Called to check tire prices. Very friendly and happy to share prices of various tire brands. Have been here for flat tire replacement on log and chip wagons, always quick to get the job done and get you on your way.. new tires, used tires, recaps.... good service, friendly folks.

That was unpleasant. 2014 Mazda's lights came on and lost power about a mile from here (which I thought was a blessing). They said they diagnosed it, replaced the battery, ignition coil, "tune up", and said goodbye. $700 chargeI turned on the car at the shop and it was sputtering identically to when it broke down earlier. So I talk to one of the mechanics and said they didn't even test drive it after the repairs. WHAT?! He listened to it for a bit and figured it just needed a little running time and I would be find.I didn't trust that at all but just wanted to get out of there before I got ripped again. 20 Miles later I broke down with same issue. I called them and asked what I should do and that the repairs didn't resolve anything. He said, "you're welcome" in a very poor tone and said he thought the valve cover needed to replaced but they didn't have one. So I'm like, "So you decided instead to guess on the other stuff and charge me for it." And he said, "You're welcome." Like....he was dong some Jedi mind trick on me?Took it to the Mazda dealership and they said that was definitely not the problem and that the after market coil they installed was failing like 1,000 x's a minute and so they had to replace them again and voila - problem solved.Messaged Anderson and asked for a partial refund and an apology and I have been ignored - so hear I am. $700 poorer and livid.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Completely ridiculous! I got new tires put on a month and a half ago, went to change brakes and the nuts were barely on! Completely loose honestly lucky a damn tire didn t fall off!

Gave these guys a shot and I am very happy. I needed 5 routine jobs done and the pricing was good and all of the work was completed successfully. What else could you ask for? This company is like a lot of companies in Dillwyn va.There s no real competition for the business they re representing.and the customer doesn t really get considered like they should.The small business on right (seay&haver oil company) does inspections ,really nice and has great prices on tires.Just not open on Saturdays.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, BatteryServices: Vehicle safety inspection, Battery

Took our truck to get inspected. My husband has his inspection license but can't inspect our own vehicles due to the law. Their guy told us he kicked the muffler, which resulted in knocking it loose, failing it. Ok, easy fix. Went to go get it and had no breaks! Muffler had slammed into brake line. Who the heck kicks a customers vehicle to begin with, then turns around and tells them, well atlest he was honest, but then we had to pay to fix what they broke. Come back after they said the brakes were fixed to find they had cut our muffler off......just no words.......

I stopped by for work on a vehicle, employee at front desk was so rude and snobby I simply left the establishment. There are dozens of tire shops where customers can patronize those who are professional and courteous.

Horrible. Quoted a price at intake, then doubled it at pickup. "Car Lot" looks they've done this quite a bit, most likely taking ownership of the car when the customer can't pay the suddenly unagreed upon price hike. Beware!

I adore these people! Seriously business-like, but very friendly. Their prices are so good in this economy. Their work is honest and professional. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

They helped me with a front end alignment and they were quick and thorough. They saw I needed other things to make my vehicle safer (which I really appreciate it). They were also very fair on the bill!

Never had "we can't get to you today" response. They are the "Git 'er Done People". Prices always fair and service is personal. Yes, I'm an Anderson but am not related. Well, maybe being an Anderson I get a little extra special treatment but not a whole lot better than a Smith or Jones.

Nice place at first I was not sure had a problem with daughter car after they fixed it I had to call but they brought it right back in looked at it no cost . And it wasn't anything the did but was honest thanks guys

They are the best people to deal with for tires. They have the best staff everyone would love to have. Everyone is the nicest people that I have met since the 80 s.

I have dealt with Andersons on many occasions and have always had fair treatment. Which is unusual for automotive repair shops, most see a female and thinks cha-ching.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

$34.99 quote for front end alignment turned into $99 and took twice as long as it should. The time was because they had to "beat a part off". Three days later my tires were pointing in two different directions because the tie rod broke. That was the part they beat loose which they said had nothing to do with the alignment. They towed back to the shop and replaced the tie rod and expected me to pay an additional $241, which I had to do to get the truck back. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!$

Brian Anderson and crew severely scratched my wheels and damaged two center caps while simply mounting and balancing my tires. When I call to try and come up with a solution "bobo" shows his true colors before hanging up.Service: TiresService: Tires
