My installer was very nice and was promptly on time. He communicated with me when he needed to pick up a tool instead of just leaving and letting me wonder where he was. He was thorough in explaining details of when I could drive my car, when to take the tape off, when I could take it through a car wash, and advised me to make sure I run the defrost so I'm not attacked by glass shards that may have fallen in the dash . The second gentleman that showed up was polite as well. So far everything looks great and I look forward to being able to drive my car again! I had Safelite rescheduled 2x, finally called Affordable Glass and they fit me right in (they were also considerably cheaper than safelite!!). I love that they are a local business and were able to meet my needs quickly. Thank you!S. Pulley

If you need a windshield look no further this is the place to get it. Great price, called on Fri windshield was in on following tues. . They came to my house. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The process was so easy from start to finish. Justin was very easy to talk to and he explained everything to me about the process before the tech came out. The tech arrived early as requested and was very professional and courteous. He cleaned my new windshield and left no mess in my car. He explained everything to me as well and made sure I knew not to drive until after 3 hours, for our safety. It is very comforting to know that there are still companies like this out there! I felt like they actually cared. The price was reasonable as well!Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are great I've been dealing with them for a few years now and I really recommend if you have something small they get you in and out their mobile they try to work with you and they even will go into Richmond thanks guys

Price was great and people were nice but since the replacement I called and told them I could hear air when I got up to high speeds. The guy was nice and said he'd come look at it but every time he made plans to come out he changed it bc he said something came up... but then just stopped contacting me and didn't answer calls any more. Now every time it rains moisture gets in my car so it wasn't sealed correctly and they never fixed that. Cheap price= cheap serviceService: Auto windshield replacement

Nice place, nice guys. Had to replace my windshield on '15 Civic because I had a crack that I didn't know about that spread to 6" in one day. Safelite quoted me at $346.56 after everything. Called this place to a price quote, $265 after everything and willing to come out next day.Good job on it, no damage to the trim, clean work. Even swept off my dash after they finished their job.

Punctual, Professional, and Affordable. I highly recommend A-Ford-Able Glass. They provided me superior service and professionalize. From their on-time arrival to completion, it took 50 minutes to replace the front glass of my vehicle. This is hands down the best option in the area for auto glass.

I had a windshield replaced on a Friday but the techs didnt put my windshield wipers back on correctly. I called Jeremy on Saturday when they were closed and left a voice mail. Jeremy called me back and set up a time to meet me. He fixed my wipers in 5 minutes. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 stars.Edit to my review....I had another windshield replaced recently. Their guys put a scratched windshield on my car. I had to call Jeremy and have another one put on. Not a good experience this time.

The technician and his assistant who repaired the chip and crack in my windshield this morning were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was referred to you by my in-laws at J. E. Perdue Landscaping - I was not disappointed. Thank you for coming all the way to Richmond to take care of my windshield, I will definitely call the next time I need glass/repair!
