I visited Napa store on Saturday morning, I was gteated by staff shouting & swearing very loud mostly from the guy who was not wearing uniform I thought he was an unhappy customer at first but sadly no he works there, also the store stank of marijuana.I felt like I was an inconvenience asking for parts so i left empty handed.I would have given zero stars but had to give one to leave my comment.I ended up purchasing parts for my truck from Auto Zone with no problems they were much more professional.

The folks at Culpeper NAPA are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an unfortunate warranty claim and they replaced everything free of charge. NAPA customer for life.

I called them in the morning and have them the details of which part I needed. The gentleman in the phone told me I could pick it up the next day after 8AM. I showed up at 9 the next day and sure enough, the part was there. Highly recommend.

The Culpeper, VA NAPA is one of the best Napa Stores that I have ever shopped in.I am in this Store at least 1 - 2 times per week. The Staff here are very knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you with your needs.They stock a good Inventory of Tools & Shop Equipment, which is what I shop for here the most.I would recommend this NAPA to anyone.
