Honest and great customer service! They will always correct any mistakes and will just do an excellent job off the bat! Fantastic shop! Kevin and Josh have helped me consistently and have provided just an excellent level of service that I have not seen at another shop. Highly highly recommend working with these guys at this shop. It s hard to find a shop that you can trust well and this is it!!!

Great work. Had alignment done. Took them a while longer due to my vehicle, not them. Charged me same as quoted. Maybe actually $10 less? They checked and adjusted everything right. Not only toe like a lot of other shops have done for me. Overheard their front desk guys communicating well and taking care of elderly and less knowledgeable customers very professionally. Will come back and give them my business more in future.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They worked me in on a busy, short handed day when I was in a pickle. The customer service was above and beyond. I appreciate everything they did to help me out.

Josh and the team have never steered me wrong! (Sorry, couldn't resist)Always gives good advice and honest answers, I've compared.I was referred 6 years ago. Recently referred a friend visiting from Williamsburg.The work needed was 1/3 the price quoted at home!!Josh hires excellent mechanics!

The best words to describe Josh and his team are attentive and honest. They make me feel like I am part of their family and they treat me just like they would one of their own. There has never been a time that I haven't been greeted by name or asked how I was doing. They care about the car owner and it truly shows. They will forever have my business.

I've been a customer for years, well before the name change. I've known the manager Josh for years and have trusted NO ONE else with my vehicles since high school. Honest, fair, skilled workmanship, timely, and trustworthy.

I love these guys. They do their 100% best. Make an appt before you go so you can be served in a timely manor as excellent service gets a lot of business.

Took my car in for tire balancing cause another shop did a bad job. McCarthys not only rebalanced the tires but also explained to me how they balanced the wheels both on the inner and outer side of the rim and 100% corrected the issue. It drive great!! Additionally they were extremely polite and the counter manager was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. Finally the price was lower than the other local shops. Grade A service!!!!

Nice folks. Great mechanics. Fair prices. There are a lot of shops in town that can say the same, but what the others dont do is treat you like a neighbor not a number. That's why I like McCarthy.

I LOVE McCarthy Tire! You guys are so fast and sooo honest! I just had my car in there because I had a screw in my tire. When I came to pick it up y all said it was free of charge because it didn t puncture anything and no air was leaking. I know of plenty other mechanic shops that would have just lied and still charged for it.. I certainly would have never known.. so thank you! You guys rock!! And this is exactly why I always recommend y all to everyone I know!

If you're looking anywhere else for your car maintenance needs your wasting your time. Josh and Derek are the best customer service reps and mechanics you could deal with. Fair and honest. I'll nvever take my cars anywhere else.

I brought my car to McCarthy Tire Service because there was loud screeching on my passenger side tire. Turns out it was a bent metal piece of the brakes rubbing against the rotors. Staff fixed it quickly, explained the situation to me, and was honest. Thank you for the service!
