choice. I was standing there with an arm load waiting for my son and a young man asked if I needed his help. I assured him I was just the holder of items and he said I was doing a great job! Nice to be appreciated.

That sales associate Logan was very very helpful. I'm autistic and tend to disacociated. Not only was he able to help me find the product I was looking for last week but he also suggested something new and boy is it worth the extra money. Definitely recommend this location.

Moved to Virginia from California and the battery could not stand the cold. Ordered one online and came to this location early and Angel got my battery and installed it for me. I definitely recommend this location.

My rating is for the pricing and the way the store handled my refunds. Do not buy unless you check prices else where. I recently purchased a battery tender - last one on the shelf - without looking up prices. While I was open the package to use it, my brother asked me and said the price should be 30, not $43 that I paid for it, and showed me the prices listed from several places. I brought it back several days later to ask for a refund, and if not possible, a price match. The manager told me policy for refund is UNOPENED NEW item, and policy for price match is at point of sale, not after. After a lengthy discussion, I asked for the customer service number and called it. The agent was nice enough to agree to a one time price match. I gave this place my thus rating because I never had a problem with exchanges or refunds before at other locations. However I learned my lesson and now I will think twice before head over to Advance Auto to make my purchases. There are other choices out there with the same if not better services, and definitely better pricing!

They are always helpful with recommendations, and the pricing is fair. Special orders come in reasonably fast. My only complaint is that stock levels sometimes seem low, especially on sale items.

Jonathan was fantastic when my daughter needed a new battery at 800 in the evening. She is a college student 4 hours from home. Jonathan helped me order the correct battery online, had it waiting when she arrived and installed it quickly. He deserves a raise!

These guys are so helpful. I was just purchasing some air filters and mentioned that I had a check engine lit on in my wife's car. The cashier guild me that he could run a diagnostic for free. I thanked him after he ran the test as I now understand what's wrong. These guys helped in the past with a battery issues and other things. They are the best.

I usually pick up my online orders here to avoid waiting for a parts lookup and pull. They are always ready for me! I have learned to verify the parts match my order after a few returned trips for wrong parts.

This Advance Auto store is well stocked. However, if they don't have a part, they will order it. In our case, they'll have the windshield wiper this afternoon so our car will pass inspection (on the next to last day of the month!). Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful. Free parking is right outside the front door.

Billy who is one of the cashier people there, knew what battery to get for my car, and how long it would take to replace it. And he did it within one hour before the store would close for the night. I recommend this place for auto parts.

The manager Edwin is the absolute worst. The store is a mess people are waiting in line to be served. He's loud and anxious. We can do better advanced auto. This is not a Latino store send him somewhere that he's needed. We do t want him here.

Terrible customer service, asked the staff, specifically Will B for help about car cleaning because I m a woman and not very knowledgeable in the field of cars, in return, I received horrible attitude from them and refused to help. From there, I went to see the manager and told him what was going on, received a dirty look from him and the staff team proceeded to argue with me. Horrible experience and suggest you don t come here. And this receipt is an entirely different story

We normally buy universal wipers at C*stco but have been having problems with fitting universal wipers to our MB so we came here. The sales staff made sure we had the right fitting OEM ones for our car after testing another universal fitting one they sold here. I would not hesitate to come back here to purchase again. Great service.

Terrible experience. One customer in front of me.the cashier took 4 phone calls while we stood there waiting.how about helping the people in the store shopping left after 15 mins and went across the street to auto zone and had great service. In and out. And they had 4 customers

This store is terrible. Firstly they give me incorrect advice to make me buying a wrong item, the worst part is they lied to refuse the return of the product; the product was perfectly clean, they could not find anything wrong, but a guy said he smelled something, whatever he smelled must be from his store, not from the product. I would never buy anything from this store.

The person that helped me with my headlight for my Corrola S... was off the hook!! Looked up the halogen bulb and then informed me on how to install it... Wish I had got his name, but he was African American... Which doesn't matter... just wanted him to know and tell him... Thanks big time!!!

This store doesn't comply with the return policy posted on the Advance Auto site - they will not issue store credit if you've lost your receipt. Head down the road for a better Advance experience.

Guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful.. Convient location. Not the biggest store, one I use to frequent was bigger, but selection and stock was good. Glad to see one so close to my home..
