I went there today after work to get a flat fixed and had a great experience! After being told by another shop, that didn't even take the tire out of my trunk, that it couldn't be fixed they took it right away and had no issues. Laura and Ryan were super friendly and quick with the service and I'm so thankful I remembered I was still under warranty!!!

Very transparent about pricing from the start. They explained everything that needed to be completed on my car before starting the work. The customer service representative, Leslie, was courteous and professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was finished prior to the estimated time and all of the repairs were clearly stated on the paperwork. They have earned a repeat customer in me. Thank you!

The Culpeper NTB is an excellent place for good service. Very competent staff, clean facility, efficient and considerate. Sean, the manager, goes out of his way to accommodate the customer. I took both of my vehicles there this week. Highly recommend.

I was recently there on October 10th and Leslie was such an incredible help throughout the whole process. I had a flat tire and needed an oil change and she made sure I was aware of their plans before anything was done. Having that level of communication was genuinely so appreciated and made my visit exceptionally smooth. Thank you so much!!

I hope I never need their services again. I went in for wiper blade replacements. Yes its a foreign made car. I asked specifically could they do it. Was told they could. I sit for two hours waiting to be told they couldn't the mechanic had broken one of the new blades, and the other two didn't fit. So after waiting I left without the new blades as they had to be ordered. Was told they would be in first thing the next morning. After no call from them by 9:30 I called them. Was told they had not received them as of yet. They would call and call me right back. After about 30 minutes reca call they were in.No apology for the wasting of my time for waiting on the blades. Then they charged me for the replacement of broken pieces, shop supplies, labor and new blades. I would have at least offered an apology and a discount.The service here is so unprofessional and they just seemed overwhelmed. I recommend you check around if at all possible, before going to this establishment.

This Culpeper NTB is our go-to shop for tire work for all our vehicles. We recently discovered one of our vehicles had a flat tire and I called this location knowing the shop was probably already closed. The shop had closed and the manager, Sean, was already walking out the door to leave for the evening. Fortunately, he took the time to come back in and answer my call, then stayed on the phone with me while he searched the regional NTB tire inventory for the specific tires I wanted. He ordered the tires and had them delivered early the next day. I stopped in and talked to John at the front desk later that next morning and he took the time to research our vehicle s history and made sure our original road hazard warranty policy was applied to the new tires, resulting in an excellent discount price. John also made sure our original NTB account was accurately reflected under the new Mavis corporate structure.Sean and John ensures that this Culpeper shop continues to honor small-town values while delivering national brand quality. Looking forward to watching this shop grow under the Mavis brand.

With it not being a hauler The engine and transmission should be fine .Giving me a new vehicle .Without it having much value :)$300 every 6 months in car insurance. :)Tyvm

Great service, I felt like my car was in good hands and I was confident that when I left the shop that my car was safe to drive all the way from VA to FL; a trip I take monthly to care for my 82 year old mother.

Leslie went above and beyond to help me when my van got a flat tire and had to be towed to her shop. It was almost closing time but she did everything necessary to get a technician to replace my tires so I could rescue my family from the side of the road and drive the 75 miles home. I am beyond appreciative of the exemplary customer service that she and her team demonstrated.

Was on a long drive from out of state yesterday and got a flat as we were going to head home. Called NTB about getting the tire replaced and had a great experience - even though we didn't have an appointment, Leslie fit us in before the staff took their lunch break and dealt with everything quickly and seamlessly. John was super friendly on the phone and all the staff we spoke to were kind, helpful, and gave good advice. Thank you to Leslie and everyone at NTB - would definitely recommend!

I called yesterday to see if I could get my car inspected today and I was told that I could, that there would be 2 inspectors working today and to come as early as possible, etc etc. When I came in today at 9am I was told a different story. There was 1 inspector working, apparently the other guy is on vacation, and I would have to leave my car with them because it would be a five hour wait. I left my car with them all day only to get a call from them, not five but EIGHT hours later saying they couldnt do my inspection and that I would have to leave my car there overnight for them to do it tomorrow. This was not an option for me because I needed my car to commute to work the next day so now I m in a bad spot trying to figure out when I m gonna get this done since I wasted my day off. I m sorry but this is a horrible way to do business. I get that inspections are first come first serve but staff needs to be realistic with their customers about whether they can actually do the work they say they will instead of wasting people s time. If I had known there was even a chance they wouldn t be able to do it I would have gone somewhere else

In need of new tires quickly for an unexpected trip. When I called, Leslie Gorruso, she quickly provided outstanding customer service with knowledge of products and same day appointment. The team was on time and on schedule with my same day new tires and alignment. I will be calling Leslie for my future auto repair needs.

Should have known better than to take my car to this place. Took the company truck here few years back their inspector said the truck had all these things wrong. Took it to another shop passed with flying colors. Never take my car here for state inspection again.

A big shout out to Leslie and the team at NTB Culpepper who went out of their way to replace a tire on my BMW when I had a run-in with a pothole. If not for their assistance we would have been up a creek without a paddle on the start of a busy holiday weekend. Thank you, you were lifesavers!

I came in just after 10 am today (09/16/22) for a replacement tire and boy was it busy. After initially being quoted 4 hours for my tire to be ready and mentioning needing to head out of town this afternoon the amazing service manager Leslie was able to talk to her mechanics and find someone who could pause and take care of it real fast for me. She really went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I could still head out on time and I would highly recommend this location (full disclosure, I have been to this location once before and had a good experience)

I could write a book about my horrible experience at NTB, but to summarize......I am new to Culpeper and didn t know car shops to choose from for a state inspection, so I went to NTB because I saw them while driving by. Upon arriving, Leslie bragged at how great her knowledge is of working on cars since she's been doing it since she was 17, but yet she couldn't answer my question about the issue I had with the repair they did on my vehicle. Leslie not only ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, she also ordered a wrong part for another customer as well. She is very rude and sassy and should not be in a Service role with any company! My paperwork was not completed properly. The VA State Police inspection paperwork did not show they replaced a suspension part. The front tires are old, but still in good enough condition to pass state inspection. But, after these people worked on the car, it now pulls heavily to the right, which it NEVER did before these people worked on the car. I spoke to Charles, who is loud, argumentative, and unprofessional. He wanted to look the car over again. I let Ryan check out the car. Ryan is a cool guy and explained things to me. He agreed the car pulls to the right. His solution was he switched the right tire to the left side, so now the car pulls to the left...no surprise there!! Then Charles says it won't stop pulling unless I buy new tires. Although the tires on the car have NEVER pulled at all, until these people worked on it! Then they tried to say it's like a lightbulb that burns out at the last flip of the switch...that this is what all of a sudden happened to the tires on the car....such B.S.!! They are nothing but salesman trying to rip you off!! Yes, they discounted my invoice, after I got a comparable price elsewhere, but since the car now has pulling issues, I should receive a full refund because I have to take it to an honest shop and have it repaired to fix what these people messed up!! Leslie mentioned NTB in Warrenton sucked, well, sassy girl, they don't suck as much as NTB Culpeper!!

Great experience here. Started with inspection, which was organized and thorough. Once it was determined my car needed a lot of repairs, mechanic John was very clear in explaining what was wrong, and showed exactly what was needed to get it safely back on the road.Some time later, once all the parts arrived, I brought it back and Leslie was fantastic with communicating with me and coordinating any issues that John had while working on the car (All Day!).It continued until we picked the car up that evening. John took the time to explain how it all went, and his findings while replacing the suspension and brake parts. I thought of him as a talented surgeon and we decided my car got knee replacements. ;)Highly recommend NTB Culpeper.

I recently just purchased a car and my tire light was a fault . I wasn t sure whether or not I had an issue with my tire but Charles and Leslie reassured me that it was a minor problem and an easy fix. Very grateful to come here . First time experience and the best ! Thank you Leslie and Charles .
