I went there today for spark plugs. In the store they were $2 more expensive for each than online at Advance s website. I was told I could order online and wait 15-20 minutes to pick up the plugs. Mind you, the spark plugs were already in the clerks hands.

I was very disappointed with my visit here. I walked in with no greeting. Ok whatever that is what it is. My issue with this place was I was clearly struggling with finding something. I was coming to the counter several times asking questions & not once did the guy offer to help. I apparently kept interrupting his time on his phone, along with the women who I assumed was him manager who also was on her phone as well. She also mention she wasn t on the clock to another customer. Both were at the front counter. The only person helping customers was an older gentleman who helped me a time before & he was lovely.I also needed a part looked up, told the guy behind the counter exactly what I needed, looked up the part & quoted me a price in the $80s when the part should have been like $9. Went online and gave him the part # myself & finally got the correct part. Really unacceptable if you ask me.I will never go back to this place & from the amount of people in this store kinda makes sense. Employees don t care about the customers and are there just to collect their paychecks and go home.

Who cares about greetings? Do people around here need someone to hold their hands throughout the store too?Double the price for generic body filler versus brand name (Bondo). That's not cool.

3 stars due to not being greeted as we entered the store, we proceeded to locate a item on our own. The end of the experience was fine, I look forward to seeing great customer service from this location in the future. I've visited other locations in springfield,va and I've always been greeted and asked if I needed help.

It's a clean, well-stocked auto supply place. Only problem: Making the purchase/checking out can take awhile if there's a customer in front of you with some semi-complicated issue. (Guy in front of me was buying windshield wipers. He understandably wanted to make sure he was getting the right ones, and the person behind the counter was being helpful. But it took awhile when all I wanted to do was to pay for a couple of quarts of oil.)

Been going here for several years for free battery checks and installation. Employees have always been friendly. Last battery install was trickier due to a lot of parts in the way of the battery but they handled it no problem.

Good store to purchase everything for your car. Needed floor mats for my new car. Looked and ordered online and picked up at the store. Online process allowed to apply 20% discount which helped the final price. Quick and efficient transaction especially if you need car items fast. Staff is friendly and responsive.

Absolutely horrible. I go there thinking that a professional was going to help me with replacing the headlights on my truck, I give the full description of my truck and they provide me with the alleged head lights that fit my truck. When I proceed to install them, they did not fit and when I compared them with my old head lights the fitting was different. I return right back to advise the employee of what had occurred and he says that the only help they can give me is a discount on other lights, but that they will not nor can't refund my money because they do not refund electric components. Stay away from this place, I'm placing a claim on my credit card which protects from merchants like this.

I had a car battery die unexpectedly today, and needed a new one right away. Unlike the nearby Napa store, the Advance Auto Parts guys were willing to install it for me. Since I was wearing business attire and had no tools with me, this was important to me.Quick, friendly and efficient...these guys were the epitome of helpfulness.

I wish I could give 0 stars...I showed them exactly which tie rod ends I needed replaced with a diagram they gave me I even double checked to make sure he knew what I was talking about. When he got them I couldn't tell they were wrong because they were only a mm or so off and it was unnoticeable if you just looked at it. Anyways after I installed them I found out they fit way too tight and they wouldn't move because the boot was pressed flat against the wheel knuckle on both and there was still some play between knuckle and the end. If I hadn't noticed my car would've been totaled at the first turn in my neighborhood. When I brought them back they said I couldn't refund them because I already installed them which I was ok with me because I knew that was a store rule. Then for no reason they blamed me for getting the wrong parts...? They offered me a 25% discount if I bought the "right ones." Seriously? No thank you! 100% the stores fault.

my battery died unexpectedly.. I called AAP and Daniel answered. What a friendly helpful guy! I purchased a battery and he installed it under 15 minutes. Such a happy guy, dancing while he is putting it in the car...Not only that..he said "you are going to learn how to do this" which I thought was awesome...super super service with a smile! Hope he stays there!

Got wipers from the shop. Told them I saw a 20% coupon online. Before I even took out the phone to show them the coupon, the friendly staff already apply the discount. They even help me to install the wipers on my van. Literally took me 5 mins to walk in and out with the wipers installed. Great friendly staff.

Great service. Came out in the parking lot and tested my battery, after it wouldn't turn over. Swapped out my battery, in no time flat, for a great price!

Just walked out of this store. Guy behind the desk was talking with someone bad-mouthing some supervisor. He ignored me. I waited about 5 min while he continued to talk. Then phone rang and he answered to help the customer. I walked out. There are other places that value customers. Done here.

Thought I knew the part I needed (bulb) but the staff looked it up for me and saw i had the wrong one... they offered a fee price options, walked me over to the part I needed and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Thanks!
