I scheduled an appointment to have a windshield replaced in my corvette. Scheduling was almost two weeks out. Which was fine, I wasn't in a hurry. I planned my work accordingly and cleared my day for an appointment that morning. I received a call a few minutes after 8am to tell me my windshield wasn't delivered to their shop.....the day and time of the appointment. Time is very precious to me due to work. They should have contacted me the day prior to the appointment, not when I waiting for them to pull into the driveway. I can't speak to their quality of work. I've heard good things. I hope management will see this and make a better effort with their scheduling. I had the windshield replaced two days later with a different business.

The entire process was actually stress free. Everyone at the shop we're courteous and helpful. Dropped off and was ready Ina few hours. Well worth the price and guarantee

Company has no actual humans to talk to. Customer service refers you to the website. Drove to the Danville shop. The Manager was accommodating.He not only addressed the problem but fixed it on the spot. John Page went above and beyond great customer service.

Matthew changed the windshield and the wipers quickly and flawlessly. The entire procedure from setting the appointment to paying was easy and he answered all my questions regarding products as well as the procedure itself. With complimentary drinks, wifi, and snacks the wait time was comfortable as well. If you need a windshield change I highly recommend Safelite.

Scheduled my appointment on line, was given my quote, received text message reminders, the day before and day of my appointment, reminding me of time of appointment, their detailed location (address) and a picture of the guy who was going to be doing my windshield replacement...which I found to be a good touch.Wait time wasn't bad, I actually arrived early and they were able to start then instead of me having to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to start.Price was what you'd expect and service was great very friendly and down to earth team.

They did a good job installing the new windshield but they broke a piece of trim on the dash. When ask about it they claimed they didn't realize it had happened. That's possible but very unlikely and the concern they had about making it right was a joke. Was told they didn't have a manager at the Danville Va location and they didn't have the authority to make it right. They were very friendly but that doesn't fix the damage to my vehicle!

They are very nice and professional, I got my front mirror glass replaced. I was very happy and satisfied. Car was done within a hour very good customer service.

What excellent service!! The Tech, Matthew, took great care in replacing the windshield on my Mom's Pontiac Montana. Matthew went above and beyond and paid attention to EVERY, and I do mean E-V-E-R-Y, detail. I highly recommend Safelite Autoglass on Riverside Drive.

Had my windshield in my Lexus replaced today by Matthew. He was on time, courteous, surveyed the problem and told me exactly what he was going to do. Matthew took pride in his work and it showed. Started on time efficient but scratch my vehicle didn't tell me glass a little crooked and left my hatch back handle off had to go back to get it

I did a quote online for a total of $389. The tech called this morning to inform me he was on the way and told me a total of $409 was to be collected. I asked why the price i was quoted (and had a paper copy of) was $20 more. He wasn't sure. So i called another glass company that was local and was quoted $185 for the windshield, clips seal labor and taxes. Now this company will not come to me but i refuse to believe a fair market value fro safe-lite to come to me is $224. What a horrible way Safe-lite does business . I do not recommenced this company for anyone.

Very happy the service I received at this location John the service tech was super helpful and explained everything so well also went as far to call my Insurance company and I did not know that my insurance cover repairs so it didn't cost me anything very happy,you all will forever have my service.

Safelite in Danville, VA replaced our windshield. The seal failed and moisture began coming inside. They refused to stand behind their work, instead blaming it on a manufacturer flaw and the sun. Mmmmm. . . .thought lots of cars sat in the sun. NEVER will we use them again!Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Was told by Meagan someone would be there after 530 that they needed my Vin. First I get hung up on then it says to call back they are closed.
