My car died after 12 long years of faithful service. Mario was able to get me in something quickly, and something that I actually wanted. The vehicle runs great and looks great. I m very satisfied.

MARIO MARTIN is the absolute best sales person that I have encountered. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Mario explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle go directly to Mario for the best service. I will definitely be contacting Mario every time I am in the market for another vehicle.

I recently worked with Mario at this location and I must say it was a great experience. He s very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond. He definitely has a thorough knowledge for vehicles, and a passion for it as well. Unfortunately, I was unable to make a deal this time around, but will definitely be revisiting and sending others his way in the future.

10/10-HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great car buying experience!!We just bought a car from here! In all, from first talking to Robert to financing, signing the papers, and driving off the lot, it was 3 hours! Robert was so patient with us, as well as, very open, honest, and knowledgeable about what we wanted! He made sure to stick within our budget and showed us options we did not even consider at first! The whole team was very willing to work with us and so kind!

We have bought our last few cars here and the experience was good enough for us to return again! However, this time we just happened by chance to be greeted by salesman, Robert! He is amazing! Very friendly, patient and down to earth! I didn t feel like he was only about the sale! He genuinely seemed like he wanted what was best for us also! He was not pushy and didn t rush us! He listened and answered every question we had! (Even through text, he replied within a timely manner)! This dealer is a great place to shop for used cars but Robert made our experience was above the top this time! Thank you, Robert!

So far their service is good and sales are good. Will edit this when I officially get my car.Updated: I got my car and I will say they went above and beyond.They replaced the window panels and the center console of my car. It runs great and just feels really good. Thank you koons for a really great experience in a stressful situation.

Came in to see Mario and he definitely made my experience easy! He was knowledgeable and I didn t feel like he was just trying to put me in any car! He took the time to listen and helped me actually choose the car I wanted!! Definitely recommend working with him!!

Eddie is amazing! Very thorough and committed to providing the most superior customer service. The entire team is compassionate and go out of their way to accommodate customers. Definitely 5 stars!!! Robert was my sales man.He was Great and very helpful. He help me pick out the perfect choice for me. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Car buying can be brutal not only for the buyer but the salesman too. I have nothing but good things to say about Jason at KOONS and his professionalism during the whole process. He knew what I asked for and even through all the headache he made my experience with this purchase absolutely wonderful along with making sure that I got what I had asked for in my vehicle. I will recommend him as a salesman to anyone who is in search for a car. I have purchased three cars from KOONS and never had an issue with any of my vehicles. Eddie is fantastic. He made the process easy and painless. This was probably the quickest we have ever been at a dealership, usually it takes from sun up to sun down but Eddie was extremely efficient. He wasn t pushy by any means. If you are on the market for a new or used vehicle, let Eddie take care of you!

I got my car from Koons back in 2018 with the help of Eddie Fuller. Eddie was great! He made the experience for my wife and I very easy and enjoyable. We both got our vehicles from Koons and Eddie made it happen. We don't trust anyone else but him with our questions and service. I would recommend Eddie Fuller to anyone who is looking for great service and information on how to purchase your new/next vehicle.

David was awesome, I called told him my situation and he completely helped me out. Stayed way past his time he was supposed to be off, was patient with me, made sure I was took care of and even ran out to the store to get my daughter gummy worms to make her happy during the process! Quick, easy and all the workers were very helpful. S/O to Heather as well for dealing with my insurance and getting my new car added! Great time and pleasant experience!
