Can't say enough good things about these guys. My truck started misfiring while heading out of Shenandoah on the way up to Mass. Advanced Auto up the road sent me over here. Randy helped me right away and let me watch over his shoulder while he figured out what was up--I was back on the road within a couple of hours and learned a lot about my truck in the process haha. Ran great the rest of the 9 hour drive and price was super reasonable for the quick and excellent service. Shop pup is also a very good boy. Thanks again y'all!

Took my daughters old Toyota highlander in for some work. Dan did everything he could to find the best parts for the best prices. This is the 4th time I've taken a car and each time they've charged less than quoted. If you live within 45 minutes of Sauers garage this is where you Need to take your vehicle. 5 stars not high enough.

My experience was exceptional with greatest performance in mechanical repairs and knowledge. They were very professional in the timely manner my vehicle required for repairs. Their suggestions were of great value in avoiding future problems with additives to fuel. I highly recommend Sauer's Garage to my friends and family. They were recommended by BL Tire in Elkton. I had an emergency at the resort and looked this garage up on Google. They have an excellent rating for good reason...a reliable recommendation for a tow that will bill the garage for 1 payment, timely response on the diagnosis, quick parts delivery, and a fast install. The best part is they are very honest and have an even better labor rate than my own mechanic. They even asked if I needed a ride when they called to say it was fixed.I hope you don't break down around here, but if you do don't stress just call them and everything will work out. Thanks for the service.

Our family met at Massanutten for vacation and our son's car developed some brake problems. The Elkton Auto Zone store (friendly, helpful guys there as well) recommended Sauer's to us. Don worked us in, made only the repairs needed, and was knowledgable, friendly, honest and fair. If I were local, I'd take all my auto repair business to Sauers. I encountered an issue with my vehicle while visiting Massanutten Resort. I called Sauer s Garage, and they got me in right away. Everyone with whom I interacted there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have an amazing shop I use at home, but when I m away, I m always concerned about getting ripped off for auto repairs. Sauer s Garage performed the repair at a fair price as quickly as possible, allowing us to return home safely.

When my brakes went out while on vacation Don & Colleen made sure I was taken care of. Don got my brakes replaced the same day so I could go home the next day. We were on a family trip from Ohio when our van blew a coolant hose in Pennsylvania. Got it fixed but the electric fan wasn't working. Figured we would find a shop when we reached our destination, Massanutten Resort. Good ole' Google showed Sauer's as one of the closest places. I called and was told to drop it off that night, they would look at it as soon as they could. Long story short - nothing was wrong with the van and they didn't charge anything. I can't thank them enough for their honesty.STOP LOOKING AND CALL THESE GUYS!

I highly recommend Sauer's garage. My wife and I were on vacation at Massanutten and my car wouldn't start. I called them and they were able to fix it that day and the owner even drove over to bring me my car back. Don is a life saver!! We had a radiator leak Saturday and he worked on it Sun in order for us to get back home! He's usually closed Sun but he went above and beyond. This is near the resort in Elkton and if u are out of town and need service. Sauer's garage is highly recommend

We broke down 3 hours from home and they immediately got to work and the repair was fast and very reasonably priced. I am very happy that we found this small business. They could have made more money renting us a truck and trailer but assured us they could fix it and we would make it home safely. Kudos to Saurer s Garage. Thanks for your excellent service!

Just a side-step off the main highway, and friendly service. We primarily use Sauer's for our Uhaul rentals, but they seem to have a capable staff for vehicle repairs and maintenance as well. Nick never lets us down- give them a call!

Came in with a check engine light. They read it, determined that it wasn't a serious issue, reset the light, and recommended a remedy from autozone. No charge. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Fast, friendly, affordable!! While on vacation over the holidays our serpentine belt came off when the tensioner pulley locked up. We called every place close by that google came up with, getting no answer anywhere. Finally, desperate that we would have to check out and walk back to OBX, Napa & Enterprise put us in contact with Sauer's Garage. They quickly sent a tow truck out to get the car and in less then 1 1/2 hours the car was finished & I was back on vacation!! I can not recommend them more highly!! And the cost..... less then a day of snowboarding! XOX

while traveling in the area we developed a muffler issue on sunday. stopped at autozone and the rep directed us to this garage. we stopped and the mechanic was busy working on a truck. He stopped his job and came out to assist. He examined the situation and assured us that it would not fall off and that we would make it back to NEPA. he was pleassant and silling to help.He was correct. we have made it home safely. thank you very much.

While visiting the area someone hit my basket on the back of my truck. I took it in to see if they could get the bend out. And they worked a miracle on my basket. It looks brand spanking new again! I thank you guys for your help.
