Had oil change on my mini cooper. 1 hour later they called and said they could not get the oil drain plug removed. When I came to pick up all my cars oil had leaked under the vehicle. Employee came out and recommended I call tow truck. I explained that I drove the car there and expected to drive it home. I will be in touch with a lawyer

My family was staying in Danville for the weekend. Late Saturday night a tire light came on. Wal-Mart was the only place open on Sunday. Took the car in first thing and they removed the object from the tire. They told me they could not find a leak that a few tires were low and put air in all the tires. They did not charge me anything. If I lived in Danville VA I would take my vehicles to this service center. Thanks again to the staff for getting us back on the road and knowing our vehicle was safe for our trip.Service: Tires

Good service, a little incompetency but the problem was resolved on the spot and even received a better quality oil for no extra cost. Took a while as they seem very busy, and under-staffed. But overall, I'm happy to have saved a little money. Oh, and the WiFi here is great!

Worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. As if the line wasn't a long enough wait I was told by cashier that I couldn't pay with cash bc he was waiting for some to be brought to his location then told me I couldn't go up front and pay so I had to wait 30 minutes after my car was ready to pay and leave I do not recommend this place unless you have no other choice

Called the evening before to make an appointment. Was told to bring the car in anytime the next day for tires to be installed. Had my wife drive 40 miles one way to the place the next morning and she was told appointments only . She had to make an appointment for the next day. They also told her three technicians called out sick that Friday.Edit: Wife called me back 20 minutes later and they were going to install the tires today. They installed them within the next hour and a half. Changed from 1 star to 5 for working with her.

You need to get there early because they get busy fast. I would have given 5 stars but the wait time for a battery installation was a bit to long. 2 hours I waited, well shopped with my wife and we all know how much fun that can be. Especially on your wallet. I kept checking my phone looking for a text message telling me my vehicle was ready. Finally when they did I ran back to automotive like I was the flash. ... Customer service is ok. The guy seemed knowledgeable about all the products and my type of vehicle. There wasn't any upselling but anything like. He sold me what I asked for and that was it. Again if you don't have a lot of time to waste this is the place to go. If you are in a big hurry I suggest you go elsewhere. The prices weren't bad at all. I paid $170 for my battery while other retailers was selling it substantially higher. Oh and I got a 4-year warranty, of course it's prorated after a couple of years but I'll take it.

Auto is always a nightmare. Last week the young lady cut the light off while I was pulling my purchases. She said closing time is 7. It was 615. I told her she saw me an could apologize. At least cut the light back on. I know she saw me cause she looked my way an went in the room an came back out. Lil girl with the giant eyelashes. Today I wanted to order tires so they will be in Saturday. Hmm she said I can order them on line. What the world. I need management back there. I was th only person in line.

Ordered tires and drove 35 miles to get put on only to be told they can't do it because it will bend the wheels. I'm a mechanic and install tires this size all the time. Don't go here if you have any kind of performance tires to be put on because they aren't capable enough for 19 inch wheels and tires.

Went in, today, to get two front tires. Service desk entered the information wrong, citing back tires were needed. Technician (Mr Carter) contacted me to confirm and corrected the mistake. Also checked a few extra things, at my request, with no extra charges. Very happy with the experience and would recommend to others.

Usually 5 star service with little wait but honestly 2 and a half hours to replace 3 tires is downright atrocious. I watched on as the mechanics found excuses to not rotate them as well. Only reason this isn't a 1 star is because of previous visits. Tighten up!Service: TiresService: Tires

Auto care team members were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the rest of the work needed. I had to take one star for timeframe it took needs improvement with alittle more organization. It was Saturday afternoon so they did good overall considering it was 3 cars ahead of us.

There was a bit of an issue with my tires that required all four to be replaced. After a bit of confusion the issue was remedied and not once did I run into an unfriendly associate. So all well that ends well!

I got an oil change here. After the service was complete, they listed an extra $11 charge for an oil filter, but that is listed as included. My car does take an abnormal filter, so I wasn't surprised by this, but they still advertize a new oil filter as included without listing possible exceptions.Also, I noticed that the included battery test and floor vaccuming was listed as "Declined" on my receipt. They never asked me if I wanted to decline the extra services that are supposed to be included.Tldr; charged me more for the included oil filter and didn't do other included services without asking me if I wanted to decline.

Open on Sunday! Decent place to get an oil change, just be prepared for a long wait. Good prices on auto services! Maybe you can get some shopping done while you wait.

The tire shop normally close at 7. The staff kept the shop open a few extra minutes to change my tire. They really made my night cause if it hadn't have been for Walmart, I would've been stuck walking back home.

Terrible customer service, I don t advise anyone to deal with them u less you have a whole day to wait!! My wife waited for an hour for them to just LOOK at tires we bought from them to see if they would prorate another set, and after she waited over an hour, she had to leave before they could even LOOK at the tires to measure them!!Needless to say, they will not be getting any more of my business!!No consideration for their customers time!!
