Guy at the counter, super helpful. Bought some gasket material and degreeser and he advised me to use a paper hole punch for pushing the holes. Always nice to deal with knowledgeable people. Thank u. I'll be back!

Beware! I had some car trouble while in Deltaville this spring. Car was overheating and I had a long journey home to New York. I brought it in to NAPA where it was immediately determined that I needed not one -- but two radiators which are part of my Prius' cooling system. I found the parts on NAPA's website for about $200 each but I was told the parts would be $700 because they have to be "special ordered". I was in a jam and had a feeling I was being taken but I just wanted to get home so I allowed them to order the part which I was told would be there the next day. Instead, I ended up waiting 4 days for these very overpriced parts. After all was said and done I was charged over $1,000.This would have been bad on its own. Imagine my frustration when about 10 miles away from the shop my car overheated again. I ended up having it delivered home to NY on a flatbed where a mechanic I trust went over it and determined that it was obviously a blown head gasket and that the radiators which were replaced were more than likely just fine. But the icing on the cake is that the ORIGINAL radiators were both in the car... NEITHER WAS REPLACED.In summary. I was scammed by "Lukas" at this NAPA. When I called him and told him what had happened he said both of my radiators had a "big hole" and were replaced.I was left with a BIG HOLE in my wallet, and a car that I ended up junking. It would have been nice if these guys would have just been straight with me and told me the car was toast instead of milking me for over $1,000 in services which were overpriced, not needed, and not performed!I should have contacted my credit card company right away.

Decent place. Pricing was a bit high but I was in a pinch. Time to repair was a little bit longer than I was quoted and expected but the job got done.
