I recently brought in my new van for repairs and diagnosis to ABS and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Not only did they efficiently diagnose the issues with my van, but they also replaced the timing belt on our second car.The staff at ABS were wonderful to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to providing amazing service. They went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner.I highly recommend ABS to anyone in need of reliable and professional auto repairs. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

Every step of the way ABS Unlimited offered fair and accurate assessments of my vehicle.Ed, Matt, and Christie handled my concerns and car with care and respect. Chuck Le gave a thorough and attentive inspection to my car.I am very appreciative of this welcoming and knowledgable shop in an area, when so many are simply looking to write up big tickets.... Had my car towed here by AAA. Matt took my call and answered my questions before my car even arrived. Once they had looked at my car, he explained everything clearly and laid out my options. Unfortunately, it was an engine issue and I needed to deal with the car company directly. He called around the area to multiple dealerships to help me find answers. Great service! Will definitely be going back.

This was my first time at ABS, they did a 4 wheel alignment on one of my vehicles. They were very easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy, everyone I interacted with was very professional.They gave me a very detailed report of the alignment, explained everything very well and the car is handling very well.ABS is now on #1 on my list of go to businesses for service of my vehicles.

THE BEST!! I was in and out for a state inspection in just 10 minutes (after booking an appointment on the easy-to-use website)! Spacious waiting area w comfy chairs, a tv, and great coffee :)

When I brought my car to ABS a few weeks ago, the techs couldn t get my hood open. They called and explained that the hood latch was broken and quoted me approximately $600 to fix it. Everyone was nice and friendly, but I decided to see if I could get it fixed somewhere else for less money. I brought my car to the Subaru dealer and they revealed my hood latch was bone dry and they applied lubrication and the hood now opens and closes fine. This was done completely FREE of charge. Unfortunately, I have to say I am very glad I brought my car somewhere else and saved a ton of money.Another note is that ABS also wanted to charge me about $160 for two hours of labor (trying to open my hood) after I agreed to the free diagnostic they offer to first-time customers. The techs didn t complete the free diagnosis after getting my hood open so I was able to be reimbursed part of the labor charge. It was a misunderstanding and the people I interacted with (Ed and Christie) were super nice.

Highly recommend. I've been taking my cars to ABS for the last decade. They're very technically competent and careful, and don't use scare tactics or lies to make customers get unnecessary repairs, unlike most of the other companies I've gone to in NoVA. As a well established, family run business that's been open for a long time, they're able to maintain their high standards. Even with two older cars, I've seldom (maybe never?) seen them take more than a day for even more complicated repairs.

It's tough finding a good mechanic to work on your car let alone a great mechanic. ABS fits in the category of great. I brought my car in for a second opinion for some auto repair work and after receiving the quote and talking with Ned I decided to let them do their thing. It's a family owned business and that's how they treat you! Wonderful staff and fair prices.

I found ABS thru Google reviews. Their communication is definitely on point every step of the way. They ( Matt ) called me every step of the way before ever doing anything without my permission. Everyone there is nothing short of genuine & honest. Matt went above & beyond for me when I needed it most. Although my vehicle is a loss, I'll only bring my others to ABS & refer others to them. THANK YOU ABS

Excellent service on my car. I get turned off by high pressure service sales, especially when I realized that I didn't need the service they were trying to sell me. No high pressure at ABS and they give you a very thorough assessment of your car's condition when you take it in, so you can decide if you want additional work at that time or can put it off until later. They explain everything well, so you understand what your car's condition is.

ABA Auto have been amazing! I've waited a few months to post this. I did not want to curse anything, but they were able to fix an oil leak that three other car places were not able to fix at all. My car hasnt leaked in months and has been running better than it has in years. They are all very kind in there and worked hard to help me keep my old car running. They do not over charge and I would recommend them to anyone in the Fairfax area who needs work done on their car!

Amazing customer service, and Matt was wonderful to work with. While the waiting area is clean, they offered me an Uber to and from my home which was a nice surprise! They also provided a full inspection report, with photos. I will definitely come back here for all my auto needs. Glad to find this place!

The staff are honest and happy to work with you to explore options so you're not paying a ridiculous amount for first-party parts. Ed and the rest of the staff were very transparent and thorough about what they found, and were willing to explore workarounds to expensive parts replacements that worked well. I felt I was in good hands the whole time.

Brought my car in for a 2nd opinion on some recent issues I was having. The staff at ABS were not only thorough in their diagnosis of the problem but also provided exceptional service, fitting me in at the last minute and providing me transportation to home and back as it was a full day job. Thanks, Matt for staying late to check me out so I could get back on the road. I m a new fan of ABS!

Mechanics are courteous, prompt, and communicative. They will give you an assessment of important repairs vs those that can wait. It is better to make an appointment, so they can get to your car right away.

My friend recommended me this place. Kristy assisted me with thorough information about tires (what to pick, price, brand etc since I have little knowledge about this). Got all my tires done and other services after that. Really happy with their service and have no issues so far :).Since then I have come to ABS for all services needed for my car. The team there have been so attentive and explained the services thoroughly, Matt and Ed once patiently explained to me that what I saw on my dashboard wasn t check engine but simply maintenance reminder. Very great experience with Ms. Christine and staff.She explained very well regarding the situation and issues in Chev 2020 car. One of friends suggested and I liked about them ABC Auto Repair. They real care about their customers and welcomed them as a family. I walked into the shop and was treated in a Professional manner left my truck behind and within an hour or so they emailed me a report as to what was wrong with my truck which I thought was a great idea you were able to read the report it was all legible I decided to do some of the work that needed to get done , they were great I would recommend them to anyone .

The Team and ABS was able to take my car in on short notice and address items that the dealership said they could not do (crazy, right?). ABS is a team of professionals that will tell it to you straight and deliver on their plan to address your needs. ABS was able to get to the bottom of a longstanding issue with our Toyota Prius (a parasitic electrical drain) that a number of other shops (including a Toyota dealer) couldn't figure out. Highly recommend ABS. They work with you to understand what repairs are necessary and they are honest and up front about the whole process. You get a full overview of recommendations/overall inspection first with photos of needed repairs and then they talk you through it. I ve heard them honestly tell customers with such expensive repairs they should just buy a car because it would be less expensive and they ve told me that I can wait on borderline things if I don t want to do it now. I really feel like they aren t after your cash now, they re in it for the repeat business and they ve had mine for 10 years now.
