I only have extremely wonderful things to say about Ali and his service. He was very professional, and did an excellent job with fixing a scratched rim. The repaired rim now looks even better than the other rims! All the staff at the shop are friendly. The wait time was also excellent, and they gave me an update on the status of the job periodically. I will be going back to the shop for more auto services, and will recommend the shop to friends. Please go by, you won t regret it.

Let s talk about it I have a Tesla Model Y Performance and had a very hard time believing Costco when they told me two of my rims were bent. Based on some websites and reviews, I ve seen some wheel repair places were very skeptical to me of believing the works. I decided to call and was able to set a same-day appointment for the consultation and ALI pointed out the same exact rims that I was told even though I did not mention that to them before they did the consultation with me. I was given the honor of being able to witness what I did not believe in. My car feels like it s supposed to be!! THANK YOU! A+++++++++!!

I hit the curb hard. It was beyond self repair damage. This is first time I use professional wheel repair shop. After 2 and half hours the job was done. The result was very impressive. I will use this shop if I have wheel damage again.Update: I made deep scratch one of the wheel at the bank drive through. My car is getting old so I didn't care much about the light scratches or minor damages but this time it was too obvious. I came here again for fix the damaged wheel. They did very good job again. Ali even gave me some discount because I'm return customer. Thank you! I add up two more pictures. Repaired wheel looks like brand new again.

Unfortunately my experience was not good at all. I took a powder coated wheel to this company for a slow leak fix. I called in advance and asked them if they d be able to unmount then remount the wheel without stripping the powder coating, and was told yes, to bring it by. After getting the wheel back there s quite a bit of damage done. I talked to Ali and showed him the damage in the lobby before taking the wheel back. He told me he could paint it, but if you know anything about wheels powder coating is not paint and is very different. I went and got a repair estimate on the wheel and it s around 250$. Hopefully this company will reach out to me and pay in full to cover the damage caused, or unfortunately I ll have to go down the road of small claims court. The shop was nice and so were the people, but we couldn t see eye to eye on the repair of the damage. Crazy how a 25$ mount and rebalance becomes an almost 300$ bill out of my pocket for damage caused by them. Attached is the wheel before dropping it off, then the after photos as well as the repair estimate from NV coatings. The shop admits they caused the damage, but doesn t want to pay to have it repaired correctly. Will update stars depending on how repair experience goes thru A+ Alloy. EDIT: Ali offered 75$ on the 270$ charge and kept insisting on painting the wheel. After posting the 1 star the shop owner called me over the phone and had some not so nice words to say. I am a loyal lifelong customer, I have been going to this shop for years. Ali and his team of professionals have done so much for me from replacing suspension, balancing, and repairing damaged wheels. He also sold me a set of amazing used wheels and tires for cheap that I'm currently have on my C63 AMG. Best place to go to and highly recommended.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I had a bent rim and they were able to fix it, they also charged less than another shop I had called and got the work done in 1.5 hours. They didn't try to convince me I needed anything extra and the price they quoted me on the phone was the price I paid after they completed service. I really appreciate them, they saved me a lot of time and vibration headaches lol.

Nice people( Ali) Fast service fair pricing.Reason for review is that my wheels were damaged by the shop tech by placing on wrong machine.Went for curb rash repair.Left with patches on my wheels. To add insult, I was politely asked if I wanted to pay more for someone else s fault? To be honest I should pay less. Otherwise they ll provide services requested. Do your homework.

Took my bent wheel at 8:30 as they were opening. Gladly took my wheel and saud it will be ready by end of day. Called at 11:30 am and said it was ready. Placed fixed wheel on the car and put the spare back in its spot without me having to ask.Ali was very respectful and does great work. Definitely recommend for your wheel repairs.

Ali & his group at A+ alloy wheel repair are the best of the business. They have helped myself as well as dozens of clients I ve sent them and they ve always taken great care of everyone. Very affordable repairs, if your wheel cannot be repaired he s an expert at finding used or new wheel/wheels at a very fair price.This guy is upfront, honest and a hard-working businessman. I will always continue to support him with his great customer service, pricing and quick work. He also stands by all his work and makes things right. I brought in a rim which had a a slight dent and a semi-new tire to be changed. I don t understand their process because the rim should have been fixed without the tire still on it. I came in and the tire had scrape marks from what they told me their machine did it while they were fixing the rim. Why not take the tire off and fix the rim? So the tire doesn t get scrape or damaged during the process? Don t waste your time here, best thing they can do is say sorry while you still have to pay.Service: Tires

Ali did great work on my 2003 G35C. My aftermarket calipers and rotors from one of those franchise shops rusted up immediately. I worked with Ali to select the right parts that would deliver the look I was going for. I had him resurface the rims as well. Everything turned out perfect; brakes, wheels and all. A+ is understated what services it can deliver. I highly recommend.

Ali did an incredible job fixing my rims. They had really bad curb rash on three of the rims from a previous owner - Ali sanded down the damaged areas and polished them and they look good as new. I highly recommend Ali and A+ for wheel repair.

Ali was fantastic! He made my rim look good as new. I took my aftermarket rim to him to get some curb rash removed and a hairline crack in the lip. He also hooked me up with a polish to really make the rim shine again! I highly recommend him!

I literally paid $400 to repair my only two wheels (NOT EVEN A NEW WHEELS) and they are worst than before I can not even drive the car!!! My car was not that bad when I handed my car over to them! I am telling Ali that he messed up my wheels and I took it to another place show my wheel how he did and the place said my wheels are unusable because of Ali's inexperienced job. He still says he did a great job and I need new tires. The problem is not new tires, the problem is he messed up my wheels. This guy does not have any experience about cars. He sees that costumer as unfair and justifies himself. Don t ever go to them they take your money like a THIEF and they don t give you good service and they will make you vehicle worst than before they do not have any ideas about vehicles. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

True 5-star experience! Recently purchased a pre-owned Audi SQ5 which had curb rash on all 4 wheels. I took it to Ali at A+ and said "make it perfect". The next day I got the car back and it was absolutely perfect. Better than I expected even. He charges about half the cost of the dealer and his work is every bit as good. I also had an exterior detail to remove some minor scratches. Needless to say, the paint now looks like a mirror and the scratches are gone. Highest recommendation for this business. A++++!

Dropped off a bent up rim in the morning and it was fixed by the afternoon and the price was great compared to other shops. I ll come back for sure if I ever hit any more potholes.

Was able to execute my exact vision: fix bends, clean barrels, paint faces black, mirror polish lips, mount tires. Took a little longer than expected but cannot rush perfection. High quality work.

Ali got me in at a moment s notice for a wheel crack repair and was out the door in less than an hour! I m extremely pleased with his services and he even replaced a center cap on my wheel for free. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this business enough. Ali fixed the curb rash on my wheels, repaired a bent wheel, and painted them for a fraction of what the dealer charges for one wheel. Give Ali your business and you will not be disappointed. He has earned a customer and a reference for life.

Great job,had curb damage on all 4 wheels had them all done.Would definitely recommend,but if you're gonna charge a 25% fee for using a credit card instead of a debit card at least inform the customer beforehand.

Ali is amazing! I have a 21 inch wheel and getting new tires on them, its hard to find places. Well he can and went beyond, couple of my wheels had slight bent, reason why my tires were getting bad and sometimes loose air pressure. Thank you and would recommend their service.

Ali was amazing to work with. I was quoted, scheduled and my rim was repaired in under an hour. Amazing customer service, I won t be taking my truck anywhere else when it needs repairs. 20 inch aluminum rims with some bad curb rash and they look brand new thanks to Ali! Ali is a con artist and a fraud.It's hard to know where to begin.I paid for my two front rims to be fixed.I paid for two new barrels on my rear.My two front tires where never fixed and I only got 1 new back barrel.Due to his lack of work ethic, I lost money in towing and taking my wheels to a place that actually fixes wheels.He put the wrong air valves on my rear tires. I could hear them tapping off my calipers. I did an immediate U-turn and told him that he needed to get smaller air valves. That I've heard the sound before and that the tapping is going to wear out the top of my air valves and I am going to lose air. Alia assured me that it was going to be OK that I was going to make it home and everything was going to be fine. On the exit of 66 and 495 South I went flat and I had to pull over to the right in that construction . I hit large rocks that bent my back rims. When I took my car back Ali told me that I should not be taking my car off roading. He is a clown. Do your research.I know you'll read this Ali. I just want to say I hope your business closes soon.Your a scam artist, nothing more.

Amazing, fast, friendly service. Not only can you tell that they know what they are doing but they do a great job. Called them for a bent rim and they scheduled me for the next day. Went right before getting new tires since my rim was badly bent and I told my regular tire shop to make sure everything was good (1st time using A+ can't be to careful) They were shocked at the work. They couldn't even tell it had been damaged in the first place. Have already recommended them to my tire shop and friends. If I ever need them again, definitely using A+Week Repair again

A + is as the name states A +!!! The customer service and quality of work was awesome! I came in thinking I had a bent rim and Ali ask me to hold tight and cameBack with the news that It wasn t! Thats what you call honest people. Integrity. I had taken the rim to another place earlier and they said it was. I doubted the response and price tax for the rim work And went back in and took my rim back with me and this is how we ended up here at A+. Ali thank you so much!Service: Tires

We have had to take our car to Ali several times over the past few years for a variety of different things: several times for scraping the alloy wheels on curbs/potholes (including one time where we asked him to fix a horrible repair job done by a "preferred provider" of our insurance company), once to repair the rocker panel molding after a small incident in a parking garage, and most recently for body work after being rear-ended. Each time, Ali has taken great care of us and has always done an absolutely fantastic job for a reasonable price.

I first like to say, I truly love a business with great customer service and this business hit a home run. From the friendly phone call I made to Ali. He was friendly and very helpful. And the friendly young lady at the service desk that was on point with everything that I should expect from repairing my wheels on my car. My experienced there is what this industry should call the norm. Even the technician that worked on my car was friendly and to the point on what was happening and what I could expect when he was done I love it. I would recommend this place to any car guru. I live in Maryland I decided to travel to fairfax to have the work done on my car there, after I made an appointment with another company that offered the same type of work on my car. But was so rude about informing me about what I should expect by using there business. I decided against it. I m now so glad I decided to go a A+ wheel repairs. Great experience from the first Hello to the last good bye. Great job everybody. I will tell all my car friends about using your business for services we need.Thanks. William Brooks
