I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for repairs. Next Generation worked with me to keep costs down. They were extremely kind, honest and understanding, and I definitely felt like they put my needs first. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

They ve done fabulous work on our cars several times. Always friendly and super responsive and very communicative. Recently had a sensor issue well after some repair work that I didn t realize was (probably) from a small oversight during the initial repair, and they refunded the entire cost from another mechanic in good faith. Was incredibly impressed by that.

I ve done business with them 3 different times for 3 different projects.1. Realigned my Jeep and brush guard after hitting a deer.2.Repaired my sisters Jeep from storm damage3.Installed a brush guard on my Chevy Colorado.They do excellent work at fair prices and their staff is incredibly friendly. They have common sense and are a joy to work with.You can trust them to take care of your ride.

Brough in my Ram 1500 for a door repair and some other minor repairs, they were able to get it completed in a timely manner and maintained excellent communication with my throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area !

I purchased my 2009 Toyota Scion XB in 2008. It is in its 16th year, and it has served me well. Recently I detected a minor leak and, based on the location, I assumed the moon roof was leaking. I'm relatively new to the Culpeper area, and because I always had my Scion serviced at a Toyota dealership, I naturally reached out there locally first for repair. Unfortunately my moon roof had been installed after-market and the dealership was unable to help me. I had quite a search before finding a business able to service my vehicle... New Generation in Culpeper on Poor Farm Road to my rescue. I made an appointment and was greeted by a very knowledgeable auto body professional who obviously knows his business, and who voluntarily spent about 45 minutes assessing the car for the leak source. He was able to determine that the moon roof is actually not the location of the leak. He made some adjustments on the car that just might take care of the leak all together (my best scenario), and addressed other potential areas of concern with me if in fact his initial repairs failed to eliminate the cause of the leak. Barring that, a scheduled water test will definitely solve the issue. Bottom line, I am confident the leak will be fixed. As a respected customer, I could not be more satisfied. I'm embarrassed that I did not get this man's name. My guess is he owns and/or manages New Generation. What I CAN tell you is he presents very? well, knows his business in-and-out, explains in detail his findings, and treats his customers with a mix of neighborly friendliness and respect. Thank you New Generation.

These guys are awesome! They were willing to work with me to have my car fixed the way I wanted, and not just what an insurance company wants. With a black car everything shows up, my car was perfect!

I searched for a auto body shop. This was the only shop that had the most positive reviews and 4.9 stars. They really should have five stars! My car looks beautiful! A deer had run into. They even vacuumed out my car which most shops won't do. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody! So for this I say a huge thank you!

Car was repaired in a very timely fashion. Next Gen went above and beyond by helping with my claim and calling the insurance company for me to set up a rental. Very helpful shop!

I brought my Suburban to Next Generation on a recommendation from the Chevrolet Dealership. I had minor bumper damage from being rear ended and I wanted the car to look perfect. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. They had to replace the bumper cover and paint it to match. They were able to get the backup sensors perfect as well. You can't tell that the bumper cover was replaced. They use factory parts also. They even pulled my license plate cover off and straightened it out after the auto car wash did a number on it. They were very professional and completed the job a couple days early.Service: Body & Trim

Let me make myself very clear. I am not a family member, associate or otherwise know anyone at Next Generation. I simply am a guy who's truck was sideswiped, mirror destroyed, glass etched, paint damaged, and worried about it. And then, I was referred to NG:I have never dealt with anyone as relaxed but professional, casual but experts. From the moment I called until my final moments after a small part came in and was attached - the service is exceptional. The work was perfect and the customer care was A #1. Faster turn around than expected. Superior work.UPDATE: Again I have needed the services of Next Generation. This time to repair my mistake on creating swirl scratches on the drivers side of my truck. I took it in expecting a huge cost and was pleasantly surprised to find them very hopeful to get it buffed out. Once done BOOM! it looks new. The price was very fair and the customer service was A++. Highly recommend!

When my husband's car had an encounter with a deer, our mechanic recommended Next Generation Auto Body. When he got the car back it looked better than new. Even in bright sunlight you could not tell that it had been repaired and repainted-just flawless work.So when I had a front bumper and wheel/tire scrape, I took my truck to Next Generation. They took care of everything; replacing the tire and wheel plus fixed the bumper scrape with the same meticulous work. Plus my truck was returned to me washed and vacuumed.I highly recommend Next Generation Auto Body for their great body work and outstanding customer service.

Folks here are so friendly. You feel they are committed to quality work and excellent customer service. My car was ready when promised and best job of paint matching I have ever experienced with a repair. This is the only shop I will take my cars to for auto body work. Great experience.

Failed inspection at another shop due to a missing body mount bolt. Bought the bolt myself and found it didn't align right. Called Next Gen and they told me to come by and were able to put the bolt in for me within 5 minutes. Very friendly and professional.

They did a great job fix my door on my old truck that was sagging thing closes perfect now. Hopefully this spring I'll be taking my other new truck over there because I have a couple chips in the paint and they're going to fix that too

Honest people who aren't trying to maximize their profit AND do a fantastic job. They gave me solid advice on what to do with damage from a minor collision and didn't push unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended!
