I ordered a full exhaust for a zx6r for a friend of mine. It literally shipped out the same day! We received the package in about a total of 5 days that is including the weekend also. The exhaust came well packaged too. No complaints. Recommended seller. And they respond fast to emails!

Outstanding customer service - make sure you go to returns email address on website to discuss issue. My issue, purchased Two Bros slip-on exhaust for 2022 rNinet standard. Did not fit, Two Bros had not updated pipe to fit 2021+ rNineT header. 58cycle made contact with Two Bros, paid for shipping to and from to have pipe modified to fit. Entire process took significant amount of time; 58cycle responded to every email I sent throughout. Have read previous negative customer service comments - just wanted to relay that my experience was extremely positive! I will buy from 58cycle again.

58cycle was great ..I spoke with them on the phone and they confirmed they had the part I needed for my fuel-injected Classic 98 RoadKing Police Special began shipping it 1/2 hr later I had tried and failed with 7 previous online stores ..I highly recommend this fabulous company

I can't speak for everyone else's experience but the experience provided to me by 58 Cycles was extremely superb. Before I made my purchase of an exhaust slip-on I did some research but when I called 58 cycles, the representative was more than helpful explaining to me what I was getting myself into with the pipe that I chose and also their policies and procedures regarding purchases and returns. Needless to say, I completed my order bringing my total far cheaper than I was able to find anywhere else on the internet including RevZilla, ebay, and other distributors. My package was delivered to my house within 3 days. I am in Louisiana and the company is in Virginia. I was super impressed. I received my package and what I found was a nicely packed carbon fiber Leo Vince sbk Evo 2 slip-on exhaust which was exactly what I ordered. I put the pipe on my bike within a couple of days of receiving it and started it up and it sounded amazing. I am more than pleased with the results that I got from this install, but I did throw a check engine code when I started tampering with the servo motor. I called back the company to inquire about what I needed to do to reset it or remove it and the desk clerk got back with me a little while later and provided me with a lot of information that I was able to and the desk clerk got back with me a little while later and provided me with a lot of information that I was able to Find in YouTube videos and on forums but to say that she went out of her way to watch these videos to help me better understand my bike with this check engine light says a lot about that company. She called me back to tell me all of the information that she had gathered and we were able to compare what we learned and even watched some of the same videos. But for a company to consider the customer after hanging up the phone and go back and review videos in order to help their customer enhance the performance of their bike that says a lot to me. Most people would have just hung up the phone and they would have forgot about you 5 minutes later, but this lady showed me some love by not only learning more about my problem but calling me throughout my day to help me understand what I was experiencing. They definitely get five star reviews from this way. I definitely will be using them again.

Great experience with the vendor! I was skeptical at first reading the older reviews, but nonetheless, I purchased a Two Brothers full system for my CBR. It was out of stock on all major sites, but I called 58cycle, and they confirmed they had it in stock. After ordering, it arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Fast shipping and unbeatable price! Will use 58cycle again in the future.

I have had multiple orders through this company and love the experience they provide. While rebuilding my 2005 r6, they had so many parts I needed at prices way below competitors. While tracking my orders, they were responsive and incredibly pleasant to work with. This company is one of the first on the list when I m scanning for parts. This company is incredible, they had the exhaust I wanted (TBR exhaust for the Sportster S) in stock while everyone else didn't, and when I called to confirm, they answered immediately and assured me that it was in stock and would be shipped ASAP. I ordered on a Saturday, a shipment notification was received on Monday, and I received my order on Wednesday. Rarely have I seen a turnaround this quickly on car/motorcycle parts. The package was completely unscathed, and I can tell that this company stores the products they sell carefully; even the lettering on the box looked brand new, which means that, at least in the case of this box, it was not stored in direct sunlight at any point. I am very impressed with this company, and will absolutely be doing business with them again.

I wanted to order a specific Two Brothers slip-on exhaust. Only 2 places had it in stock online. The manufacturer itself, and 58Cycle. 58Cycle had it going on with the price! They were $110 less than the manufacturer, free shipping over $99, and no tax outside of VA! I had 2 major reservations that were holding up me placing an order though. One - After extensive research, the only picture I could find of this particular slip-on was on the manufacturer's website. And the picture was just not good enough to determine if I would really like the slip-on. This proved to be frustrating. Secondly - I checked the reviews for 58Cycle, and they were just not very good overall; not very reassuring. I did try to keep in mind that more often than not, the average customer doesn't post a review unless they're mad, something is wrong, or there was a misunderstanding somewhere. After several days, I finally decided to at least call 58Cycle, and see what kind of perception I got, from whatever employee would answer the phone, to decide if I would risk placing an order with them.A woman named Jennifer answered the phone. I introduced myself, and shared my concerns about the slip-on itself (I wasn't going to mention the bad reviews.) I told her that I had searched intensively for a better picture than the manufacturer's website and had come up dry. I asked if she had specifically seen this slip-on herself by chance. She said that she had not. I asked her if she was able to look at one, and she explained that she couldn't because the parts warehouse was a separate building, and all the orders from each day, were pulled at the same time, at the end of the day.Jennifer took time to clearly understand what my exact concerns were with the appearance of the slip-on. She asked questions...what I didn't like in the picture, what was unacceptable to me, etc. She was thorough. Once she clarified what I needed to know, she said she would have one of the slip-ons pulled that evening when the parts orders were pulled. She took my number, and said that she'd look at the exhaust when she came into work the next morning, and then call me back to tell me what it looked like in real life. I thanked her and hung up the phone, admittedly surprised by the gracious customer service I had just received. But, my "being surprised" was far from over.About 30 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Jennifer. She told me that she had found a video reviewing the specific slip-on I wanted, and that it went over all the features, as well as showed the exhaust clearly. (I was amazed, and humbled. I thought that I was good at searching the internet, but as she explained how she found the video, I clearly understand that she was better than I.) Jennifer told me that if I would give her my email, she would send the link to the video to me. I was surprised to see that when I received the email, not only was the link to the video in it, but other links that led me to other exhaust options that 58Cycle had available for my motorcycle if I didn't like what I saw in the video. The video Jennifer found was wonderful. It clearly portrayed what I needed to see, and alleviated my concerns altogether. I placed the order.I received an email from 58Cycle the very next day that my exhaust had shipped, tracking number included. The speed of shipping surprised me. I received my exhaust exactly 2 days later, which surprised me as well, and my part was in perfect condition!It is rare in today's society to find the level of customer service that I just received; gracious, kind, professional, and problem solving. The service was a whole level above what is expected and/or given anymore. In fact, it set an example for others to follow.I have multiple motorcycles, and know for a fact that I will turn to 58Cycle in the future for my motorcycle needs! Thank you Jennifer, and 58Cycle, for my Wonderful Experience!!

I wasn't able to find TBD Comp-S exhaust anywhere (even Revzilla or JPCycles). They not only had it in stock but also shipped within 1 hour of placing my order which was then delivered in 3 days! Exhaust was perfect and installed with no problems. Really thankful to 58cycle for processing and shipping my order so fast - saved my birthday road trip! Will definitely order again in future for my other needs.

This place has zero customer service !! I ordered an exhaust that arrived damaged, never received an apology, never got help resolving the issue other than there ridiculous $20 offer. Luckily, I purchased the part with PayPal and I have a claim started. It s pretty easy to see why this place has the horrible reviews They deserve them avoid !!

These guys are enjoy to work with. I ordered parts for my 2018 Africa twin and they were shipped promptly. I had some questions regarding my order and after a very easy and simple exchange over email things got sorted promptly and efficiently. Just received my rear tire hugger for my 08 cbr1000rr and it's Better than expected. Color is a perfect match and price of part was reasonable and in perfect conditions. Looking forward to ordering many more parts from this place.

If something (power commander v) is priced 100$ cheaper than sold from the actual company that makes them you can bet somethings up. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Pay once cry once. Don t waste your time here. No accountability. Just take a look at the response from the owner on some of these complaints, they have an excuse for anything you toss at them. Frankly they know people are going to look at the picture they provide- and think that s what they re buying. This company expects you to look up the part number. Great at misrepresenting. Not BBB accredited. Wouldn t bother folks.

I ordered a helmet, unfortunately it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I received a phone call from Chris just minutes after placing my order to inform me of the news and they immediately refunded my money! Nobody does that anymore, the usual is an email 2 days after the order then wait 5-10 days for the refund (going thru this now with another company). Not with 58Cycle, they are on it! I was extremely impressed by 58Cycle's customer service and prompt action!!!

Wonderful company. They carry most rare items other larger stores do not. Granted it's best to match up the part number correctly so you get the correct item. Fast shipping and communication is top notch.

I must admit. I placed my order before I even though about looking at their reviews on Google. Which most don't make sense to me now.I had the best experience with their customer service, Susan to be exact. She helped me with all my questions and was patient with my indecisions. She made parts available for me after not finding them on their website or had them added on there for me to order. Aside from the fact they LITERATELY have the best prices anywhere (Local & Online).I received my items fast and ontime. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from any vendor.Thanks Susan & 58 Cycles!!
