My semi truck had a sensor go bad. I called jerry and he helped fix it up but didn't tighten fuel lines down or the sensor.. I lost fuel everwere and broke back down twice after I left! After he was made aware of the problem and promised to come fix it right .... Days later he never showed

Made an appointment to fix the starter in my vehicle at 2pm. Jerry was a no show. Called him multiple times and he would not answer calls or text. Had to wait an hour and a half when he said he would be there in 30 minutes and then pay 80$ for him to run a diagnostic test that is free everywhere else for him to then stand me up to actually fix the starter the next day at 2pm. It was a waste of money and I recommend just calling a tow and a real mechanic shop if you are in need.

My semi-truck broke down outside of roanoke and I was bracing for a long wait. Called The Mobile Mechanic, and they were life-savers. The technician, Jerry was not only skilled but also really knowledgeable about semi-trucks. He had all the parts and tools right in his truck. Amazing service!

I called him at 1:00. Seemed nice to explained my problems. He said he'd be my way around 5:00, at 5:30 I called to check in and he didn't answer the phone and he never showed up and never answered the phone again

Our family broke down in Roanoke today. We blew bearings on our camper with a long way still to get home. Jerry came out within 15 minutes and helped us on a Sunday get back up and running. He was super professional, friendly, personable, and a downright lifesaver! We highly recommend! Thank you again Jerry!

I broke down in the Food Lion Parkin lot at 10:30 on a Friday night. Jerry happened to pull up and offered to help. Great guy. Ended up being an electrical and battery issue. The Mobile Mechanic was hands down the best!!! I was over 150 miles from home and in a real bind when my van died. I gave them a call and they were here in less than 20 min on a Sunday! It turned out it needed a serpentine belt and he was able to diagnose and perform the repair quickly and got me back on the road. The rates were also very reasonable for the overall service provided, if you find yourself in a similar situation do not hesitate to call The Mobile Mechanic! :)

Excellent service! Very fast response. Diagnosed the issue and provided cost estimate/breakdown. Very reasonable rates. Jerry removed and replaced the failed alternator very quickly. A partial payment was requested after part removal, before he left the area to go pick up the replacement alternator. Very flexible with multiple payment methods. Jerry was very friendly, professional, and transparent with parts and labor costs. If I am ever in this area again and in need of a mechanic, 100% I'm calling Jerry. Beware! Don't pay a deposit, dirtbag fails to show up on time or at all for that matter then keeps your deposit. Thinks he's running a legitimate business!! Haha. Probably lives in a trailer.

We called Jerry to come and tell us what was wrong with Van,he came said it needed a computer, said he would get it and put it on,he was given $960.00. Took forever to get him back to put computer on, then he said he would come back on morning to complete job. This has been over three weeks he will not answer phone calls and we have vehicle that will not run. Would not recommend him ever. He should come back and finish job.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This guy is legitimate. Traveled 45 minutes on short notice. Went to the parts store with me. Helped start two cars that I desperately needed to move. He is professional and courteous. What a great business model. Highly recommend and will use again.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Jerry is a great and professional mechanic. He is extremely knowledgeable and very competent. I would recommend his services to anyone in need. He is fairly priced. Great work. Yes he has my 5 stars. Sunday morning scheduled, Monday morning 10:00 a.m. appointment, no show, they called later, rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, no show, they called, rescheduled for 1pm...2:00 no show, told them don't bother, horrible.I had been more than patient in my tolerance. Then had the nerve to tell me they were 'en route' at 2:00 p.m., after I texted when I had not heard from them for an hour after scheduled time.If you can't keep your word, don't bother giving it.

Not a good person at all stole money from me and everything talked to be a good person but really isn't and when I requested money back didn't send back and won't respond do not go through this guy and paid for parts that I didn't even receive

My mother was broken down at dollar general in Shawsville, VAIt did take a few tries to get intouch with him BUT he did return our call and got my mom back on the road within a few hoursHe did a good job on her van :)

my van was overheating. Jerry responded to my call , collected what was needed and came right out to help me . he was very professional and got my van going again so I could continue my trip. Came out to my home. Could not figure out what was wrong with my car paid him 200 dollars to tell me what i already know. Said he was going to do some research and he would be back. But he took my money leaving me thinking he was going to fix my problem. I feel robbed. I i set around all day the next day when you said you would be back. Did not go to sleep or leave same the next day. And i am not comfortable at this point giving any of my money to someone that doesn't do what they say . you left a couple tools in my car as well. Can stop by any time to get them like i said before, home all day.Service: Car lockouts

Called Saturday to get my car looked at , had a bad starter needed it fixed . Was told Saturday night that he would come at 8am Sunday to fix it . Waited , didnt happen . Waited around all day and was told Sunday afternoon I can come in the evening . Yes I understand a diagnostic fee of 120 is standard but when you say you get half back if I decide to work on it that will make me want to work with you . Instead you just ghosted me . Lied about coming out to do the job you got paid for, completely ghosted . Do not use this mechanic he is just trying to scam you for a diagnostic test and doesn t plan to actually help you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Jerry and his assistant were prompt and proffesional. They helped with diagnosing our vehicle's issue and then gave us reccomendations on parts and a trusted local garage. I trust this company and would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs car help. I greatly appreciated their honesty and help. Jerry replaced my alternator at 9pm, it was dark, hard to see and really, really cold. Very professional and the replacement has my vehicle running smooth again. I'd recommend Jerry to anyone!
