They saved our trip in about three hours. Helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone and got us temporarily fixed so that we could limp in for hands-on help. Was impressed by their knowledge of RV slider issues. They had the needed circuit for our unit and helped us install it.

Had an appointment, dropped RV off the night before, called daily for updates, and was told it wasn t seen yet. We live in it as travel nurses, so an appointment was crucial spending on motels until complete. It was a quick fix, the mechanic would not give us a walkthrough on what he did, so another gentleman was explaining the best he could. The mechanic neglected to replace our capture plate which could have been extremely detrimental. He came out with an attitude he had to screw it back on. (The fifth wheel hitch broke my wire plug and dented my tailgate without that capture plate). We barely made it 4 hours into our drive and noticed he also failed to screw back the underbelly of our trailer (source of our problem). Also grateful that we didn t lose that in our travels. If anyone understands working short, we do. I appreciate them taking us in quickly, 3 days in and out, very efficient. The ladies in the repair shop answering were very pleasant and called me back every time I was asking for an update or if it had been seen.

They have had my RV for weeks. I have called 6 or 7 times to get a status. They have promised to call me back several times but never have. I sent an email to Dave who gave me his card when I dropped off the RV. He said reach out with any issues - he has not responded. I am left with no choice but to head out there (over an hour away) and demand my RV back. Part of me wonders if they didn t wreck it or mess something up and they are trying to cover it up. Their poor communication and inability to live up to their word doesn t leave me much choice.Update: I received a call from Dave very soon after posting the review. I was able to pick up the RV, work completed, after that. We're new to the RV world and plan to live in it for the next year while our home is built. Dave and his team took a ton of time with my wife and I and went over all the components in the RV and answered all our questions - VERY helpful.

These people were awesome! I was heading out on my first cross country RV trip and they fit me in to do a safety check and make sure I knew everything I needed to know for my trip. They gave me a number to call day or night if I had any trouble. Really grateful for all their kindness.

We've owned a couple RVs and know that repairs rarely happen quickly. And sometimes the wrong part comes in. Not for the faint of heart. I add, too, that Naked Bear had done a couple repairs well. But when the rig came back in March with mismatched paint, an exhaust pipe hung under the carriage so that it MELTED the fender skirt, and an incorrectly installed slide-out motor (the pin wasn't in, so it flopped around and damaged the entire slide-out assembly), we asked them to correct it.They never sent anyone out as promised (after 2.5 months of trying). On the other hand, this gave me time to look closely at their invoices to find they had overcharged us by $460. (!!) Could possibly be just sloppy bookkeeping (they applied a deposit over two invoices and snuck it in there) versus outright theft, but I can't say, as they won't reply. To be continued...Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Whomever is reading this, please continue. These folks are the most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As I stated above, poor quality work. I took my RV to them 7 times. 7 times they never finished the work. The work they did, was poor and needed further repairs....which is why I took it to them 7 times, to continue to fix the same problems they never finish. Professionalism-- They don't have a clue as to good customer service. They have Kristy in the back who' curses on the phone and is constantly on personal calls instead of taking care of customers. The owners, Brian and Cheryl promise things that never happen. They lie to your face and smile, and will take your money gladly, but good luck getting your RV repaired 100%. If you need to speak to Brian, they won't let you talk to him, even though he says he is always available. They ignore phone calls and emails and they owe a bunch of people money. Read the reviews...and DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS.

I worked here for a little over a year. It was the worst experience of my life. When i quit they threatened to call the cops on me for coming to get my check, that following friday. Also i have worked Saturdays without receiving pay. I was told that they made a management decisions to not pay me. Dont use this company. They are corrupt

Wow! These guys ordered our parts and got them in within the week! The service is AMAZING! Then, the shop people saw that we were having some trouble installing our fifth wheel, and told us to drive around and they did it quickly and freely! Thank you guys so very much!

We have been using Naked Bear RV since they first opened in Woodstock. They have done extensive work on two different motor homes and our Jeep. We use our rigs more than most 200+nights/year on average 15,000 miles/yr so maintenance and repairs are critical. Their knowledge and service are beyond question. They have never been late getting work done. Unlike other RV shops they haven t ever broken things while fixing something else. I know that parts are often a challenge especially on older units like ours. The parts department has always found what I needed and communicated realistic expectations for completion.Since moving to Woodstock they have proven to be a partner to the city and a huge asset to the RV community. In my estimation Motorhome owners place our lives in the hands of people who work on our rigs. I have and will continue to have this level of trust with the employee family at Naked Bear.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

We travel full time in our Motorhome and have had maintenance or service with several companies around the country. We have had ongoing problems with our refrigerator over the past 3 years, and finally the problem was diagnosed and repaired by the crew at Naked Bear.We are very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge the team here has exhibited. We wish we were going to be in this area longer so they could do more work on our unit!

Winch failed, resulting in it cranking so hard it bent the mounting bracket. Naked Bear ordered a new winch kit and rebuilt the mount stronger and better than it was. I'm very happy with the repair. While I hope not to need more repairs, if I do, they will be one of the first I call.

We discovered a leak last year. We did our best to pinpoint its location before calling Naked Bear. Now, if you ve ever had a leak you ll know how difficult it can be to track the source of the leak. We didn t want to DIY this job.The repair included a rebuilt of the loft in our Class C. Unfortunately, only one portion of the leak was fixed. It took several months, but once the smoke test confirmed the final entry point, we ve been smooth sailing.I ve been raving about Naked Bear RV s customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism. We are lucky to be one of their repeat customers.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

No communication w/their service dept. Ordered a window. Called & no one could give me a status on it. Always runaround. Took 2 months. Of course Covid was the excuse. Not a happy camper

Well I paid a lot of money, most of the work was completed but it wasn't totally finished, I was expecting something I could brag about and be proud of my decision to repair my camper and be excited to send customer's to them but that was not the case, disappointed best sums it up

Great guys, stopped in looking for a part that didn't end up fitting my specific rv but they took the time to offer alternate solutions and teach a noobie about some best practices. They have some great ideas for growth and even though I'm hundreds of miles away I'm going to try and get back to them for some solar work. Thanks!
