Very nice truck stop surrounded by green mountains as a beautiful backdrop. All the amenities and a restaurant when they get it back open. Also a 2nd level with showers, arcade and laundry. It's very roomy on the 2nd level. There's also a computer station there and spacious personal single use bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Will stop again if I get the chance.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm ride with my husband out on the road and they allow pilot flying j points because they also own the one 9 stores and they say that you can't use your points unless it can cover the transactions. Before this time I came in to buy drinks and the cashier scanned my items more than once. Very shady people working here.

Would give this place negative stars. I have a puppy in my truck that got sick. Asked if I could shower my dog,was told "no state of Virginia has laws against animals being in areas with prepped food". Absolutely not true,because any other truck stop in Virginia allows dogs inside as long as they were leashed. The lot is trashed. Mainly due to dirty truckers,but also the laziness of the staff,and lack of site maintenance. If I had hours on my log to roll,I would take my business elsewhere. Lying to a customer is a bad practice, and the 2 older clerks inside should know better.

1 star for having a laundromat that only takes change: quarters.. literally in the year 2024 almost 2025 quarters and then state they can't give customers quarters here bc of a fake shortage on coins. There is no shortage there is just a doing away with physical money for digital. If we are going into a digital world this store needs to us CSC GO on their laundry room so people can pay to digitally wash their clothes. No excuse for this. None

No restaurants but hot food cooked in kitchen. Friendly staff. Decent sized lot. Place sells a couple vapes as well. Parking looks like it starts getting full around 7 weekdays. 10 minutes from Roanoke for delivering.

Been coming here for a few years usually something decent to eat in the deli. They finished remodeling so it's got some choices. The subway is still closed. Only issue is the parking lot, drivers come in late and park however they want often blocking you in or sometimes not even being able to get out of the lot

This is a fine truck stop with clean bathrooms but the restaurant seen in other reviews burned down some years ago (?) and is not currently open. Still, decent for a gas station.

Rude staff.They were cleaning down stairs bathrooms, taking forever. I asked if they had another bathroom, the lady said upstairs. Went upstairs, and the place was full waiting to use the 2 unisex bathrooms. I noticed that one of the many shower doors was open. I walked over, and there was a cleaning lady in their cleaning. I asked if we could use the shower rooms to go to the bathroom. The lady got all stupid on me and basically told me no. I voice my opinion, why not when you have so many people waiting. She just got belligerent, and so I left. Went back downstairs to see if the downstairs bathroom was close to being done. I asked the lady at the counter, and then she went all stupid on me. About that time, the cleaning lady came out and said she was finished.I normally don't leave reviews, but these people are very rude. I don't plan on going back.

It's now a one 9 or pilot truckstop. First time here, clean inside no restaurant, only tray and roller items. Busy, somewhat limited parking like alot of small pilots.

Nice spot to park; plenty parking have showers w pilot network not many food options however but ran out of hours n this was def sufficient for my break will def return in future

Got here at 9.25am all the hot food gone said they are starting lunch be 10.15am before any comes out subway is shut down for re model I wouldn't wast my time stopping here . Wanted something to eat wasted stop

Nice place, outstanding service parking for about 80 trucks just have to be early to find a parking space , food served there is good reasonable price

This truck stop is in transition to become a One9 by Pilot Flying J. There weren't as many sandwich options at that time but we did find something to eat for lunch. There were a couple of homemade bakery options i.e. fried pies and potato candy.

Was in the middle of remodeling when we stopped by, the the staff handled business as usual. They set it up convenient so customers could be comfortable while shopping.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My husband drives truck and has been stuck at this truck stop all night long because their lot is a sheet of ice, and their maintenance people refuse to come out to fix the situation until first light . There was already one accident in the lot due to their negligence. How are you going to run a 24hr establishment, but not provide the necessary maintenance to keep your patrons safe? Absolutely absurd. Avoid this truck stop at all costs!

1 stop shot. WATCH OUT FOR THE DIP WHEN ENTERING!Bathroom, hot food, cold drinks, and joking/ friendly/ sarcastic( good thing) female clerk. Bathrooms were clean, food ( chicken and spicy chicken biscuit, bacon egg and cheese casserole)were hot, reasonably priced, andtasty.Definitely family & handicapp friendly.

They have showers, but showers are under remodeling (so not working yet).They have computers and printers if you need. Clean restrooms. Coffee station and some food are available.

The parking lot was packed. The cashier was pleasant but wasn't really paying attention to anything going on in the store.

Great truck stop... Be aware that it still a work in progress but the services they offer are nice. Plenty of parking and clean showers. Customer service is the best part!! Celeste & Wendy were amazing and another young man was very kind to my husband and I (sorry didn't get his name).

Used Lancer to fuel up, rest and purchase a few refreshments. The place was nice, well lit and the staff was friendly.

Clean showers, but nothing like this place used to be. Little to no food available after 6pm, except for prepackaged cold sandwiches.

horrible. dirty bathroom and lazy staff. the cashier was leaning over the counter looking at her phone. the gas pump did not print the receipt.

Old school truck stop. It's a 1-9 now but still has the feel of an old truck stop. Parking was decent but also a lot of Fed X doing trailer swaps. All in all a great place to do a 10 hr

Don't usually like truck stops cause they are a little creepy but this was ok... Had snacks an a bathroom to use an was able to take a quick nap in the car to make it the rest of the way.... Really easy to get to off the highway an was right next door to a pizza place

Ample truck parking, great views, quiet and an all around decent place for a 10hr break. Inside is what you'd expect. Clean, courteous staff and all the normal munchies.

Saved us with hanging out at the lounge upstairs while a rain storm interrupted our motorcycle trip. Large selection of food and drinks, but the lounge upstairs was perfect to unwind and regroup

Love this place! Has pretty jewelry, a great selection of drinks, has a subway & the people are nice. Also has all kinds of knives. Will be stopping by there again on our way home tomorrow evening!
