Very affordable towing price, prompt and friendly service. Even offered to do some mechanic work to fix a problem he noticed I have with my vehicle. I have been searching for a mechanic for over a year who can fix it with breaking my pockets. My definition of excellent customer service.

Our car broke down in southern Virginia and M&J towing came out to pick us (and our car) up within 30 mins of calling them. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 kids so we were impressed we could all fit so comfortably in the tow truck! John (our driver) drove us to our car repair shop (a very long drive due to traffic) and he was so kind, patient and professional thru it all.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Very nasty people towed a motorcycle out of parking lot less than 5 miles and charged $550.00 to get it back only held it 1 1/2 days - they have a contract with apartments in Hopewell to move vehicles in there parking lot - very bad business and hostile - Do not use them they can charge what they want

I was broke down on the side of the road. The owner marshall pulled over, and gave me a tow to my house on just my word that i could pay him when we got there. After i paid him he offered to help me push my vehicle in the back yard for noxtra charge! I will always call them back anytime i need a tow in the tri city area! Thank you.

At this very moment my driver is working with AAA we've been waiting HOURS while he claims he is at my location, No answer from ANYONE at the tow shop. Three hours away from home stranded in a parking lot.. .
