The people at Reynolds performance are very polite and professional. They also are very honest they will try their best to save you money . I will definitely go back to them for more work to be done also I would recommend Reynolds performance to all my friends and family.

Amazing service. Very polite and knowledgeable on the phone. Needed help gapping spark plugs told me to bring them in same day and they d help no problem. Gapped them for me and didn t charge me. I ve been coming to Reynolds Performance for years. Honest place, they re not going to give you a run around or encourage you to fix something if it s not worth it. I ve since moved to Roanoke and still choose to come here for my car maintenance and repairs.

My son's car had a miss and was leaking oil. First diagnose was timing chain kit replacement . he was going to charge me 1500 for the kit and a total of 3600 for everything. Everywhere I found the kit it was 350 to 400 so he was taxing me bad for it. I ended up saying no it was too much. Amazingly a few days later he called back and said just coil pack and plugs would fix it and with tires and everything would only cost 1500. So hesitantly I let him work on it afterwards he said everything was good but it still had a miss and he called one of his buddies and they said it was a carbon build up and for 400 more he could really fix it. James had never heard of it (me either but I'm no mechanic) but after quick Google search it says it's a common well known problem but long story short my son was leaving for the airforce a week later and had to drive a car still leaking oil pretty bad (1.5 quarts in a 10 hour drive) and the engine light is still on and still has a rough idle. I called James back and he offered nothing other than I guess it's leaking somewhere else. I gave 2 stars bcuz James was easy talking too and seemed cool.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Brought my BMW 335i with an N55 in for some diagnostics on a possible fuel pump failure, and these guys were wonderful!Usually if you take your car to a new shop and tell them what you think is wrong, you get one of two things: they treat you like you don t know what you re talking about, or they listen and then barely look at it and tell you it needs the fix you said just to get the money. These guys did neither!They were super honest and transparent with me (Preston was even nice enough to call me when they figured out that it definitely WASN T the fuel pump to ease my stress), and kept investigating and did a very thorough job at a very very reasonable price.On top of that, they re all just really nice knowledgeable down-to-earth people. I highly recommend visiting this place if you re a BMW enthusiast looking for help with general maintenance, or performance solutions!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was traveling with my Sprinter Van from New Hampshire when I lost the turbo and I couldn t drive on the highways. We called, and even though they were busy they fit us in and were amazing!! Figured out the problem and were super upfront about pricing and everything. Totally honest and reliable - 2 things that are hard to come by especially in the auto mechanic world. I don't typically like taking my cars to shops - if I don't do it myself, I don't trust that things have been done correctly. That being said, Reynolds Performance is one of very, very few shops I trust 100%. James and crew always do a great job, and are honest about what your vehicle needs.

Cant say enough good things about this shop. They do ALL of my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Keeps you up to date on progress of repairs, always diagnoses my vehicle problems with 100% accuracy and always a quick turn around on repairs!

Paid $85 for a complete head to toe diagnostic/ estimate to identify the source of a vibration / noise. They told me they couldn t really figure out what the noise was from (it was LOUD) and that I needed wheel bearings and ball joints. Well, during this hour long diagnostic in which they thouroughly inspected my vehicle, they failed TO CHECK THE FRIGGIN DRIVESHAFT!!!!!!!! Said my car was fine to drive, (it broke down a few hundred miles later) ALSO!!!!! THEY NEVER PUT TOGETHER MY ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR!!!!! don t waste your time, there are MUCH more experienced and qualified technicians that won t rip you off. STAY AWAY!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don t go here a bunch of arrogant kids that have no clue what there doing very rude and don t even think any of them had a mechanic degree, try to explain to them they was doing the installation wrong and wouldn t listen . I didn t get a mile down the road and car started pouring oil had to have my car towed to another local mechanic . If you want professional work I would advise going somewhere else , shoot I think even Walmart would be better than this place ....Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys are amazing. I had a bad motor mount which I thought was a bad u joint. They diagnosed the correct issue and had me on my way in no time for a lot less than I was expecting.
