If you need anything fixed call these guys they are very down to earth and very reasonable and will make you feel like you have been going there for years on your first visit had a pinion seal replaced with a new yoke didn't take them long at all and cleaned up some of the mess told the mechanic he didnt have too cause I was gonna get it decreased but he still did if they don't have they will get it for you thank you truck service of Virginia for your professionalism and hospitality will be back

Won't be coming here anymore. Came here 4 times. At first they were doing good. Spent up to $6,000 in repairs total. Truck was still rough after spending all that money. The 2nd time was $3,100. I had a air leak which never got fixed. Driver side fuel tank clogged with diesel. It got worse overtime. I've lost 4 weeks of down time for the whole time my truck has been at this place. When I came here the 3rd time they fixed mostly everything I said needing repairs except the clogged fuel tank. Came back for the clogged fuel tank. Wasted 2 weeks of down time and $898. They replaced the fuel caps and vents and they knew that wasn't the problem. You don't have the right to charge anything if you can't fix it. I demand a refund for what never got fixed and my time. I went to a friend of mines who helped out big time and the cost were reasonable. Truck runs so much better. It does not take that long for repairs even if you claim to be short staffed. Nobody got time to keep coming back. If you want to lose TIME and MONEY this is the place to go!

We went in for a three axle alignment. For those who are familiar with MD alignment, this is one of their vendors. The experience with Morris at the front desk was awesome. Nate did an absolutely phenomenal job aligning the tractor while giving us a crash course on truck alignment. We highly recommend them. Excellent work gentlement.

This shop deals in the MD Alignments. I believe in the system. Of course, it all depends on the person doing the work. Not only does my truck stay true on the road, there's no more fatigue in holding the steering wheel straight. Bonus! You're told what was wrong and how it was remedied. That's better than just being handed a bill!
