Called them 3 hours before they closed and were able to get me taken care of and out the door. These guys are great. Affordable and professional service.

Jumped on my truck the day I brought it in because I needed it fixed ASAP to complete a job. Diagnosed the issue and got everything fixed. Kept me updated during the whole process. Price was fair for a good diesel mechanic. Definitely will be using again. A++

I've been using Precision Diagnostics for years. This is my go-to shop. I could go to the big boys or to the dealer but I have learned what to expect. I expect great service at a great price. The dealer and the big boys have let me down but Precision diagnostics comes to each time.

Professional work Diagnose and fix right. Money's worth i don't miss the dealer and long waits. I always wanted to find a shop like this cause a good mechanic is what makes any shop worth getting your business. My truck been at volvo in Greensboro NC for a week and $4,000 bill and the problem not solved and my tyrod end fell off after i left there. Never again. I like a mechanic that try to get me right so i don't have to come back or go somewhere else with the same problem. Precision Diagnostics in culpeper va is that shop to get right the first time for your money.

Really bad service, they bump the rates, and they charge you double of the retail part price, you can confirm that by yourself, if you ever repair something there, they will tell you the price of the part is twice the price of the dealer where they ordered, it's not a big deal when the part is $50.00 but when the part is $3000.00 then they will sell it for $6000.00 and if you complain about it or try to get the part on your own, they will tell you that you can't tell them how to run their business... common, totally ripoff...

They feel really PRO, and they charge you a lot, but when it comes to warranty, they just play the fools... the owner scams people...
