This professional team Truly had our best interest when we brought them a vehicle we were considering to buy. Did not try to sell us services, but made us very aware of issues with the car. Ultimately saving us time, money, and most importantly, the safety of a young family, with two small babies!They have absolutely earned our future business! Thank you!!

Loftis was able to take my vehicle this morning without an appointment. Service completed was new tires all way round, oil change, 2 new front brake pads and a wheel alignment. Thanks Johnnie and team!

I have a travel trailer that I rent out, and one of my renters had TWO tires fail on their trip. Loftis tire got them back on the road and called me for payment, keeping my customer AND ME very happy. Thanks so much to Loftis tire!

Have been going to Loftis Tire off and on for 40 years, off years was living elsewhere. They have always been quick to help get you back underway and would recommend them over anyone else in town and out of town.

Had a slow leak, but they informed me the tire was ruined and unsafe to patch and continue to use. They quickly fixed me up with a used option at a very affordable price. Thank you for the great service Loftis Tire Company!

These folks fixed one of my work trucks. I won t say it was cheap, but that s not our number one priority now, is it!? . The main thing, is that it was right when I got it back. The nice lady I dealt with was great, and the facilities were neat. That means something to me. I would highly recommend.

On a trip to Virginia for my granddaughter's birthday my car started driving really rough. Pulled in to loftis tires, even tho they were busy, they squeezed me in & figured out a tire bubble really quick. They had a new tire on mounted and balanced and me back on the road in less than an hour. Good price, friendly service. I sure appreciate y'all, thank you so much.

I tried to do business there at this location but the owner or office manager (female) proceeded to get very loud and talked over me most of the conversation. She refused to fix my problem and just wanted to sell me something new. She acted very belligerent and almost seemed like she has a drug problem or maybe menopause and its affecting her interactions with customers. I excepted better from this place since it was highly recommended to me. I will take my business somewhere else.

Absolutely fantastic. We pulled in loosing air in our tire, with less than 30 min we got a patch and cost was less than $30.00. While I was sitting on couch drinking coffee I watched how kind they were to everyone. A breath of fresh air and relief. Wish they were in my town.

Known this business since I was a child riding with my grandpa to get tires. Goodyear tires are made locally, and I think that helps drives the brand loyalty for Mr. Loftis in the Danville area. I stopped by today with two lawnmower tires. The team had me fixed up and out the door in thirty minutes or less. I believe they were also doing inspections in the shop. They stay busy working for their customers, so call and make an appointment before making the drive. You will not be disappointed with their A+ customer service.

I was approximately 5-10 minutes from Danville in a hot shot rig (dually and flatbed gooseneck) when I had a tire blow on my flatbed. It was around 16:45 when I searched Google and found that I was only a few minutes from Loftis so I gave them a call. The manager I spoke to didn't ask me what kind of tire I needed, where I was or if I could get to the store...he simply told me "we close in 15 minutes and can't help you". I told him I could make it to them in just a few minutes but he persisted..."I mean, we close in 15 minutes I can't help you". I told him, "I will be stuck all night until you get back tomorrow, can you just stay open a few minutes and help me out"? Yea....no. He continued to state that they are closing and there's nothing he can do. I didn't do business with them, never will and will warn anyone before using them. That's the way to help someone at a time of need boys. Go Loftis!

I asked them for a tuneup so my car would make it from Danville to Seattle and they got it ready super quick! They were friendly and trustworthy, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and helpful service. We were on our way to Washington, DC for a camping trip when our pop up tire popped. This team came out right away and helped get us set up with new tire. Great and friendly service!! We were soon on our way.

I Love Loftis Tire Co. Inc. They are Awesome and Wonderful They have been taking care of my husband and my vehicles for years And always do a great job And sence my husband went to heaven in July of last year I still take my truck to them They are so kind and do a Awesome Job l will always go to Them They make me feel at ease All I can say is Thanks Y'all

Inspection went smoothly, but lady at the desk must've been having a bad day (??) Remarks were made on topics that had nothing to do with business at hand, and her attitude could deter future clients

Had a flat tire today, tried to go to this business to get a brand new set of tires put on to prevent future problems, went 10 minutes before closing time and they refused me as a customer. Will never suggest this company to anyone. If you don't care about a new customer that much, then you don't deserve me wanting/needing to pay $100s of dollars to you.

My disabled sister called to get a quote $125 when she got there they remembered her call and said $125 after she got tires charged her $225. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled woman. May god have more mercy on your soul than you had for my sister.

I would definitely recommend going to any place else other than Loftis! The lady that owns it is extremely RUDE and very inconsiderate of others! I will never return there and will inform all my friends and family to do the same! DISGUSTED! Try Southside Brake and Tire or Thrifty Tire, they are wonderful with customer service and prices are great!
