I had some major suspension work preformed on my truck in July 2023. Robin provided a very detailed estimate prior to starting the work. The scheduled work took 2 days to complete as they told me it would and this was very important as I had rented a car for use during repair. When it came time to pay the bill it was significantly less than estimate was originally as some of the discussed repairs didn't need to be replaced. This is a very honest and skilled garage with very kind and client focused owners. My truck suspension runs like new! Thank you! I would let woodyards work on my dog and I don't have one they keep my truck all day to do a 15 minute job and way over charged me.

I was traveling from my home in northern Virginia to my home in Pulaski County and my alternator went out. Terry and Robin took special care of me and got me on the road the next day. Thank you guys so much. I have done business with Woodyard for over 50 years, when Mr. Woodyard was in the old garage.

The amount of unprofessionalism today was unreal. I went in needing something fixed and the receptionist lady just starting laughing hysterically saying they are booked out for 2 to 3 weeks and didn t know what I needed to do. I will NEVER recommend this garage to anyone. EVER!

I was desperate for an Inspection at the end of the day, and these wonderful folks got me in last minute. Most garages make it so difficult for those of us that work 8-5 Mon-Fri. Most don't do appointments and aren't open on weekends. I just happened to be off because of my daughter's orthodontist appointment, and NRV Lube came up with every excuse in the book, so they wouldn't have to inspect my car. Woodyard Auto Service are kind and understanding, and I truly appreciate them inspecting my car last minute when they didn't have to. God Bless you all!

Had part put on car by Woodward, it messed up I was told they didn't know what problem was, was told to take it to dealer because they were leaving for vacation. Well it was part they put on so had it fix . Went back to them with part under warranty and was told sorry it's part for part we had to fix it to get another part she said. I reminded them they told me to take it to dealership. Never even got money back or a new part that was still under warranty.

Stopped here on a cross country road trip when we had some wheel concerns. Terry helped us out - he did a thorough check of the tires and of the undercarriage of the car and made us feel very comfortable in continuing on our way. Would highly recommend this place!

I had a serious braking issue with my truck recently. I spoke with Robin Woodyard about an appointment and she found a good place for my visit despite a very busy schedule with limited personal. I just want to say thank you to the wonderful couple running this very special business.

They do great work. My whole family takes their cars here. Only negative is they are usually backed up so if it's not a simple oil change or something be prepared to drop your vehicle off for a day to a week or two depending on the issues. However they do awesome work and they're very honest. Robin and Terry are great.

These guys (and gals) are the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else. We've brought our cars in wondering if there's a problem and they've looked it over, found nothing wrong and not charged us a dime. We also trust them with all our legit auto work and we've never been disappointed. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I work on the road and only have one vehicle to get me to work and back. Woodyard auto service worked around my schedule and did a fantastic job. Very grateful to know there are still honest respectable affordable mechanics in this country. Highly recommended. Thank you all for an amazing job.

The converters are only clamped except for the blindfolded welds on back,so still have exhaust leaks,after being charged $245.horn doesnt work,did before,hi beams dont work,did before,ebrake only works in reverse,barely holds in drive.truck is stuttering really bad,has no power,after new tank,sensor,lines ,pump.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, BrakesServices: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Brakes

I went to them for an inspection and they were very friendly and very quick to help with everything. They re a busy office so you have to try and catch them at a good time. Glad I found this place!

Well, we called woodyards ahead of time for an inspection, the lady there said if no one came in before us we could get one, so we got there in a rush about 7 minutes tops, we live in dublin, and when we arrived someone was leaving, so we walked in and stood behind the gentleman who was at the counter, well they were doing no business transaction they were talking about how he worked at volvo and how he makes trucks and how amazing they are doing, well eventually she tells him his total and what had been done to his car, then they start talking again, while we are still waiting, so after 10 minutes of listing to them eventually my fiance stands back up in line, and the woman asks " are y'all here for an inspection" and we said " yes maam" and she said "we cant do it today, somebody just come in" I honestly feel like that was a lie, since it was 430 and they close at 5. Plus she just had to carry on her converstaion, thank you for ignoring us maam, if you knew we couldn't get one today you could have at least told us before waiting so long....and I will highly recommend that no one come here for anything, we went to the Napa auto care right across from yall, and although they couldn't do it today either, they at least were polite and set us up one tommorow. My how I will recommend them.

Went to have my car inspected I was there almost for 2 hrs during this time they had inspected 12 other vehiclesThen when the finally got done they failed my car for not having a driver airbag tried to tell them my car never came factory with air bags wouldn t listen to me took it to another garage in fairlawn passed it no problem, I m seeing pattern with this garage if your young they try to take advantage of u I ve heard several other ppl in my age range that s had similar problems with this garage

My gf stopped by yesterday 9/25/19 for an inspection sticker they tired to say both lower ball joints where bad and a tie rod end well the tie rod was bad but both ball joints are fine they where going to charge her over 500 buck to change them funny thing is Thompson tire just passed it had 3 ppl look at them said nothing was wrong and I know this becouse I do all the work not very honest if you ask me

My family and I used this garage for 10 years BUT WILL NEVER USE AGAIN !! This year they failed my car for not having fully colored amber lights , my car came factory with ones that are half clear half amber went to serval different auto parts stores and told them what happen and even the employees called this garage to inform them my car came factory like this and more less said tough **** and refused to pass it but wanted me to pay them 235.00 to have them fix it ???? Who does thisServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Waited at the counter for someone to come and help me, but was ignored. Noticed all the right wing propaganda around. There was a sign that said if I didn't agree with those values to leave, so I did.

Scammers for sure. Y all ain t getting my money. Told me 4 things were wrong with my vehicle that aren t. They are out to get their money. Don t go to this place for anything.

The Woodyards are wonderful honest people. The only place I will take my vehicles, they will not rip you off like most places around!
