I went in looking for a 1.5" dia. siliconehose.They didn't have it but the gentleman was very helpful in offering alternatives.If you're looking for someone to assist you this is the place to come.

I was traveling down south with my grand daughter and my rear breaks started making a horrible grinding noise. We found this place open on a Saturday so we asked if they could tell us where to get this problem checked out and the gentleman behind the counter told me they could take a look there. So relieved. Well the "mechanic" Took it in and it was in there for about a half hour. Another man told me he was going to take it for a spin to see if he could narrow down the sound. I began to think he stole my car he was gone for so long. When he came back he said he didn't see or hear anything. The gentleman that I had first talked to told me that on Saturdays they close early and the mechanic is sometimes just pushing out cars without doing much. He told me he didn't want to say I had nothing to worry about because if the car was making a noise clearly there was a problem. He told me to cross over to NC and go to a Firestone garage there. As soon as I began driving I could instantly hear the scraping. Maybe this guy is deaf? Well I made it there sweating the whole 10 or so miles. My car was on the lift all of 5 minutes when the woman called me back to show me what the issue was. The guard behind my drivers side rotor was bent down and scraping. I know he didn't have my tire off at NAPA at all and if he did and didn't see that he should make an immediate career change. I really am grateful to the man who told me to go somewhere else.

I bought some brake pads from A napa store in Ladysmith Virginia. I bought the 14 mm wrench and c clamp at this store. I Used my factory issued junk jack to change the pads at this store. Of course on the driver side pads the junk jack gave away. I went in the store and asked can I borrow a floor jack. The gentleman said give a minute. Let me see if the mechanic is using it for an inspection. I went back to my car to look in my car to see if I could block it up enough to use the junk jack. Before I could find anything, He came out with a floor jack for me. I appreciate that I went there and appreciate the help. This particular situation could have been much worse. Thanks again

Good service. Not a very large variety of common tools. Have a lot of stuff for systems but most is very outdated or off brand

Very unprofessional. Takes hours to get inspected. Very rude. Border line racists. They don't even give full inspections.

Waited in line for and hr for my inspection just to be told by Mr. RUDE they were not doing anymore inspections at 1:40 because they close at 5 but there were only 4 cars ahead of me.Then he said, "You have legs, you should have came in".Wouldn't get my business if they were the only business in town.Chevrolet dealer across the street took me right in.

Had wheel bearing replaced on truck don't think they ever replaced them as not even a year later my bearing locked up and left me stranded

Took my mom to get her car inspection done here. Pulled up just before 11am. Only two cars in front of us but it took almost two hours before we were done. Ridiculous!

They too slow for inspection they said it only take 30 min per car ,I waited for 2 hrs and 30 min ,2 cars in front of me after they finish with a car they dont ask you go ahead they make you wait for 30-40 min before they come and ask you to pull ahead bad service not to friendly or professional .

Best mechanics in town for the price, some others will rip you off in a heartbeat but these guys are honest.

Sat here for almost 5 hrs waiting to get my car inspected jus for when i pull up to the line they wait 15-20 minutes for them to even pull the car in
