Everyone at Skip's was great to work with. Very polite. Very fair rates for towing. The driver that helped me was Amazing. He took great care of my lowered vehicle and even dropped us off at a restaurant to get some food while we waited for our ride home.

Absolutely outstanding business! I've been to other body shops and not one had offered service like these guys! Brandon is by far the best rep. Took care of my every concern! Even had my car inspected and when it went to the dealership for that ford did the recalls while it was there. He got that all arranged for me so I didn't have to bother with it and they only had it a totalnof 8 days. Definitely go here!!!

I can t say enough great things about my towing experience. Broken down on the side of 81 is never ideal, but Skips Auto Body came to my rescue within 5 minutes of me calling my insurance company. Cody was calm, kind, and professional while I was feeling frantic in distress and made the process as seamless as possible. Myself and Boone (my dog he so kindly let ride in the truck) feel very grateful for the services provided.Service: Car towing

I am not normally one to post negative reviews on Google. Look through my review history and you will see that I try to uplift deserving businesses, usually restaurants.I cannot, in good faith, do that for Skip's. Long story short, a deer hit my car and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I took it to Skip's as they had great reviews and the only frame machine locally.This isn't about their body work. I'm sure they do a great job when they actually perform repairs. The problem is that they did not perform ANY repairs for FIVE WEEKS after I authorized them to go ahead with starting work on my car. They told me it'd be a 4-6 week turnaround. Not bad considering the extent of the body damage and it being a heavy deer season (get it together, hunters).I called them a couple days ago to get an update on where my car was at in the repair process, only to be blindsided.The guy on the phone informed me after talking to Skip himself that "they would not start work until they had a guarantee of payment".This would not be an unfair or unreasonable request, had they told this to me at ANY single point in the 2.5 months my car had been sitting in the shop and getting evaluated prior to them pulling the rug out from under me. They never called to tell me this. They never told me this when I called, or when I first dropped the car off.I even asked, knowing this is sometimes requested for higher cost repairs. They told me no. When I presented Skip with this information, he did not admit any fault, instead saying they always ask for a guarantee of payment for customers paying out of pocket.Maybe so, but they definitely didn't ask me, and they didn't make any effort to make things right. I'll give him credit, he DID tape my bumper up in quiet embarrassment to keep it from falling off when I drove it off his lot for the last time ever. He couldn't own up to the costly mistake him and his employees made though. He can't give me back the three carless months that will now be five or six.I don't think he's a bad guy, but I cannot respect or recommend him as a business to anyone. There's no excuse for that disorganization and total lack of communication. Yes, they are busy, but you simply cannot be too busy to explain a CRITICAL policy. It came off as extremely shady with the way it played out, whether they have good intentions or not.My grandpa was a mechanic his entire life, so I don't take well to mechanic-fed BS. I know better. I'm not naive, and I'm definitely not a Karen. I understand work being backlogged. I understand being overloaded with customers. I respect the hell out of tradespeople, especially mechanics, and I don't publicly complain about a business unless they really deserve it.Quite frankly, Skip's, you guys dropped the ball. Now I will gladly delete this review if you guys wanna fix my car for free. There's obviously enough business in your lot to make up for it.I don't see you ever doing that though, so until then, here's a dark brand for you.Nothing personal.Service: Body & Trim

Skip is super nice! They fixed a busted glass for me and even washed the car and cleaned the inside. Wasn't expecting that but it is really appreciated.

After getting into an accident with a new car, multiple people at my job referred me to Skip s Auto Body. Told me they were the best around. They weren t kidding. They exceeded my expectations. I was hoping they could could make her look new again and they sure did. Very polite and helpful from the moment I first called. Out of all the places I was offered any service down in the area, Skip s employees know how to treat their customers. The autobody technicians did some of the best work I have ever seen, and I m sure any other service they offer will be the best that possibly can be done. I highly recommend Skip s Auto Body to anyone who ever wants their vehicle done professionally. If their is any chance your vehicle can look new again, this is your place. After a deer hit my SUV on Interstate 81 I was a mess. My brother recommended Skip's and I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful they are and how grateful I am. I arrived at lunchtime with a bumper that had been zip tied on by a state trooper. Skip took at least 30 minutes to secure my bumper back in place before doing the estimate. He noticed a dent in the door I had missed.I asked if I could get my car back in a certain time as I needed to travel. They are booked weeks in advance but he worked me in and finished it a day before I needed it.The car looks amazing, the paint is perfect, and they cleaned it up inside and out.

Skip himself performed an incredible recovery getting my Jeep off a 4x4 trail in the mountain, in the rain, on a Saturday night. I wish I had pictures to show how much risk he personally took just to get me out of the situation. I would not hesitate to call. He really knows what he's doing and has all the right trucks to get the job done at a fair price.

Great Guys. A caliper bolt worked loose allowing the whole caliper to swing out and pin itself against a wheel. Front Tire was completely locked up. Unfortunately this was on Christmas Day. Cody was the good guy that was sent out and he got the right bolt from a spare they had very very quickly.I can't recommend these guys enough.Very nice people on the phone, they understood the problem extremely easily, asked good questions, and fixed it right quick.
