Have yet to be disappointed here. If they don't have what I need, they will make sure to get it by the next day. Staff is always willing to help, and will you give their advice or tips on a repair when asked. Awesome group of guys here.

I came in with my my mom and dad who had to drive me because my car key was literally stuck in the fob and would not budge. Long story short, the battery was not the problem, but Dustin was able to retrieve my key, essentially giving me back my wheels. He was very friendly and very patient, even cracking a few friendly jokes. Definitely much appreciated his customer service.

Awesome place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I've needed any help, they've always been there with the right parts and the right answers. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I highly recommend advance Auto.

Recently I went to this store to get a part for my wife's car. The young lady there took about 45 seconds to tell me she couldn't get the part needed and recommended another parts store completely to try. Called again today and she gave me a price on a different part but claimed she couldn't get. Yet again, recommended a different store. I have a hard time believing they couldn't get a bottom radiator hose and a brake booster. I typically use fisher auto parts but both times were times they were closed. Just seems odd you'd would refer a customer to your competition.

The employee responding with " your mom, your wife " wouldn't give me his name to complain about, all I have is the manager Jon Black's name. Surely go here if you want to get your wife and mom slandered when you ask for assistance..

Had to jump my battery to get there. Purchased a new battery that they promptly installed. Had an issue with after market alarm in the truck but they trouble shooted it and got me going. Only thing keeping from 5 stars was the price for the battery $220 which seems high but service was outstanding.

This place is wonderful and I don't know how they were able to find so many knowledgeable, helpful, and patient people in one area, gather them all up and put them in one store. I don't go anywhere else for automotive things and more. They have some great treasures that I never would have thought besides all of the things for vehicles. This may sound silly, but I found a hot wheels car that was made to look like a rubber duck and I have not seen another one anywhere besides ebay. I smile every time I look at it as I am just talking about it now. The sales they offer a lot of times are just fantastic and I find myself stocking up on things I didn't think I needed however I was so grateful to have on hand for certain tasks. I appreciate how amazing everyone is and how they can know so much about every single vehicle! My head would spin!! Again, their patience and willingness to share their knowledge is more than top notch customer service and I have to wonder if they get paid enough. They certainly act like they do but I think some government funding should go there as extra. I like going to Google for answers and I am grateful I have them as my backup when I'm ready for the actual real answers, lol. Keep up the great work everyone!! You are all awesome! And the girl there.... Keep her forever!!! She adds the perfect balance!! My daughter fell getting out of the car and I knew I was on my own with attempting to soothe her until the girl there swooped out with her superwoman cape on and was so sweet. She just jumped into action with me and in no time, my daughter calmed down and was smiling. That was the best thing that could have ever happened and that's a big reason why I will only go to that store. You guys all rock!!

I have NEVER had the luck of waiting less than 10 minutes to get any service, just recently I was purchasing off-the-shelf stuff that I picked out myself (didn't bother any store employee for help) and by the time I got to the counter the phone rang, well now I had to wait while the phone took precedence over me standing right there at the register. As the only auto parts store around it's going to be hard to avoid but this place will now be my LAST stop.

Pretty standard AA. Try to get part numbers for what you need if you don't want to stand in line to wait for a clerk to look it up for you. Some don't like that, some don't mind. It actually saves me time to have them look it up for me. It'll be googoo to get in and out of there once the Sheetz is built. It's crazy stupid in that area now.

I was traveling on vacation with my mother & sister. We had a dead battery got a jump start and was told AA would change it for us. So we drove to AA they said they couldn't because of the type of car. My Brother who is a mechanic says they are full of BS. We ended up going to another place that not only changed it for us it was almost $30 cheaper.

The manager at this store is very rude and acted like he didn't want to help me look up a parts name so i could go to a local dealership and know what to ask for when i got to the dealership. He is really a rude person and acts like he hates his job. IF I WAS SOMEONE THAT NEEDS A PART PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST BECAUSE THIS GUY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND IF HE DOES HE WILL BE VERY RUDE IN DOING SO. I will be calling a higher branch of this advanced auto parts ans notifying them how rude and unhelpful this guy is. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a washer reservoir along with a pump and sensor from Advance Auto in Daleville. Chris assured me that order would arrive the following Friday. Saturday morning I go to pick up my parts so I can fix my Tacoma before I go to work only to find out that he didn't order the right reservoir, not did he even order a sensor. Not that it matters, considering the reservoir lacked a port for the sensor, and because the sensor is directly connected to the wiring harness that then connects to the pump which also lacked the rubber grommet that seals it into place. I went over the entire thing several times telling Chris exactly what I needed but I guess that's not enough. I won't be buying anything from advance Auto ever again. I would give them no stars, but unfortunately you must offer at least one star to write a review.

The staff on hand was very friendly. They offered to help me find what i was looking for as soon as i walked in yhe door. The salesperson i worked with was knowledgeable.

If they can't find the part they sell you other items which do not work on your vehicle. If you question this they will make you the butt of their joke. Even when the manufacturer tells them they are incorrect. Very arrogant and rude manager. Go somewhere else where you will be treated better.
