Not reliable at all. Nothing like heaven, your truck torn apart, and grabbing the alternator you bought from the store pulled out of the box to clearly not even be close to what you purchased. Then no recourse for your time or gas or anything. Fake apologies and sorry can t help.

Needed a new battery for my truck. Staff was very knowledgeable. They used a jump box so we didn't loose all my radio and personal settings. Fast and easy.

I went into Piney Forest Rd. ADVANCE STORE and the employee was a guy named Larry. He was rude, he was arrogant and sarcastic. No customer service skills at all. I will never again enter any ADVANCE store and will share my experiences with other

Was sold wrong oil by salesman when specifically asked for help buying what I needed for my car. Also tried to sell most expensive products instead of helping save money. Very poor customer service.
