Jeff Coale handled my case and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I was charged with reckless driving which carries a heavy sentence if convicted. I needed an attorney to represent me. I live in SC. Mr. Coale was reassuring but not presumptuous about the likelihood of the court lowering or even dropping the charge. He gave me clear steps to follow to provide him with materials to support his argument in court. I think that his fee is worth every penny I spent. I'd go to Mr. Coale again without hesitation if in a similar predicament. I highly recommend him.

Retained Jeff's services for a speeding ticket (reckless driving) in VA. Due to a hearing impairment, communication was, at my request, limited to email. Not a problem! Jeff accommodated my needs, something not everyone these days is willing to do. Communication was clear, emails were promptly answered, and the result was as expected. I was in Florida the day I was supposed to show up in court and would have been impossible for me to just be there. I am sure the outcome would have been very different had I not retained Jeff's services! Not cheap. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

I paid 3x the price for Jeff s help and received 5x the care I also received an excellent outcome by doing a lot of preemptive work per Jeff s recommendation. If you can afford his experience, knowledge, and help I would be shocked if you re anything but fully satisfied with his end of things. I felt that Jeff worked for my best interest and because of his many years of experience and reputation within the local courts in SW VA he made it look easy. Should I need legal help again in SW VA Jeff s office will be my first phone call.

Jeff possesses excellent negotiation of the legal system. He works magic saving all parties time and money. He is incredibly well respected in the community, and knows just about everyone and their neighbor. Jeff is the guy you want on your side. I'd highly recommend staying out of trouble in Virginia. If there is ever such a chance that you are facing troubles, Jeff is worth every single penny and then some. There is no way any person could be as efficient while holding the interest of their client to the highest and foremost standard. Take care Jeff, and thanks again. I feel like I have more friends in Washington County than before.

Jeff Coale reduced my reckless driving ticket (63/45mph zone) to improper driving. It was a speed trap folks. Before I found Jeff I contacted numerous other local attorneys. Many were never available or never returned my calls. Jeff was completely different. He was very responsive, courteous, walked me through the process, laid out what I needed to do etc. I felt reassured from the beginning. Can't recommend him enough.

I retained Jeff after a reckless driving speeding ticket for a family member. He was very engaging and honest. Jeff was kind enough to assist me with a traffic citation in Virginia. I live in the Atlanta area, so a Virginia ticket presented an issue. From the initial phone call, Jeff was always straight forward with me. He provided me with a set of tasks and deliverables. Jeff's strategy was clear, follow the plan and we would achieve a successful outcome. I followed the plan and we received a better than expected ruling.One piece of advice, when selecting an attorney, ensure they have local/state/federal prosecuting experience. They understand the internal workings of the prosecuting process and their strategy. More importantly, they hold relationships with the judges and prosecutors. Jeff was a former states attorney, and has practiced in the area for many years. Jeff successfully in predicted the exact order of events, and had answers to questions before they were asked. Jeff was always ahead of the game, well prepared, and achieved successful results. Money well spent on my part. Oh, one more thing, follow Jeff's advice. That's all wisdom

I was cited with reckless driving for a minor accident in a rest stop on I-81 in Smyth Co. and needed local expertise, as I have never before had to appear in court and live 6 hours away in Northern Virginia. Mr. Coale was professional, prepared and well acquainted with the local process. He walked me through the pretrial preparation and spent as much time as i needed to answer questions via email or over the phone. The case was dismissed with only $48 in court costs. I could not have had better representation and would recommend Mr. Coale without hesitation.

I am so grateful to have hired Jeff to assist us with a recent Reckless Driving charge that my daughter 'earned'. He was honest about the possible outcomes which are unusually severe in the state of Virginia, and he gave us some excellent advice and things to work on prior to court that we would have never thought to do on our own. He presented our case to the prosecutor prior to her being called to the judges bench and he was able to explain her extenuating circumstances and work out a more than favorable outcome before she even met the Judge (something that we could not have done on our own)! Jeff saved us thousands of dollars that day and probably just as much in future insurance expenses! He was able to reduce the reckless driving charge to an improper driving charge which does not lead to a criminal record, she was able to keep her license and did not have to do any jail time. Her fine went from a possible $2500 to $250. I think we had the best possible outcome...because of Jeff's expertise.Jeff was easy and pleasant to work with, gave us really good sound advice and went to bat for my daughter. I have never had to hire an attorney before and it was rather stressful trying to figure out what was important in selecting one...I am typically a 'do it yourselfer' and I read every piece of information that I could get my hands on concerning Virginia's Reckless driving laws. I interviewed several attorneys before settling on Jeff Coale. If you are on the fence trying to decide wether or not you need an attorney or how much you should spend on one I would suggest that you bite the bullet and hire Jeff Coale. You get what you pay for and he was worth his weight in gold. He made it possible for my daughter to have a second chance in the state of Virginia! She will NEVER speed again....for ANY reason.Thank you Jeff for all your help and sound advice!

Mr. Coale was an absolute pleasure to work with. He recently represented me on the charge of reckless driving 90 in a 70 and I could not be more pleased with his services. He was honest and direct with all of his answers and detailed recommendations for the case, as well as very timely in his responses. With his wealth of experience and knowledge I would deffinity recommend Mr. Coale, incredible representation like this is hard to find.

Mr. Coale did an amazing job representing me on a wreckless driving charge, he was a pleasure to work with and was very clear on everything that he needed me to do and he was able to get me a reduced charge. He handled my case with ease and from the first time I spoke with him I had great confidence and left the worrying to him. Jeff was incredibly helpful and responsive. He explained the various options thoroughly, never gave unrealistic expectations, but still managed to achieve a great outcome. Sometimes, dealing with attorneys can be stressful but that was not the case here. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Coale appeared with me in March for a failure to yield ticket in Virginia. He paid real good attention to my situation that he was able to get my ticket dismissed I am so greatful to him for his services I highly recommend Mr. Coale for any legal issue you might have give him a call.

I received a traffic ticket while on vacation with my family, and since I live in Ohio I was unsure what I would have to do to get this taken care of. I was very relieved after I spoke to Attorney Coale about my problem and he offered solutions that would work for me.I would recommend him to anyone that needs legal services for this area.The consultation was thoroughly explained and the results worked out better than I could have hoped for.
