If I could give a 10 star I would. Forgot to bring a spare trailer tire for my trailer and ended up having a blow out.These guys were the only ones who were open on Saturday and answered my phone call. I limped my trailer 10 Miles to them hoping they could get me back on the road. They tried multiple rims and tires that did not fit and ended up giving me their own trailer rim and tire and got me back on the road for my trip back up to Boston. Can t thanks these guys enough. Talk about taking a shirt off your back to help someone.

I had met my daughter at this location in order to help assist her in purchasing a used tire for her vehicle (due to her limited budget). We were immediately met by a service attendant and were pleased to find that they had the tire in-stock.They quickly got to work on changing the tire so I was satisfied that she would be taken care of. Needless to say, a hour later she called to say that she was now stranded on the side of the road due to the tire being completely flat. Her friend and a passerby put the spare on the vehicle but the location was closed for the day.The following day, I called to inform them that the tire was flat and was told that they would "take care of it".When she went back to the location, they then plugged the tire. And we are hoping that will suffice for now.

Had to pull off the interstate due to engine misfire on a long road trip and the mechanic dropped what he was working on to take a look and ordered a part right away. The issue was fixed in less than half an hour and was really affordable compared to what we deal with at home. The mechanic even drove the car around the block to make sure the issue was fixed. Really great service and quality.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

On my trip from, sc, to NH, mo ey being low I stop in to get a tirer fixed and this couldn't be a better day day they did 3 tirer, in 15min and price well couldn't be bet thanks and and respectthe best

It's a mixed experience. The mechanic doesn't have any time to do any repairs and won't schedule a repair. I'd been waiting for 2 months because he's a trusted guy. I'll have to seek a different mechanic. Don't expect service or an appointment. (1 star)The tire service guy was great. He removed a nail from my tire and plugged the hole for just $10. It saved me from purchasing a pair of new tires. (5 stars)

Awesome staff! The guy at the front desk told us they were full for the day, but he checked out our tire anyways, did a quick fix and we were on our way in 10 minutes!! Great place!

Our tire was damaged by debris on 95. Interstate Auto was at the end of the exit ramp. They repaired the tire, and had us on our way in less than an hour! Great service!

Havent been to this place a lot, but the 2 times I have gone for my tire these guys have been courteous, respectful, professional, and have had super fast service everytime. Their prices can't be beat in the area. I would recommend them to anyone. They have excellent service.

We were in and out. They initially told us it would take 45 minutes to even jack the car up: we were done in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service and even better prices.

In Jun'17 on our way to Florida our minivan's serpentine belt broke almost 10 miles before Emporia, VA. Interstate Auto was the only shop open within the vicinity. He promptly fixed it without any fuss. It was very reasonable rate. At that time this was a cash-only place. Thank you.

Our Break Line was leaking really bad and the Mechanic, called for the parts and soon as they got there He fixed Our car!!! He didn't chargecUs very much either!!

Car broke down, Main mechanic was super nice and able to tell us what was wrong with the car, even though he had no ability to fix it (dead transmition)

Says one thing and then another had me waiting 30 minutes to have someone else come tell me that they didn't have wheels to fit my Lincoln ls after one person had me to drive home twitch cars and drive back
