My wife and I were in the market for a new Gladiator. Blackwell had the best deal we had found online, we called early that morning and spoke with Jenn, she got our application reviewed and approved in a few quick minutes. Buying a car is never a quick or painless process but the people at Blackwell made it so easy and enjoyable. Everyone is so personable and outgoing. Thank you to Jenn, Brittany, and Steve!

Jack and Steve were the best to work with. They were all so kind and helpful. They made the slow painful process of buying a car not so terrible. Jack even called me the day after to make sure I loved my new Kia K5! So thankful for the staff at Blackwell Kia they were AWESOME!!

Everyone there was super nice. I really enjoyed my experience at Blackwell. I really enjoyed meeting Vernon, Dean, and Steve. Dean was very knowledgeable about the Kia he sold me and Steve was very quick with all the paperwork and kept my payments where I wanted them. The next time I need a car I will go back to Blackwell. I'm a VERY HAPPY OWNER of my new car!

I took my vehicle to be serviced knowing exactly what was wrong. They fixed my truck no questions asked. I loved that they also checked over other things and gave me a list of things to follow up on. I was very pleased with the services provided.

Great auto dealership. Mostly mid-sized to larger vehicles. Great quality service when searching and purchasing. Donnie was a big help in getting us the vehicle we wanted and needed! We appreciate him for taking his time and making sure we closed a great deal on our new Jeep for our family!

Steven and Vernon. Couldn t have been any better. I was able to get somewhere with them. I went to at least 10 different places and was turned down. Thank god for Steve!! He s the best. I will continue with them for a long time. As long as I m alive. :0)

Experience was great however, haven t had my truck for 3 months and already experiencing mechanical issues with it. A 700$ monthly payment with issues is ridiculous in my opinion. You would think you would avoid these issues when dealing with a reputable dealer however I guess it does not always matter.

Everything was very good the staff was very courteous and professional. Everything went as smooth as silk. Would recommend this dealership highly. We went up on Saturday and purchased our vehicle. On Monday we took my mother in law and she purchased a vehicle also. The staff treated her great as well.

Had a battery issue over the weekend and needed to have my vehicle checked out. The manager Richard greeted me and was willing to help since I had an immediate need. Couldn't have received better service from him and the service agent Crystal. They thoroughly analyzed my vehicle and even addressed vehicle recalls/updates. Very pleased with the service provided.

Made appointment for a warranty claim issue and got there to be told I was a liar and that they have done their job longer than I was alive then waiting 4 hrs on a 2 hr apt. Gave lady my warranty paper work, she looked at it quickly and handed it back. Once diagnosis was completed they charged me which should have been covered under warranty $159 to scan my truck and instead of calling not only the right number on the paper but holding to speak to someone through my warranty they told me to pay and they had to deal with other customers. Once I said something about the charge I was told I couldn t have my truck til I paid for the diagnostic scan so I agreed to pay even though the lady didn t do her job and called me a liar then I asked for my keys so my daughter could sit in the truck while I waited to pay I was greeted by a very rude man who held my key up and unlocked my door instead of getting up and handing my key nicely. So I walked over and had to get my key as he proceeded to be a rude employee. I paid and left and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever received or experienced even while in my military career. Worst place to do any business of any kind. Save your time and money!

I had 5 recalls outstanding for my Ram. They scheduled and fixed em. Unfortunately the traction control light then came on and wouldn't go off. They were quick to reschedule an appt and correct with no issue at all. Have my truck back and all is well. Very pleased.

I found a truck for sale I was interested in and contacted the dealership about it. Since I would be driving 4-5 hours from SC I wanted to know the condition of the body so I d have no surprises. I was told the body was clean from any major dents or scratches. I made the drive and did a walk around the truck. The truck had fender flares but I didn t think much about it. As a disabled veteran and law enforcement officer I trusted them and felt they had integrity. After having the truck roughly a month I decided to take the fender flares off of the truck. Underneath was the most horrible scratches and missing paint I ve ever saw. I was extremely upset with the dishonesty. This should have been relayed to me. It was withheld so I d purchase the truck. It s so bad it s through the entire paint down to bare medal that is rusted. It s quite embarrassing having such extensive paint damage. I wouldn t trust this place and am quite disheartened. The truck needs a paint job that will cost me several several thousands of dollars.

I bought a dodge charger scatpack and I loved the buying experience there so the last time it needed a oil change I figured I would take it back to them. Now understand i have worked on cars since I was 14yrs old I'm 49 now I usually will not let no one touch my cars but I figured this was the dealership and it's just a oil change. Well when it was time to change it again I took it back was told it will be about 2hrs so i said I would go to another place when I got there they asked me who changed my oil last I told them the dealership they told me that they had messed up my drain plug so I told them to leave it alone I would take it back to the dealership so I took it back and they texted me and said I needed a new drain plug I acted ignorant and asked why they said my oil seal gasket was worn-out i said how you was the last people that changed it and I would have to pay for a new plug . now my car only has less than 40000 miles so it's still under warrenty why did I have to pay for a mistake they made by putting the drain plug on with a air wrench nevertheless I paid for it and left but never again

I am a senior citizen, and Disabled Veterans Wife. My husband Ben passed away Nov 26, 2022. Because he had always handled the our vehicle maintenance and repairs it was hard for me to take it over due to the stress of years of taking care of him over the years, I had a heart attack and several strokes. My husband had long stopped taking our Van to the Chrysler and Kia dealer here in Eden, NC. So I thought it might be good to try the dealer in Chrysler , Kia Dealer, in Danville Virginia thinking to take both my 2019 Kia Soul and my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country to one place. Well that was that biggest mistake every. They Robbed me of $749.89.00 through lies and deceptions. I was given a appointment for Tuesday, Sept 19,2030 at to have my Chrysler Van's Steering Angle Sensor service and replacement. I arrived 15 min. early and was told by Marty that there was no appointment scheduled for me, although the day before I was sent a text message Monday Sept 18 confirming my appointment . Due to my strokes, Every time I had an appointment, I got a text the day before. Marty also told me that my part had not been ordered and that I would need to pay $600.89 in advance to order my part. So I paid for it in advance Sept. 06, 2030. Only to find out later that they had ordered the wrong part and now wanted me to pay in advance for their error. They took advantage of my Stoke and heart attack that has left me week vulnerable. They knew I had lost my husband and could not do stress. So they refused to refund my money. There is so much more to tell, I gave them a chance to make it right, since they profess to be Christians. I even sent them Bible scriptures to warn them of what is to come. They chose to do evil. So they have left me no choice but to sue them in court.This is an updated about the $749.89 that Blackwell Automotive in Danville stole from me. I have prayed and sought counsel from my Yahuah Elohyim in the Holy Scriptures of the Torah. I took my car to another Auto repair shop. They charged me $150.00 because it was only a loose wire. Blackwell Automotive still has my $749.89 that they stole. I also met a young man by chance who told me that he used to work for the Blackwell Automotive that stole my $749.89. He said he would not recommend them to anyone.This is what my counselor says about the matter in the Holy Scriptures;Exodus 22:22Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. 23If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry; 24And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless. I shall continue to cry out to Yahuah Elohyim against the Wickedness of Blackwell Automotive, until they repent and give me back what they stole from me, and those that lied to me to assist in the theft, Marty, Richard, Karen and who ever else took part in the theft of my $749.89.Revelation 21:8But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and (*"all liars,"*) shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. I will never set foot in that wicked establishment again! May the judgment of Yahuah Elohyim reign on them.

My last visit was for oil change and tire rotation. I used their Express Lane and was very satisfied. I was in and out in a timely fashion and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend.

Our advisor was very kind and treated us well although the time it took to get approved was very long. We waited over 2 hours on a late Saturday afternoon. There was a problem with the car after we left and the dealership was willing to fix and pay for the repair!

Armani is the best car sales woman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. This was my first car buying experience out side of by here pay here lots. I went to two other dealerships before I went to Blackwell and they were horrible. I had lost all confidence in finding a vehicle in my price range and I didn't want another car sales person shoving ridiculous things in my face and demanding me to test drive cars I didn't want to drive much less look at. Armani came out and greeted me, she was professional answered all of my questions and never pushed me into anything. I can't say anything bad about Blackwell or their staff. Everyone I meet was friendly and so helpful. I love this place and love Ms. Armani. You can NOT go wrong buying a new or used vehicle with them.
