Took two cars in for an Inspection, one of the only places that would do the. On the weekend the staff was helpful and definitely busy only saw two people servicing all the cars. We got there first thing and were then for about 4 hours. Given how busy they were, it wasn't unexpected, but a longer wait than I'm used to for an inspection.

I recently moved here from NC and bring my Lexus here for maintenance and they treat me like a new car customer. Easily the lowest prices and best customer service of any dealership I've ever been to. Very polite and professional. I am so happy to have found a shop that I can trust. Highly recommend!

I used to have the best, quickest service here, not anymore. I was under the impression when I purchased my vehicle here, that my inspections would be complimentary; that was not the case on my most recent visit. I waited 2.5 hours for an inspection and oil change, with no update or indication that this was going to take that long. Then to be charged $137 for everything - never again will I take my vehicle here. Also, was not happy to find the trash from the inspection sticker on the floor of my car.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Good service department, plenty of mechanics, have used them for all repairs to my 2012 Prius V, from oil changes to tire rotation to replacing the engine after 162,000 miles they've seen it all just like a good dealership their mechanics are well versed in their brand so I will always use them for all my Prius needs. They also have a program where you receive coupons and they always send out reminders when you're due an oil change as well as offer deals monthly via a mailer or an email. Thanks for all that you do.

The service department took my truck back and had the oil changed in less than an hour. The technicians were very friendly, as was the service desk attendant. They'll be my go to spot for my oil changes.
