Very unprofessional to me when I took it down there he didn t want to fool with it but my friend talk to him and he said he would do it. He took off unnecessary parts to get the transmission out and then he talking bout he only one person so to me if u know u need two people to do this job don t take the job but he was mean and it was always he ain t gone do this and that so I just got it towed from there so big jobs I would advise u find someone else cause they not built for it. Then he wanted to keep telling me I had the wrong transmission but that same transmission my mechanic bout got it in smhService: Transmission replacement

I spoke to the owner's son who is now in charge of the business. He hung up on me twice when asking general questions bout fixing my headlight. I have some water in my headlight and just asked general questions bout how he would fix it, he did not like me questioning his methods and hung up on me twice.Just for the people reading this, I seen many YouTube videos on how to fix the headlight and I was just asking general questions. I went to his place of business, that day, and apologize for whatever I did to upset him; he explained to me "If you look at YouTube videos, let YouTube fix your headlight." That's his words, not mines. I would not recommend anybody going to Thomas Hairston Auto Sales for advice or auto repair, because if you, the customer, can't ask general questions and treated the way I was for no reason, then why go through the hassle of being treated this way.

My timing was off on my truck I had it towed to Thomas Hairston shop 2 hours later he called me and said your truck is ready from what I saw in the shop he does a lot of restoration this will not be my last visit to his shop fair prices and will only do what is asked of him well now most of the people I work with take there vehicles to him to repair
