Bad customer service. We re heading to NC got 2 flats and unfortunately this was the only place that was open on the weekends The guy kept asking for a wheel lock but there was no wheel lock needed. Then we asked him to put the 2 new tires either the front or the back and he refused saying it not going to be a problem but there is a problem because the wheel is pulling to the left because of uneven wear and tear. Then he put the wrong amount of air in the tires which only requires 32 psi but he put 41 psi. The cost is $350 but each tire only cost $110 each. This place is only here to make money and don t care about your concerns or safety. If we weren t desperate I would have gone to another location. Very disappointed. 15 mins into driving and we have a flat again on the same tire that was replaced. Called him and told him he said the stem was bad. Why did he allow us to leave knowing this. He is a horrible person. I guess we were not the right color to get good service

Absolutely phenomenal service My tires were flat I needed decent used tires and the servicemen Name PA was great. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the city of emporia or even visitors if you ever have a flat tire or even detailed service these guys are great.

My friends and I were driving to Florida when we got a flat tire. We we re stressed and did not know what to do. Anthony saved us. He was able to fix our tire within 10 minutes without even having to replace it. We are so thankful!

What a rip off bought a super expensive used not even new tire for a trailer pretty sure it was a used car tire ended up blowing the very next day. Please don't use this guy!

Wow! These guys are fast! I had a flat tire getting off an exit nearby. I called them and they were on it, and at my car within 10mins, and i was on the road in another 10 mins. They were super polite, and Im grateful to them! Keep on it guys! I would highly recommend!

I go there to get my car wash they wash Cars. They always do a great job on cleaning my car in and out the price is not bad neither. I love to go get my car wash there. they due good job.

Got a flat pulled into rubber man tires. Asked for used tires. First one cost $55 (about $15-20 over competition), second one $55 third one cost $70 for whatever reason I couldn t understand. I pulled into a McDonald s 25 mins north with a flat. Was the first tire put on that was leaking out of a plug on the inside of the sidewall. Anyone with any sense knows you can t plug a sidewall. Guy installing the tires was hardworking I ll give em that

I had thought a lot of the service until yesterday. I had bouught 2 new tire to put on. They put tires on, had work the night before. Went to sleep when i woke up the tires had leak down. Took tires back to check, leaking around valve stems. So i was charge 60 dollars to have 2 tires put on. Tires should have been checked for leaks anyway. Paid twice for the service. Never Again. Would have agree to paying for the stems.

I go here for a hand carwash everytime I visit my VA family. Not the best looking spot but my goodness, they do a fabulous job.

Good guy... service is iffy and not promising... due to lack of proper tools needed to work on newer model cars, I had no issues with my car before it was touched by this location. After the job was done at rubberman tires service. a light comes on only Honda could get to go off... Rubberman tires feels they played no part in this problem occurring ... I had to then pay for a problem that was left with lose ends... I will not be going back for sure.... just pay the extra money to get it done right

Waited almost 4 hours for tires to be put on, the whole 2 hours it was just sitting in the shop. They call themselves a tire shop when clearly they can't even put on tires right. I was left with 4 scratched up rims n these ain't no cheap rims too, Lug nuts were all loose n some were striped. Hub cap was lost due loose bolt as well... I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!

We had a small accident while traveling and needed a prompt replacement of tire and rim. These guys gave prompt professional service and got us back on the road. I thought the price was fair.

Great price. Great service. In and out in 30 minutes. I changed my brake pads this morning and noticed I could see steel under the rubber. Had to have that tire. Thanks again!

I have a Honda Civic 2014 EX. They made me pay $200 today for ONLY cleaning the inside of my car. Very mad and disappointed. Do not recommend.

We were from out of state and just started our vacation and ended up with a screw in the tire. Pulled up to the place and was out in ten minutes with a fixed tire. Nice bunch of gentlemen. Saved our vacation.

Great staff, and the prices are very good. I literally went through two other tire shops and they didn t have my size. They are black owned, and they welcome all customers there.

Headed out of town and our less than a year old tire had a blow out. Being a Saturday with only 3 days till Christmas I thought we was going to be in for a long delay. The gentlemen replaced the tire and only took an hr. off the trip. Very friendly, pilote, and on point service.

I give them a five star because this is a used tire shop. Yes they can uses some improvements but they are using what they got until they get better. Every shop is not going to be perfect but every shop has room for improvements.
