If 0 stars was an option .This dealership seemed like a great price everything was going well until I didn t receive my title in the 3-5days they promised. I called and was told to write a good review in order to receive my title more quickly. I wrote the review with the intention of taking it down immediately, called them back, and was told they didn t even have the title. I eventually got the title and was finally able to go to the dmv where I was told that RPM could have done the whole registration and plate switching process themselves. In short they are a bunch of lazy scammers and they told me after buying the car that they had purchased it at an auction.

I bought an as is vehicle from the on December 29, 2022. I have to call them after my 30 day tags expired , because I had not received my new tags. They claimed that my file had got pushed to the back of the cabinet . Processing it now and mailing me permit license plates. A week later still no license plates . Finally mailed them this time. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN A LEMON.!!! NOW JUNKING IT BECAUSE IT HAS TOO MANY PROBLEMS.

Be afraid be very afraid they use lendmark financial!...they buy trash from auctions and will sell it to you without disclosing any known issues. Unless they have to due to rejection or YOU find an issue. They got a bunch of raggedy cars in the back like a junk yard lol. Cars on top of cars you can barely get in the lot. They def have to take cars off site to take pics for online postings cuz their lot is buzzard. You can do better.

2nd time I tried buying here, poor service it seems like they no longer sell to customers or aren't worried about selling. The sales crew has no interest it seems. They don't give any additional options on how to get a vehicle. We asked multiple times about options to do a cash deal or maybe put more cash down on the loan, but had gotten no response at all so we moved on.

0/5 stars. Don't get scammed, they buy garbage vehicles from auctions and get them just "fixed up" enough to pass inspection and sell. Not to mention the mechanic at the place who inspected our truck for them has been investigated and flagged as we had to send state police there to look into our claims. Bought a truck a few months back and it's been 10k in repairs at the shop and another 10k just estimated to get it running. Do not buy from them. The business he runs has been reported numerous times, and then once he gets in trouble he closes and reopens under a new llc name and license. Shady as it gets and terrible customer service.

VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I went there to sell our mustang on August 7th.Stephen offered a acceptable offer which we accepted. He goes into the office and comes back out saying they didn't have the funds right now. What? He proceeded to go ahead and take our title, fill out all the paperwork, and write us a post dated check for the 11th. He assured us the funds will be there on Friday. Friday morning we get there and he comes out with the title asking if I had cashed the check and wanting me to sign the title. We felt off so we went to the bank first to cash the check. The lady at the bank was extremely rude. She called the owner and he acted oblivious to the purchase of the car and told her he would call back. We waited and he never called. She called him back and he turned his phone off. We then went back to the car lot where we were greated by Stephen saying he just found out the funds weren't there. He again assured us they would be there by 5. Fast forward to 5. We showed up and he said we needed to call him before instead of just popping up. We quickly explained to him you have our title and our car so ya we're gonna pop in to see what's going on. He called his boss and still no funds! Needless to say we took the car, title ,and went home. I'm not sure what's going on here but I'm glad we followed my gut and didn't sign the title before cashing the check.

My reviews are like the other real reviews. I cant say anything good about the customer service. Nobody formerly introduce themselves to me. Ol' boy was sitting there at the pinic table chain smoking his cigarettes. I walked around looking for a truck that I called about earlier that morning and I was told it was there. I went to the chain smoker and asked where it was and he attempted to tell me that I was mistaken the color until I showed him the Car Gurus ad. The cars we looked at had not been cleaned at all. Then the store owner came out and told the truck i was looking for was sold. Then when I decided to test drive a truck i was told that I couldnt until i field out the financing application since I was using the finance option. So I was told to comeback another day because it was 4:30 and they couldnt do the paperwork. I drove an hour and a half to Culpeper. It was a total waste of time. I dont know why i didnt look at the reviews before I wasted my day off. They just made a sale before I got there so I assume they made their quota for the day was not interested in making another sale. If I could give no star I would. Do not recommend at all!

For those saying you had the best experience, customer service being great and all that jazz..we must have gone to different RPM Auto in Culpeper because my experience was far from that. We walked around for 15 minutes before someone came out, and even then the salesman, Stephen, just stood there smoking his cigarette, we initiated the convo, and it felt as if we were inconveniencing him. The cars we looked at had not been cleaned at all. The one SUV we thought about had a bad, corroded battery and when we asked if that could be replaced there wasn t a single bit of thought put into the response, which was no and that was after saying the car had been there for quite a while. The inspection was dead and we were told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a new inspection..like, what!? Stephen didn t ask our names, I had to ask his. Again, he was clearly not interested in making a sale. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend at all!

We went to look at a few vehicles. The 1st one had transmission issues and they pulled it from the lot after we mentioned it. The 2nd one had the check engine light on. The 3rd one wouldn't start and said "service airbag". We finally found one on the lot and noticed the driver airbag was deployed. Before we even started looking at the lot they wanted us to fill out a credit application. It seemed rushed in the vehicles were not listed as described as well as having so many issues.

Don t get fooled by the price. After buying the car and drive one hour, I grasped the car has engine problems. So I called him and he was not responsive. The car has a lot of engine problems. It also needs huge engine work. The just do some work to hide its problems. I m not happy for deal with this auto center.

Even one star is too much for this scam business! They clean car well. They make it shiny. That is it. The car I got from them had some issues. They promised to fix it, I have been there twice with driving from arlington Virginia and they didn t have part to fix it and they never responded when they can fix. It was not only problem to lead me to give them bad review. They had to give old title to customer but they couldn t supply in 30 days and reminded me they have legally 30 days to give title. Finally 30 days were out and I text them to let them know o will complain about this dealership and somehow they found title :) they told me that they will send it on Monday. On Monday I asked them they sent it but they keep ignoring when I ask any information about package such as tracking or which career! The car I got looked great clean but be sure they are not reliable dealer. You may still buy car from them but check well and be sure to trust them. Their previous reviews were all 5 stars. Probably from friends and families be sure I am really person, I was nice to them, they ignored me and for now I even don t know where is old title and I really don t know when I will be able to get my own plate and be able to drive the car

I bought a car here a few months ago and I can tell you that the quality of the car is greater than the amazing price I paid for it. Great service, friendly staff, variety of vehicles, and the owner Ameer is very honest and will not pressure you like other dealerships. I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at RPM.

Owner Ameer and Sales Manager Steve were both honest, straight-shooter folks who were helpful and informative during the buying process. The pricing reflects a true 'as is, no warranty' sales policy, and is generally competitive or notably less than similar priced vehicles in the Dulles-Chantilly area or Stafford-Fredricksburg corridor. The vehicle was in good condition, but needed an independent mechanic inspection, which revealed the need for an oil change as well as some minor engine timing issues. Ameer noted he visually inspects/drives the vehicles and places them on the lot, but with no repairs.

Drove almost almost two hours to look at a truck that was listed on the website. That truck had clear transmission issues and wasn't even the same trim listed on the website. I ask the guy about the website mentioning all these features the truck didn't have and about the transmission, he just shrugged and said the car is sold "as is". I would not waste my time going here.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from rpm Auto for our company. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. We purchased a 2000 Nissan Xterra, 2005 Dodge Caravan, and a 2006 Dodge Caravan, all the vehicles are in great shape, and have had no major issues. I highly recommend this place!!! Will be purchasing from here in the future, should we need any other affordable vehicles.

I read over the reviews left on google and I am having a hard time distinguishing weather they are paid reviews or honest I found a truck that I really liked for a good price listed on Facebook Marketplace... upon viewing the listing, i found that RPM Auto was selling it and contacted them and my call was answered right away.I handled all my financials for the purchase and when I showed to see the truck in person, I was greeted politely, i was taken straight to the vehicle I was there to see and the employee waited for me to check it out. He answered all my questions directly and didnt "round about" answer them. There was some cosmetic rust that I hadnt seen (which wasnt breaking the deal for me) and when i asked him about it, he was honest about what it would take to fix it. Paperwork was fast and easy, clear to understand, and they were very agreeable people. They worked with me about the whole thing and treated me with nothing but respect while I was there.A few things to keep in mind when visiting here... they are a used dealership. The vehicles are USED. i see in alot of reviews that people complain about minor damages and such when they bought a vehicle from them. If you dont like the "used" aspect, then dont buy used! I bought a used truck, which had minor wear and tear, but otherwise was a solid truck. it was fairly priced and they made my process very easy. I would 100% buy from them again, and 100% plan to in the future. I hope there are other people out there that had the same experience I had, because this WAY better than carmax. I would also 100% recommend them to friends and family that are looking to buy a used car. They have a really good inventory of vehicles there as well. Theres something for everyone. If you are in search of a used vehicle, They are definitely worth checking out! Thus far, the truck is running great.

We went to 10 different dealerships. RPM was the last stop we were going to check out. Once we got there we were instantly greeted! And then by the whole staff! I was really looking to go home with a vehicle that day and found the one. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and were very easy to talk to! They made the whole process easy and simple. I would definitely recommend coming here. Great inventory and great people! Thank you again.

Absolutely don t recommend this car lot. Very shady. Ameer can t doesn t look at you in the eyes. Lied constantly and the car gave us nothing but problem after problem. Don t ever give up we took them to court and got a $2,500 settlement which he hasn t paid of course. Dmv detectives had to get us the title to the car and he is being criminally investigated.

Buyers Beware! I bought a 2009 GMC Acadia & 12 hours later the timing chains broke leaving me on the side of the road! I had to pay 265 dollars to have it towed back. Ameer said he needed to speak to his manager about taking care of the costs of the truck, only to find hes the owner. A month & five days later I get my truck back& I had to pay 1700 dollars to get my truck back..& the Ac doesn't work & two weeks later the oil pressure switch had to be replaced. A month later the truck acts like it has no power & shuts off & doesnt restart on me. I had the truck a total of three months. I drove it 1100 miles. They won't help. When I traded in my old car to them they said they would give me 300 for it & they didn't give a cent or waive the fees they said they would. They said they would remove the plates off my car & send them to dmv, they didn't would. Horrible experience.

Very poor experience. The company and dealer gave assurances of a car that was in good working order, however this was definitely not the case. On 04/29/2022, RPM Auto Center sold a vehicle that was marketed as having a clean bill of health when, in fact, it has become clear that the ODBII diagnostics had simply been cleared which provides a very temporary fix which can be reproduced. Within about one hour of leaving the business, the dashboard began to light up. Notably, the car can be driven for an easy 20+ miles (well within a standard test drive and check) without displaying issues--again, a method that can be reproduced. The company was not receptive to concerns, and they were contacted with regard to the apparent problems and deceptive business practices on 05/03/2022--within 72 hours of doing business. I'd encourage people looking to make an affordable purchase to be wary of this type of predatory practice. It appears that previous reviews have provided plenty of commendations. Rest assured, not everything is as it seems. Buyer beware.

Bought a second car from them a few days ago and it checked out good and the process was a cash deal, reasonable for the 03 Toyota 4 Runner, Dude has nice looking vehicles on the lot. Will consider sending people there, but be advised that the cars are sold as is; however, if knowledgeable about cars you ll quickly understand if it s a lemon.

This is an absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM RPM AUTO CENTER. They sold us a car and the check engine light came on while we were driving home. We took it to a mechanic the next day who found $3k worth of additional damage and told us the vehicle would not pass inspection. We have tried to contact RPM and they have refused to answer our calls and when we do get to talk to someone on the phone, they hang up on us when our questions are too difficult to answer. They did not disclose the damages to the vehicle and this is straight up illegal to do in VA. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM RPM AUTO.
