Excellent service!! Tracey Carter is the absolute best service advisor I ve ever come near. He goes above and beyond to get me in to get serviced, and explains in full detail that I know what needs to be done. I know how hard it can be at times working with the public, but Tracey never shows it. He s always jovial and smiling. I appreciate him more than he knows!

I took my Honda Fit in for a tune-up and general maintenance. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.Since it was going to be a few hours as they were running behind, they offered to shuttle us to a restaurant and back, which I thought was very nice of them.We called for pick-up about 10 minutes before we were ready to leave the restaurant. They said someone would be right over. We waited for an hour, and had to call back to get someone to pick us up. It was freezing cold outside. Our vehicle was ready when we arrived back at the dealership. The front right tire looked low to me, but the service provider assured me that all the tires had been rotated, and aired to the correct pressure.Our bill for the tune-up was $212.98 which I thought was a little steep. Upon arriving home, my son took our air pressure machine out and checked the tires. Every single tire was low! I think I will have my Fit serviced elsewhere in the future!

Bisbee Honda in Danville!My absolute favorite dealership. I had an appointment for my state inspection sticker at 11:45 and by 3pm (only because I couldn t decide on the deal) I walked out with a brand new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid.Dealing with Jada, Chad, Tim, and Olivia was the best experience I have had there.Jada and Chad didn t make me feel bombarded into making any decisions that I did not want to make. They were welcoming and worked smoothly to transition me into a new car. When I went to finish the deal with Tim and Olivia it was like talking a long lost friend that you just wanted to relax and have a good meal with. I never felt awkward, stressed, or manipulated in any situation from yesterday. Even the employees passing along the way, had good smiles and everyone greeted me with kindness.This is the ONLY place i have learned I can trust about my automobile issues or maintenance because I know I am getting good quality care, and as a single female that knows the bare minimum it will always count more for me Also D'ante Perkins is oddly enough my service advisor EVERY time with any of my service needs and he s so great and friendly also!I will ALWAYS recommend Danville Honda IDC IDC IDC

I purchased a new car from here with Haley as the sales consultant and Tim as the finance manager. This was by far the most pleasant dealership car purchasing experience I ve ever had. They wanted to sale the car and didn t make it feel like they were playing games. It felt honest and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership and without a doubt I suggest giving Haley a chance if you re looking for a new Honda.

Tracey was extremely informative and courteous. I came in for a state inspection and the repair department found a few major leaks that had to be addressed. They fixed my problem and Tracey even found ways to discount the price. I m happy with my relationship with Bisbee Honda especially Tracey,

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from Bisbee Honda and had an amazing experience! Bryant White was my salesperson, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Tim Ryan, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was able to secure a great financing deal for me and made sure all of the paperwork was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had the pleasure of being assisted by 3 of the BEST at Bisbee Honda! Thank you to Jamal for making the sale! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy going!! What I liked the most is that he did everything to get me in the car I wanted at the right price range! Also thank you to Darius (a fellow NCA&T Aggie) for working his magic with the numbers on the car, he went above and beyond!!! EDIT: I'm revising my review. I bought a used Honda at Bisbee Honda in Danville in early December. At the time I was told that there were two key fobs for the car; they could only find one, but I was assured that they would reimburse me for a new fob, including programming, because they did originally have both fobs. So I returned home--200 miles away--and went ahead and got a new fob, and got it programmed for my new-to-me car.Bisbee reimbursed me for the fob, but I'm out $140 for programming it (without which, of course, it's a useless chunk of metal). I've had to ask repeatedly for even the $148 for the fob. I have to conclude that if this dealership promises you something like this, GET IT IN WRITING. They're offering $100 off on car purchases right now, but they can't be bothered to honor a $140 programming cost for a key fob. VERY disappointing, especially considering how I originally viewed my experience.ORIGINAL POST:I've had a great experience working with Brett K. at Bisbee Honda. My friends and I came a rather long way to find a CRV-Hybrid in my price range. Brett was very helpful, very professional, didn't pressure me, and was a real pleasure to work with. The paperwork was what you'd expect from any dealership, but Brett went out of his way to ensure that I got what I needed, and was willing to answer questions after I got home. I'm very happy with my new-to-me car and with the experience. Thank you, Brett, Tim, and everyone!

My car broke down in the Bisbee Honda parking lot the day before I was supposed to have my car worked on. Luckily I broke down at a Honda dealership, right? No. After paying over $1,700, I picked my car up. Drove it around for a couple of weeks, noticed my engine cover was missing. After changing my oil at home yesterday, also noticed that the battery retainer was not put back on and that part of it was missing, the top part of the air filter was not put back in place and it's still loose, the hose from the air filter to the intake has two splits in it which means the mass airflow sensor cannot work if the air is not going through the air filter, the heater hoses were not reattached to the firewall, the air conditioner hoses were not secured and the bolt looks like it may be cross threaded when it was put back in, and there was a bracket that was laying under the hood near the battery that was just sitting there. No idea what it goes to. Now I'm here again today waiting hours for my car to be put back together (which it shouldn't take long, right?) Not only was my life, but also my family's lives put in danger for the last two weeks thinking I could trust my car to be fixed correctly, but now today I'm waiting with no knowledge of why I'm still waiting this long, and not one apology has been made to me. I don't even know if the manager or owner knows about it, and I am just beyond myself with anger. No compensation for my time wasted, my life put in danger, or anything. Oh they're fixing it for free today!! It was supposed to be fixed the first time. I will probably never come back here again. Check your car before you leave this place and if you don't know what you're looking for take it to a trusted mechanic to check for you. This is just unacceptable and it goes against the mechanic pledge and FAA policies and more. Stay safe, ya'll!!!

I put 10,000 down with a 700 credit score ! on a 21,000 price ticket n financed the rest my grand total financed is now 38,000 n my 10,000 did not get put in my car so no clue where that went ! I will be paying double amount of car when said n done ! Wanted no more monthy payment of 500 ! I m paying 655! I even went and asked they said it taxes n warranty on car but I don t have any ! Not pleased at all !Plus I been waiting 4 months for them to fix a camera that is going on the car and all I get is it s being ordered can t find it ! It s a passenger door mirror not hard to get one ! Still waiting since October now going into march !!!

Great place to get a vehicle! Jada & Hunter were so helpful and made sure so got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. Easy to work with and a great dealership, they ensured that the vehicle looked untouched before I left. If you have always been turned down from dealerships this is the place to go they will make sure you get in a car!!

Did everything but what i asked for, went for an inspection sticker and new brake pads. was told it was a 2 hr wait so had someone pick me up while waiting. they call me and tell my car has $3000 worth of work to do to it and it is unsafe to drive and they do not feel comfortable putting my vehicle back together unless they do so, as they had completely dissected my car. i agreed though it hurt watching 3 months rent go out like that. expecting my car to be in great condition as they had supposedly resurfaced my brake rotors, supposedly new brake pads, 4 brand new tires (which was not needed but they insisted until they couldn t anymore) flushed brakes, an alignment which they later told me they charged me for but didn t do also. when i get it back, but it s in terrible condition. brakes - not fixed, actually worse. - no inspection sticker, went back to point out they had not done what i originally went there for plus my brakes now barely work. as they come back to tell me they cannot give me an inspection sticker as my calipers are now all of a sudden broken would be $600 or more. my car had 0 problems before hand and just needed brake pads. i feel scammed and do not recommend this place ever.

Matt at Bisbee Honda is the hardest working man I've meet in a long time! He did his best to insure I didn't walk away empty handed and was completely forthcoming and helpful the through our my entire experience! They also made sure the car I purchased was up to my standard and made sure I knew all of my options! If you need wheels in Danville this is the place to go!

I have a Honda Fit which we purchased from Billy Craft in Lynchburg VA. They have sold. Took weeks to get an appointment. Called Bisbee Honda on Friday afternoon and had an appointment for Saturday. Our Service Advisor Joe was helpful and friendly. Checked us in quickly and arranged for s shuttle ride for us to get lunch. Shuttle driver was friendly and polite. Only complaint is when I called to get picked up a different advisor helped us as Joe was busy. Waited 45 minutes. called Joe to tell him we were still waiting and were then picked up weth in five minutes. Because of Joe we'll be coming back to Bisbee Honda for future service.
