I have had a lot of work done at Smith Davis tire and they always did a great job. I now currently live in Naples, Florida but maybe in the area in a couple of days so I may have him do some stuff to my 2024. Ram 3500 crew cab long bed dually 4x4. But yeah, Smith Davis will take good care of you and their prices are reasonable. And the interesting thing is it's like they know my name whenever I walk in old school but good school!!

My son's honda was over for tires and down hill it has been. They added a part without calling but whoever worked on his car did a horrible job. The left rear has been a nightmare. They messed it up no reasonably service in the shop. This place is as bad as Goodyear. Save your money cost my son an additional $600.00

I didn't miss the carelessness on my first visit and I never ignored how nothing improved afterward, either.Slow turnarounds, slipshod workmanship and no adhesion to industry standards.No alignment printouts, no fluids checked, wrong tire pressures, wrong oil type, tampering with vehicle settings, not resetting service gauges, charging labor for minutes of work that is not extra the hits are endless with this shop.Poor performance is just poor performance.I gave them too many opportunities to show me they intend to do otherwise.*Edit: add loose lug nuts to the list. Stellar!Edit II: re: this isn't a list of my feelings and your response was just as dismissive as I would expect.

Horrible service my mom took here truck to get an alignment and tires rotated which was 114 .well soon she got a call saying while doing the alignment that a bolt broke which THEY did and that the cost would be over 400 bucks. Called up and the excuse was the bolt was rusted and that s why it broke. My thing is if it was and you thought it was a chance in breaking it then reach out to the customer let them know then if they say do the job and it breaks then it s on them but this was not the case. They broke the bolt so they should ve fixed it but of course that didn t happen instead claiming to give a discount which was garbage and still ended up paying 400 plus dollars. Do yourself a favor and go else where they will break your stuff then make you pay for their jackleg work.Also was told that we couldn t drive the truck if we decided we didn t want them to do it by someone then my mom called and the manager John said it was drivable that we could take it somewhere else what kind of service is that?? Straight trash never again.

I am a caregiver and son to my 88 year old mother. She and my late father have in the past come to Smith-Davis for many years to have their car repaired and serviced. Today I brought the car in for State Inspection, and was told the airbag light was on. When I inquired can they repair it, the response was no then yes. From their attitude I was given the impression that I should not come back at all. When I returned the next day, they gave me a ride back to my mom's house. They fixed the problem and delivered her car to her home. WOW, now I know why she is a loyal customer. THANK YOU, Smith-Davis!

Just went yesterday for an inspection on my car. They notified me over the phone there would be a wait but i still came and I'm glad i did. In less than an hour they pulled in my car, did the safety inspection and had me on my way. Very professional and courteous employees there. Highly recommended!

I was incredibly disappointed with their work. My son and I brought his car in yesterday because there were times when it wouldn't start, and if it did start, it might cut off while he was driving. We told them what the car was doing. Today, I received a call from them saying they'd put oil in the car, and then they noticed a noise that signified a problem with the engine. Altogether, the bill was over $60 to figure out what the problem was and to add oil. When we went to pay and pick up the car, it wouldn't start. They had to give my son a jump to get out of the parking lot and said the car "just needed a little juice." It cut off not even five minutes later. My son called them back, but instead of offering any type of assistance, they were rude. I have to say that I am honestly perplexed. I have used their services for years and spent thousands of dollars there. They have never done anything to any of my cars without calling to get my permission, yet they went ahead and added oil to the car without checking with us first. The staff has never been rude to me either. I am so disheartened that we've had this experience with them.

They did ok... Had 2 front tires replaced and an alignment. Got me in and out quicker than expected, which was a relief. BUT after dealing with a loose valve core, I realized that they didn't replace my valve stems. They couldn't because they were sensor valves, but I was still charged for the replacement. After calling in about this charge, I was told it was a miscommunication with the mechanic and the front desk, as their invoices are loaded with that charge by default and the desk was unaware of the fact that they didn't get replaced. That was understandable, but I was then told that I needed to physically come back in with my receipt in order to get it refunded. I'm not driving a � an hour for a 5 dollar charge. It seems to me that having the card and invoice numbers is enough to issue a refund. I'm not sure how often this happens, but it seems like an easy way to make a quick 5 bucks off of people unwilling to spend more than that in gas just to come back and get it.... Do better please

I always receive great service (on both my automobiles). Great deal on tires, with free lifetime rotation. They are always crowded, a sign of good service. I usually drop my car and they call when ready. Last time I had to wait, comfortable waiting area, did not have to wait but about an hour. Great guys!

Being new to the area I decided to look for a place with a 5 star rating and wish I never did. We came in for a new tire and an alignment cost us almost $300 and to top it off our tire was not on tight at all!!! Car was shaking terribly took it to a hole in the wall and was advised that all tires where loose! I will never go to this place ever again and would advise against it to everyone!

Fast friendly service and good prices. I only paid $59 for a four wheel alignment. The only downside is that they don't do appointments so get there early. Like 7:00am early or else you will be there awhile as it stays very busy.

I enjoy going to Smith Davis Tire Pros, they treat me and Amy with great respect. I have been purchasing my tires here since 2011 and would not think of going anywhere else. Great product and great service here, always.

I give them 4 stars but I'm kind of changing my mind. Went there today to see about getting my bmw lined up but said I shouldn't bring it on Saturday because it would take too long for them to do it on Saturday never had a problem with them before. Have known Mike the owner since high school don't know what to think of this. I quess I'm going to call in sick to work so I can get the car aligned.

I had an alignment done, but they couldn't adjust the rear due to my control arms being rusted. I had just put on a set of 4 new tires previously that day. The guy comes back and says he could only adjust the front, but that should fix my alignment even though I was charged full price. I live in West Virginia, but was down visiting family when I got this done. On the drive back home I noticed it kept pulling to the left even harder than before the alignment. Needless to say I paid $60 for a worse alignment as my set of $250 tires are now showing signs of inner wear because the steering wheel is at a slight angle for driving straight when it was not like that before. Disappointed.

I recently bought a new care that had lug nuts that required a key. Of course the key didn't come with the car. I called Smith Davis & they told me to swing by. Our wait was less than 2 hours, which was reasonable since we didn't have an appointment scheduled. Once they got to my car, it took 5 mins. Kia dealership quoted me for $100, Smith Davis did it for $30. I would definitely schedule an appointment & do just a drop off for this business

Went here to get my 2018 SRT Challenger worked on I needed a TPMS,Tire Rotation and Alignment once I got here I explained what I needed done to the car and bam it got done I m glad they was able to find a stem for my car made the price lovely $$ I left happy and so Happy I m posting my review on here. Highly Recommend 5* A+ Work and A+ Customer Service Keep up the good work Smith Davis Tire Pros.

I wanted to get my ball joints replaced simply because I wanted it done and didn't know when or if they had ever been replaced. They told me the old ones were still good and they didn't think they needed changing. This tells me they are honest. I had it done anyway just because I wanted it. Come to find out, there actually was an unseen problem with the control arm once the knuckle was taken off.

Normally I don't publicly complain if I have poor service and try to give the benefit of the doubt, however this is strike 2 for Smith Davis Tire Pros. Yesterday I took my car in after having my tires rotated elsewhere and was informed to have an alignment. I go in about 9AM. Wait about and hour and a half. They finally get it on the lift. It's on there less than 3 mins and they guy calls me to the counter. He says they can't do my alignment unless I pay for a new lower control arm because mine is messed up. That'll be 370 without factoring in the other 60 for alignment and that they would have to order the part. I said ok, let me call around and see what I can do. I bought the part myself, called up my mechanic, he put it on in less than an hour. All together it was less than 145. Now backtracking, before Smith Davis would give me my keys I had to pay them 35 just for putting it on the lift. I didn't fight and figured I'd be back same to to finish it. As soon as my mechanic finished up, I called Smith Davis and said "Hey can I drop it off around 4 and pick it up when I get off work tomorrow?" The guy said sure. I then said I paid 35 when I was there that's going to be applied to the alignment cost right. The guy on the phone said "Absolutely shouldn't be a problem." Fast forward to today. Go to pick it up. The guy at the counter refuses to take it off. Then says if you leave and get a part fixed they don't check the alignment on that part of the car. So basically they did half an alignment and charged me all over again. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been so disappointed by a business in my life. Everyone there needs to be on the same page and stop trying to scalp there customers. I will not be returning. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate someone conning me out of it.

Needed new tires for my work truck before I left for vacation. They took care of me and had rolling out the same day. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Check them out for all your tire needs.
