Was NOT happy w/the recall. I went in a wk prior to have my 1st oil change and inspection. Then they told me of a recall and they'd call me to set up an appt. I made the appt and asked how long it would be. They said 1 - 1 1/2 hr. Well i waited for over 3 1/2 hr. I was never asked of a shuttle or car to use to get away from there. Nearly 4 hr is a very long time to sit and wait for your car being serviced. Yes! They had WATER and COFFEE there, but nothing other. Had I known that I was to be that long w/o any food, I'd have taken something with me to eat. I was very disappointed in the service I received. Also, since I thought it was to be a shorter period of time, I took my dog w/me. So there we sat for NEARLY FOUR HOURS! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Went to the body shop to get my wheel fender looked at after an accident. They said there wasn't any body damage but the dealership could service the liner that was damaged. Went to the dealership where they wouldn't look at the car at all, shuffled me around to different people. And when they finally told me a price and I paid they failed to mention until DAYS later that the price they made me pay was just for the parts. Which I view as extremely shady unless they are just stupid enough to think everyone in the world has the tools and knowhow to replace the part themselves, which I doubt.

Great place, Shaun is awesome, definitely ask for him if you are wanting to buy a car. He does what he says hes going to do and he's not pushy, was a great experience shopping with him. Plan on buying our next vehicle from him.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Southern Team in Roanoke has much better customer service, faster appointment times AND they don't cancel your oil change the day before your appointment. Thanks Woodall.

My car was towed there on August 27th. August 29th, I was told they would have to locate my car. I didn't hear back, so I called on the 30th, and they stated they were behind and it would be three weeks before they could look at it. Three weeks later, I called and spoke with Brian, who said he was new and wasn't familiar with the system. Brian said he would get someone to assist him and call me back. Again, no contact. I called the next day, the car still hadn't been checked. Brian stated he was the only one in the service department. He informed me he would make it a priority and follow up the next day. The next day, he called to say they were running tests but didn't have a diagnosis. Another week passed with no information. I called the following week, and they said it could be the motor. I was told they were going to see if it was under warranty. I waited another week to hear nothing. After leaving a message, I received a call two days later confirming it was the motor and stating it was covered. Weeks passed with no information. I called the 1st week in November, and they needed me to provide additional maintenance records. No one thought it was necessary to call and inform me of this. I told him to give me a couple of days to see what I could find. Two days later, I called and got the email address to send the maintenance records. The email address was provided to the other company, and they confirmed everything was sent successfully. Fast forward to yesterday, and still no call from Woodall, so I called them. This time they say they never received the maintenance records. After phonetically spelling the email address to confirm it, they attempted to tell me it was incorrect until they realized it was correct. Again no one felt it was necessary to reach out to me to advise that the email was never received, nor did anything to my car! The car has been sitting there for three months with absolutely nothing done to it. I asked if they could submit the information they had, he stated he could but had no explanation as to why this hadn t already been done. Do not take your vehicle here for service! They do not follow up or through with anything, the communication is nonexistent, and the customer service is extremely poor. At this point I have not been offered a car to loan, no apology or any type of concern for the fact that my car has been sitting there for 3 months. I will be contacting corporate and the local news today. The only reason there is a star at all is because the review will not post without one.

Great, friendly dealer. I flew up from South Florida to get a car they had in stock and they made it very easy. Picked me up at airport and had me out of the dealership in 1 hour - even with financing. Highly recommend.

My car has been with Danville Woodall Hyundai since 6/20/22. My engine stopped working and I was covered under an extended warranty to receive a new engine. According to Woodall the engine was on back order and they needed to get approval to order it which was the reason it would be a 4 week wait. Once everything was approved and they finally received the engine toward the end of June then the excuse was that they didn t have enough technicians and it would be another 2-3 week wait. I contacted them back in July and still haven t worked on my car. They didn t offer me a loner vehicle or a rental nor did they follow up with me. I had to call on several occasions and demand to speak with a manager just to get through to speak with a person because their call center will transfer you to a line that will send you straight to voicemail. They do not call back if you leave a voicemail. I contacted the corporate office in August and was assigned a case manager Marcela who was no help at all. She claimed she contacted Woodall Hyundai last Monday and they stated that the anticipated date they would start working on my car was this past Friday. She emailed me last Friday and stated she was not able to get in contact with them. This is Corporate now!! Smh so once again I call Danville yesterday left a voicemail and no call back and their Manager wasn t in office per their customer service line and then I contact them today and spoke with Amber in Services. She stated that corporate NEVER called them and they just gave me a random date and that my car is still in line to be worked on. Once again the Manager is still not in today and according to them they do not know when he will return. This is so unprofessional of this business and they clearly do NOT care about their loyal customers. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend anyone use their services because it is complete trash. All they do is LIE to get you off the phone and give you the run around.

I will NEVER consider trading or purchasing another vehicle from you all so please stop asking. Horrible customer service and constantly overcharging for services. Bryan can never explain what, why and how, just quote one price and always end up paying way over. It s ridiculous 0 star rating.

Would do less than 1 star if it would let me! The service dept. Should be investigated. They have kept my parents car for more than 5 months claiming they can't get the part and when you put a call into them, they never return your call. My parents are 85 and 87 years old. This dealership is not even trying to help them. I think a news channel should be the next call as this is unbelievable!!

Unfortunately my car broke down near this location and it has been a absolute nightmare with the service department. I only have 90,000 miles on my car with a lifetime engine warranty and I paid for a extended warranty. I have been stranded for close to two weeks without a loaner car. We were on vacation and it ruined our vacation and left us stranded. This location is poorly managed and understaffed with only ONE mechanic. My car is completely under warranty but they refuse to supply me with transportation until they look at it, but are too backed up to look at it. They said they are still working on cars from February with the same issue and this is August. the service department said they may get to my actual repair late September if lucky, but everytime I call they keep putting me off even looking at it. This is a engine recall issue so BUYER BEWARE this location will hold you car hostage and put off looking at it so they don t have to provide transportation for you. They will off to reimburse you $30 maybe a day for a rental car to be reimbursed AFTER the repair is complete which leaves you at the mercy of coming out of pocket for expenses you should have in the first place. (Others that I know has taken FOREVER to even possibly get reimbursed) btw rental cars are way more than that anyway.I ve always had excellent treatment In Knoxville and Princeton Hyndai with my car, this experience has made me rethink ever having a Hyndai in the first place. I can see why they have a class action suit against them. STAY AWAY FROM WOODALL HYNDAI.I will keep contacting Hyndai Corp, so far they haven t done anything at all

We have been a long time customer and continue to come back because of the honesty of the people there. Many dealers aren't honest especially with service. Great service by folks we have learned to trust. We will be getting our next car there

They're really prompt with my service, within a few minutes of my appointment time most every time. They haven't tried to sell me extra services, just what my visit was for. They will tell inform one that something will be due soon but that's about it.When I bought my car here they worked really hard to make sure I was getting what I wanted, at no point did they try to talk me into something I didn't want or the "better deal". Really great people here.

Our salesman Shawn was awesome. He really took his time and listened to our needs. He let us explained what we wanted and he showed us everything they had on all the lots. He let us decide what will work for us. He wasn't a pushy salesman nor was he one of those that act as if we couldn't afford or didn't belong as we have felt at some other dealerships across NC.

My dealer, Patrick was extremely accommodating in organizing for me to change a tire at the main sales facility (he ordered the tire and told the service crew to expect me).Also, Beth is AMAZING! Pleasant from prepping my car with plastic at the start with a friendly welcome at the start to handing me my keys at the finish.

Thanks to Shaun and the rest of the great staff at woodall. We purchased a new palisade, we got it later in the evening so they came the following Monday detailed it, topped off all my fluids including gas tank and advised me on what to do next about a scuff that they had to fix on the hood, picked it up Monday from me and it got returned back to me today looking fantastic. My first loaner car I had a problem with it and they had no issue hooking me up with something alittle better second new car we got from them and we will continue to go back with great service like this. Thank you all.

I must say buying a car can be a nightmare at times. However, the management (Reggie) and sales representative (Marlowe) were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. They were eager to make us happy and went far above the usual to get us what we wanted. We were blessed to find two wonderful caring people looking to not only sale us a car, but ensure we were happy. If you re looking to buy a car give this dealership a try. No Regrets!!! Be blessed. ;)

My experience has been nothing but great. When I purchased my vehicle it was a very smoothe discussion and transaction. I haven't had any issues with my car at all. During my recent visit for a maintenance check, the experience was the same. Everything that was done was communicated to me in a way that I could understand and all questions were answered. I will always take my car to Robert Woodall Hyundai for servicing.

I hadn't planned on buying a new SUV but I couldn't refuse going as a response to the awesome phone conversations I had with Lynn from the call center.I took a ride over, and there was my new Calipso red Sante Fe looking right at me. Staff was great. Hats off to Hunter and Randy. The whole process went well with maybe one hiccup during the whole process. I am totally happy with my new auto. Thank you Lynn!!

We shopped numerous dealerships and ended up driving an hour and a half to Woodall hyundai. Being that I m in the car business as well, this was only dealership I found that made it feel like I was the only customer on a personal level. I highly recommend them for any purchase if you want great customer service and an overall smooth buying process.

i was having an issue with a loud roaring noise in the front right tire. I took it to the place of purchase because i had a 6 month warranty on the vehicle. they claimed nothing was wrong with the car. I then took it to Woodall because of the noise was getting louder and they diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. they ordered the part needed and, told me that the repair would take all day, but it only took them 3 hours. Will definitely go back to Woodall

The only reason I'm giving one star is because our salesman did his best. We had picked out our car, signed the paper and was only 3 hours from picking up our car with check in hand when I received a call saying our car had been sold out from under us. My bank even had the Bill of Sale from the dealership. I was very confused and Disappointed! But, I said OK find me another Santa Fe and have the GM give me a call to discuss how this could happen. NO CALL! I can only believe they don't care about me!

I will never buy another vehicle from them, and do not take your vehicle to be worked on by them. The the service manager is rude, untrustworthy and a few other words i'd like to say. They are way over priced and they was supposed to replace a part on my car and turns out they either did not replace it at all and charged me for it or they put a part on my car that was faulty. Then made second appointment with them to have that part replaced again because the part is under warranty and they refused to fix it. So i took it to BOBKING hyundai and they replaced the same part and my car is working great. Go to BOBKING they are great trustworthy people .
