This place is hit or miss. I wish that they would do a better job screening the employees they hire to look up parts. It would be so much easier for me to look up the parts myself and just go grab it off the shelf myself since the people behind the desk are so unknowledgeable as they are about parts. Most of them do not know the difference between a spark plug and an alternator. On the positive side they usually can get what I need here fast if they do not have it in stock, the store is usually put together fairly cleanly for a parts store, and most of the time there is somebody in there that knows how to install wiper blades from the few times I have seen someone in the parking lot putting the blades on for people. And I'm sorry to end this on a negative note however if you're going to have staff that do not know car parts at least make them friendly. To not know car parts and to also be super unprofessional, not very friendly, and continually act as if because customer is an inconvenience to your day it's just not right. Unfortunately, these are just not isolated incidents this happens every single time I have to go into this part store, repeatedly! And this is the reason why I get most of my automotive parts online and ship direct.

Had some misfiring issues with my truck heading out of Shenandoah on my way up to Mass and swung through here to get the check engine code read and get a shop rec. They helped me out right away and sent me around to corner to a shop that had us back on the road super quick. Great service!

They are always very helpful and answer all my dumb questions, as I'm not a gear head and usually figuring things out as I go along.I decided to stop by and get my battery checked and when it was boarder line going bad, bought a new one and they swapped it out for me, which I wasn't expecting at all, and was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was fine. Just thought people at the auto parts would know more about vehicles. Probably don't need to know size of engine to sell me wiper blades ;)

My favorite parts store. Staffing is great , guy behind the counter with the huge weiner think his name is Austin is awesome and the chick with the sunglasses and the nice rack who I think her name is Monica is absolutely awesome. Very friendly and selection is great.

Very nice people, very well kept bathroom. Interesting parts magazine in there, kinda heavy handed to make your employees look at part magazines though if you ask me but what do I know? Staff was awesome.

Service is Great ! I have bought thousands in part's over 25+ yrs. at this store . When u buy parts and batterys , that many , there never always perfect. Advance has always exchanged my defective items and give me and my company great professional service . Thank You Shaun and all who work there.

Thank you thank you thank you to the wonderful gentleman in the Elkton store on Sunday. He was trying to close up (awful weather and road conditions) when we pulled in with a broken windshield wiper. He opened the doors, got our wiper and even helped us install it.... all in real sh*tty weather. I didn't get his name but I thanked God for him that day.

The people that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to explain things to me. I am very loyal to advance and this one is by far the best one locally.

I stop by this place anytime for anything I need. There is a guy who s face new to me. It s twice I see him there, since my recent visits. He has no manners, it s too hard to take whatever he says, he has a bad attitude and communication! He looks like he s ready to fight! He is so annoying. I went there last week to buy engine oil and filter, and he was on the phone talking and was taking too long, and he wasn t even tell me, hey I will be with you shortly, while his buddy was busy with another customer. Had no choice but leave!

You know what we're a commercial customer now and the manager we're interacting with went out of his way to get our business and give us great pricing so as a commercial customer I found this place to be an excellent opportunity.

Worst customer service at any auto parts store ive ever visited. Absolutely no knowledge about anything to do with any auto and never once gave me the parts I needed to repair my truck

Jimmy needs to be promoted. He helped me and took time to explain everything to me. If you go definitely ask for Jimmy because he is an auto parts genius.
