I recently used A and Z Auto Car for some work they were doing on my vehicle, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The shop was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to customer service. All in all, I have to say that I was very satisfied with the experience overall and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done with excellent customer service.

My car initially failed safety inspection (at a different garage) for breaks and tires. I took my car to A and Z Auto where mechanic T was able to help me out immediately by replacing the breaks, same day and ordered (4) new tires. When I dropped my car off later to install the new tires there was an issue with the size. So mechanic T installed higher end tires that were in stock for the same price as the cheaper price ones I initially paid for so that I was not inconvenienced. I can tell my car runs better after taking it here.Great customer service, great price, great communication, and great work. I recommend A and Z Auto Care

The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and honest, and the prices cannot be beat. My car needed an expensive repair, so I took it to a few garages for price quotes. A and Z Auto Care not only had the best price, but also seemed to have the best understanding of the problem. Ever since then, I've been taking my car to A and Z for all maintenance. They do great work, they do it fast, and they have great prices. Also, the owner seems like a very nice guy.One last thing to note is that the garage is located behind a strip mall, so it's a little hard to find. But once you find it, you'll be glad you did!

Found this place on a whim. It was Sunday I think and I needed an oil change ASAP. They took me right away. After my oil change they said next time I was in I would probably need a battery since mine was old. I thought they were very knowledgeable. Didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. Truly nice people. So now my husband goes there too. I think I ll be taking my car here for all its needs going forward. It s hard to find a reliable mechanic and they have definitely won me over. I have know Mr. Tuan Nguyen for several years now. I have ALWAYS known him to be honest and straightforward. I have had instances where dealerships have provided estimates on work that they claimed needed to be performed, only to have Tuan show me the alleged malfunctioning part is working correctly. He only does what is needed for a fair price.Also, I must give kudos to Bill, the Service Manager. Top notch and always excellent service. They are the ONLY ones who work on my vehicles.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I am a first time client at A and Z and I have liked the service so far. My car has been having issues for a while and I took it in because no one else could figure out what is going on. The problem still persists, but I feel more comfortable letting them continue working on it due to the level of professionalism and willingness to fix the problem rather than turn me away.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

When I find an honest, reliable mechanic with fair pricing, I stick with him. Mr. Bui is not only honest and fair, he is also extremely responsive. Although I've had some difficulty with his telephone system, whenever I've dropped by with service questions, he has taken the time to discuss my options, and has consistently performed oil changes on the spot for me. I have gotten estimates for services elsewhere, but have NEVER found better pricing than Mr. Bui offers.

This is a great place. Honest, competent, and reasonable with pricing. I brought in my car in June for a sizeable repair, and I could not be happier with the result!! I highly recommend them and will return for any future needs.

My car failed emissions and I came here to get it diagnosed and fixed so I could take the car for emissions. Tuan probably applied some bubble gum fix and charged me 200 bucks. He managed to do emissions testing at his place itself. My car still has the emissions light on and I paid 200 bucks to not get the check engine light fixed but just to get my car pass emissions testing. Complete waste of money.Also just a month before I took my car for emissions I had spent 300 bucks to get the car serviced for 60k miles at this same place. At that time tuan did not mention anything about any problems with the car that would cause the car to fail emissions. Completely disappointed at not just how the service station did not diagnose any problems during the 60k mile check up but also did not fix the problem when I took the car a second time when it failed emissions. Stay away from this place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
