Avoid at all costs. This place is hard to get in and out of due to the way it is constructed (super narrow). The last time I was inside the car wash it broke down. Needless to say once it got back running my car came out filthy. I emailed after to cancel my membership and request a refund but was denied a refund. The person I spoke with over email tried to claim it didn't break down and they stopped the car wash to retrieve someone's belongings, which I do not believe as it had broken down on me before.They do a terrible job of towel drying your vehicle after the wash too and barely put any tire shine on. Not worth the money they charge monthly for the monthly wash pass. Do yourself a favor and use a different car wash.

They do a terrible mini detailing for $100. Pictures are of after their so called mini detail. I get it s not going to be prefect Mud on the outside should be gone at the very least. Second try here. Both time s disappointed. I wouldn t waste your money, and time here.

I ve been going to this place for a while now and I love them so much! I m a softball coach and a mom of 2, so my car is insanely dirty every week. Food, trash, gravel, dirt, etc. the convenience here makes everything so easy for me. They have an indoor and outdoor place to wait in addition to a bathroom which helps when I have to take my kids with me. It s seriously professional! I pay $65 for the meticulous wash every time. They also have other packages and monthly subscriptions. So happy to always have great service! I do suggest bringing tips for the tip box because they really do deserve it! !!! !!!Pix added-the trunk had tons of rocks and dirt from the ball fields-the second row had pieces of food, dirt, random trash-and the front looked disgusting

Worst car wash service!!! I am looking forward to the new wash place up the street by Walmart opening!! I know our truck was dirty (we have 5 teens), but this is unacceptable!! $65 for a meticulous clean, this isn t it. I can wipe off dirt by the back license plate still. My seats weren t wiped down. I know it s hard to find good people to work and hiring teens might be an easy choice. But now I see why companies hire Spanish folk. They get the job done, and no that s not a hit to the community when a fellow person sees it. Please for the love of goodness do better. This place is going downhill and fast. Don t waste your money.

If I could give ZERO stars and still post a review I would. I haven t been to the Culpeper location for a couple of years and thought I d give them another try NEVER AGAIN. The WORST CAR WASH EVER! I was told the cheapest carwash with interior clean was $47. I was expecting my car to be sparkling. They didn t even clean the dead bugs off my windshield, mirrors or grill. After the wash, we waited 20 minutes in the sun before we were told to pull into a bay there then spent less than 10 minutes, in total, on my car. The only area they did a decent job on was the dash, everything else that was promised was either not done, or done so poorly it wasn t worth the effort, let alone $47. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

It was my first visit hoped to get a good service but it was the worst. My first n last visit. I came from a long trip so there were remaining marks of bugs on my front bumper, windscreen, side mirrors even after their 37 dollars wash!The door handles were still dusty my panaromic sunroof wasnt even touched still had water marks all over.Customer lost.They have the potential of giving a perfect service but they aint serious about it. I get a better service at culpeper car wash at only 15 dollars selfwash and two dollars for Vaccum with no expectations at all but getting everything done by myself at my standard.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Anthony and his team are fantastic to deal with. I have had my cars washed here for years (I never even told him that). They do a great job. There was a minor issue with my car. Anthony went out of his way to make it right. In a world of no accountability, it's fantastic to know that there is still decent local businesses. That still operates on the now sadly old code of "take care of the customer no matter what." Good for you, Anthony and White Horse of Culpeper!

As a new mom my car gets so filthy and I have no time to Clean it myself like I used to! I recommend AJ!! Great customer service !! Would give 10/10 if I could but I guess 5 stars will do

Low effort, poor quality. I've been twice this with two vehicles. Each time, significant areas were missed. Road dirt and bugs left. The first time, I requested a re-wash. Second vehicle I did not have time. Tell me, are you even trying?

$47 for a car wash. I waited over 30 minutes in line for the interior clean all the kids do is complain and walk away from the vehicle. Another 30 minutes for them to clean it. The one kid calls me over, I had to tell him to do my wheels, I paid for it! I get in windshield was not touched nor my back window. Finger prints all over my cluster and not wiped. Dash not wiped either. Advise to double check everything and make other customers wait until they get their job done. Or they are done complaining about everything else.

Update staff is very nice. My wheels and tires always look great afterwards!Exterior service mostly good. Sometimes depending on staff drying areas are missed. Wash is good. Bugs on the front usually require a little more attention at home.

No posted menu to know EXACTLY what I paying $22.00 for, had to go to the website to see how the washes broke down. Line going to the vacuum/"tire shine" was 6 cars deep. Need better direction as to where one needs to go after pulling out of the wash. I'll do my tire shine myself, I guess...

First time here and I could do a better job at home. I purchased a Win package for my SUV and added the ceramic coating. Water spots everywhere(don't belive they towel dried my vehicle, I thought they were doing that while wiping the windows) windshield looks awful, I'm not sure a brush even went over the front of my car because there's still bugs all over it and now they're stuck on with the ceramic coating. The team themselves were friendly, worked fast and as a team but the car wash itself, don't care for it. I'd rather go to a self service where I can pay less and get a better clean myself. Two stars for the staffs teamwork.

AJ was amazing! My car is so clean and smells so good. If you have kids you know there is a never ending amount of surprise sticky mystery substances and the windows are always tinted a hideous shade of dried snotty handprints. AJ knew his way around those sticky substances and window tint and left my leather so smooth and refreshed. The windows are so clean I punched it by mistake thinking it was rolled down. Great job A J. Gold stars all around.

The initial spray down doesn t even spray the back of your car. I ve noticed over the year the equipment is wearing out. The dryer doesn t even completely dry the vehicle anymore compared to what it used to do.

Not expensive real bad experience, place is to small we parked to wait for one car to pull out and got skipped multiple times parking area really small to park to get your vehicle dried we paid for 2 car washes 2 vehicles to get skipped and not dried at all will never return to this place the one in Warrenton is way better .We waited in parking area not to block traffic coming out.Awful experience.

I have had a wonderful year with White Horse in Culpeper VA. As a single mom with a toddler and my new truck- my monthly subscription is a MUST. I have had wonderful experiences from my monthly interior/exterior wash to my full detail (interior & exterior) scratch removal, shampooing, and waxing! They never disappoint.Today I had the pleasure of working withI Louis & his manager helping me to book my next year of washes for the interior & exterior of my truck! They were both super helpful! I have to say Louis is great at what he does, from prepping my truck to for the exterior wash & keeping a smile on his face even in the frigid January temps!Thank you for a great year White Horse in Culpeper, looking forward to the next!Services: Scratch removal, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The only place to go. You literally can t get your car this clean, this cheap, anywhere even at home! We ve been subscription holders since they opened.
