I was having trouble finding a proper replacement driveline for my 2000 Z3. They had the best price and the best product. They also had it on the shelf. Anyway, after dealing with Amazon and never having a live person, it was refreshing to speak with a friendly live person, AJ, who verified the part fitment and availability. He checked the shelf for it! Anyway, I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks!

Purchased multiple items for my E36 M3 project. AJ Allen was the biggest help. Really knowledgeable and informative with updates on my orders. If you ever need assistance from someone who will take care of you, go with AJ Allen. They also happened to send me free shirts, candies, and other stickers. Customer service is exceptional. Quality of products and packaging is elite.

I was pleasantly surprisedItems professionally packaged.There are other websites that sell BMW parts. But bimmerworld is the only one that tells indepth details about products for you car .. cross reference parts that fit and why you should purchase.. I will be definitely be ordering the rest of my suspension parts for my project Z4. And my preventive maintenance parts from them. ( Valve cover gasket kit) .

Jason Greene was incredible! Ordered roof racks for my M440i during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and he was transparent and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Despite this busy time of the year, product showed up on time and in perfect condition. Item was an OEM item but Bimmerworld added extra packaging on top of BMW's. Quality service all around and Bimmerworld earned a customer for life, Thanks to Jason!

Service horrible. Every customer needs to know that. I ve never put 1 star to anyone. But this guys made me do that. I was ordered items from BimmerWorld and when parts were on the way i had some problems with my car and asked to cancel my order. They said we already sent it that s why I needed to return and pay for shipping. So they charged me for for restocking fee which is 10%. But it s not end. I m still waiting for my money refund. (Waiting more than they promised)

Started off receiving the new emblem and nuts. From all videos on how to replace it showed up top vs underneath. The nuts that came in were not matching and were for underneath. They tried really hard to explain what they sent were correct parts even when on chat they sent me a video of the nuts that go on top. Will give them credit for trying to help but the opposite parts and videos they sent for the VIN don t match. They did pick up the phone and call, are sending out matching nuts so will give them a 4 because of that. It was at a 1 star before the service was tried hard. Can t give a 5 because when have chat people in sense arguing that I have the right parts, they don t match and send me videos of a different part doesn t add up. Hopefully when I get the matching nut all will be good on car. I do appreciate the call and service and that alone I will use this company again and do recommend.

The products were adequately packaged, they look of good quality, for the emblem the fixing drops were missing, which is an important detail, as soon as I install it I will upload images, On the back of the emblem it has three fixing sticks that must have drops, so it is not possible to fix it with any adhesive, thats why i give 4 stars.

My company purchases parts from Bimmer World, and they have helped us with many tech questions. John and Phil have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. It's very obvious they care about the success of the company they work for and in turn the effort has not gone unnoticed with us. From going out in the warehouse to verify parts and availability to making sure we had a part go out ASAP to get to us on time. They have been a solid group to work with.

Bought 2018 X5 front brakes pad worse product they don t have tell issue with brake dust when I called said to buy there better brand which is not BMW part.Never buy from this company just want to take ur money.

Both sides should have plugs in them. Vender claimed that this is the way they are made. For a 98 z3. Aftermarket product. Quality control not up to par somewhere.

This is my 2nd purchase from Bimmerworld in the last 3 weeks and I couldn t be happier!
