They are amazing! I've had 2 serious issues come up back to back, and they got me in asap. They took good care of me and were patient with my process as well as making sure everything was good to go before I pulled out of there!! Prices were fair they did Subframe work in 2 days !!

Justin at Precision has gone above and beyond to help me get my car right and I didn't have to rob a bank to pay the bill. I highly recommend Precision. And I will only be letting them work on my car in the future. Thanks for being so AWESOME.

They do not greet you with respect at all. They short guy WITH the nose ring Is VERY RUDE AND HAS NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER!!! They try to over charge. Even try to charge me for FREE WARRANTY WORK. I CALL a shop down the road and I'm told that the charge precision is trying to make me pay is actually paid by warranty and so they are trying to take advantage of me. Do not go to this place, even for them to clean your windows. They also tore a hole in my window tint here before. No apologies. They sent me to their own tint guy. He did a horrible job as well. This place is dirty. Has screws in the parking lot waiting to stab into your tire.This office needs to be shut down.

My car broke down on Rt. 29 on October 30. These guys diagnosed AND fixed my car the same day within hours of being towed to their shop. Super nice and completely honest! Would highly recommend!

I came to this fine establishment to get an alignment on my car .. and upon leaving I noticed a scratch on my driver door above the handle and because of the color of my car it stands out ... But I am not discrediting these gentlemen for their work. They are quick and respectful and use the utmost professionalism.. I would just like to have my situation looked at a little closer. Thank you and I will continue to bring my vehicle here because I like the work that you do

It was a great experience as always. John the service advisor was very friendly, the time promised of completion of work was met, and the price of the work performed was more than fair. I have already told my neighbors about what a great find this place is in our community, and I will certainly continue to use them for both of my vehicles in the future. Apparently this shop is too good for oil changes. My friend got there right when the shop opened and was rejected and told they didnt want to do it. Then they told her they would consider it around lunch time. An oil change takes 15 to 20 minutes tops. She was the first one there so what was the issue.

Went there for tire rotation, alignment and inspection, I had a coupon for alignment for $49.99 I was denied being able to use it because "you drive a Euro" but no where in the coupon did it say anything about certain vehicles and then they couldn't do the alignment due to a part needing to be replaced and I still got half price for the alignment and did not complete. I will not be going back to them

These guys do top notch work at fair prices. We've been bringing all of our vehicles here for years for everything from oil changes to transmission issues.I've even shown up with odd requests or immediate needs, and they're always willing to help.Professional, courteous, and experts at what they do... Can't ask for much more than that.

Highly overpriced oil changes if you bring in foreign cars such as Toyotas. They told me to come on down and get in for an oil change and when I arrived they told me they did not carry my type of oil due to it being Toyota, but the manager told me he had some in his personal stock (whatever that meant). He then proceeded to try to charge me $115 when an oil change costs no more than $70 at the most for my car. The last time I was in this place of business there was another customer acting very irate due to apparently getting heavily overcharged for a repair that he had done from what he was quoted on his estimate. They have for sure lost my business and I would recommend you save your money by taking your vehicle somewhere else unless you do not mind being overcharged.

Hector is always pleasant and patiently explains the details of any issue with our vehicles. He makes recommendations but isn't pushy or over dramatic like some places that just want your money. The pricing is fair and the quality of work is great. The friendly and professional service is proof they appreciate your choice to trust them with your vehicle.

I just want to think Hector and Chris for taking such good care of me. I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to have to make one at a later date to get my service done. Hector was very accommodating and was able to work me in immediately that day to have my a/c recharged. Also, Chris was knowledgeable and explained in detail my options for future repair options.Service: Air conditioning

Went to get a state inspection, and got turned away with the gentleman claiming they were to busy for a 20min inspection even though 2 bays were open and 3 other gentleman just standing around. I was hopeful due to the great reviews but it seems they could care less to do something so simple even if it would of been a small inconvenience. Do not recommend if you are not a repeat customer, could of potentially given them more work but I'll take my business elsewhere

I brought my car in about a week ago for inspection. Later got a call that my car failed inspection and that it would cost over $1000 to fix and repair what made it fail. Don't worry, Precision Tune Auto Care is offering a new 0 down financing policy! lmao. I came back skeptical, picked up my car, and took it to another shop; it passed inspection. The other shop told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and that the inspector at Precision Tune Auto Care was either new, or did not understand what he was looking for/ at with my vehicle. Would not recommend this business as it seems they are preying on peoples naivety.

Simply Outstanding!I have been a loyal customer to Precision Tune for years. I have no need to go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. The shops mechanics work ethic it is real good and their customer service is second to none.I I am also grateful for all the advice to give you on servicing a vehicle. I highly recommend the mechanics and the shop.

Let me start by saying I have been here many times and been pleased with the work done to my cars. That ends today. Went in yesterday for an oil change $24.95 on their sign. Nobody in the waiting room and no cars in any bays. Took me over 2 hours for an oil change. They come out and say my air filter is collapsing. I say go ahead and change it even though I know its at least a 30% mark up on price. I go to pay my bill and the person at the desk forgets to charge me for the air filter. I remind him of that and he says thanks for being honest. I go home and check my bill and there is a $4.72 charge for shop supplies ????? I return the next day to a new person at the desk and ask how I can be charged $4.72 for shop supplies for an oil change. He says to me "no need to disrespect me" what the hell is he talking about and states that is an across the board charge for everybody. I say what could possibly be a shop charge for an oil change. He says shop rags ...REALLY!!!So my 24.99 oil change is really a 29.71 oil change. He says if I really want the $4.72 back he would give it to me. I say keep my $5.00 and I will never be back here. Maybe honest mechanics... but the business practice of this company is shameful. Check your bills people. Whats disrespecting is bait and switch practices. It might only be $4.72 but its not right!!!!! This place will never see me or one of my cars again..

Great group of guys! Had them look over a vehicle was thinking about purchasing to ensure I wasn't buying a "lemon". Highly recommend and will return if I am ever in the area for sure

Joe and his crew are honest and top notch mechanics.Prices are very fair compared to other places and blow the chain repair shops away with their service and pricing.Can't believe the service get's better each time my wife and I take a car in for service.

I was very happy with my experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. The employees were friendly, helpful and honest about what repairs were needed. My car is now running very well (and it's an old car!) Their prices were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

This is by far the best mechanic shop we've been to. They are extremely honest and don't just try and sell you things you don't need. We take both of our family cars here and have been satisfied every time. If you need a mechanic, I recommend taking your car to Precision Tune Auto Care in Culpeper!

Stopped at Culpeper facility in mid month to get annual inspection (previous place went out of business). Greeted by friendly service manager got signed up in short order got a magazine to read and waited while previous customer was completed. Talked to others there including a fleet truck owner and got favorable comments from everybody. Previous research showed favorable comments on their web page. Will use them for all service once truck is out of warranty.While basically true, I did not write this review - Google is writing this as if it was me.

Yes I did come here to get my car inspected, and it did fail inspection. The list of things that needed to be fixed totalled almost $500. Same as the year before when I went to Precision to get my car inspected. Last year I paid for the "necessary" repairs without question. So this year when my car failed again and I get another almost $500 bill for repairs I questioned it and took my car to another local mechanic/ auto care business and my car passed inspection without the repairs I supposedly needed.
