I ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes over the years and in many states, as I travel for work.This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient. The main manager Jarret is what all managers should be. You can tell he s a professional and that the guys respect him. You don t ever want to lose this guy because managers like him are few and hard to find.When I pull in until I m ready to leave they treat me with respect and kindness!

I took my truck in for an oil change and the gentleman that helped me was quick, kind, and very informative. I ended up needing an engine flush as well. I got an update every step of the way about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend giving Jiffy Lube your business!

I normally get both of my cars serviced here. It had recently snowed and there was snow on the top of my car and a little on the windshield. Upon pulling up, I was greeted and asked what service I came for. I was the told by an employee YOU need to back your car up and get the snow off before you pull in here. The guy seemed kind of aggressive. He didn t ask me if I would mind removing the snow; I was told to. I apologize for not realizing snow on the top of my car would ve been a problem. But the way I was spoken to was unacceptable coming from an employee of a company that I am paying close to $100 for an oil change. I was also not asked what type of oil I wanted (as far as conventional, synthetic, or blend). Even if it was in the computer that I normally ask for the blend for my car, it would ve been nice to have been asked/confirmed. They just started pouring oil in without asking me anything! Luckily, it was the blend like I had planned but again, I should ve been asked. I saw the techs pouring oil into my car and freaked. I went outside and told them I wasn t asked what oil I wanted? And instead of an apology, I was told by two of the techs that it was a blend. And that it was in the computer what I normally get.Finally, the same individual asked me if I would like my air filter checked. I told him yes, he brought the filter in to show me, and it looked slightly dirty but definitely not ready to be changed. The guy lied and said, your filter is pretty dirty. Do you want us to change it? I declined after inspecting the filter. I understand that upselling is part of business, but if the filter doesn t need it, he should ve said that it did not need to be changed. Not lie to me to try to get me to buy another. I m so disappointed.In the past, I ve received nothing but excellent service from Jiffy Lube here in Culpeper. I ve even been offered more of a discount when I asked if I could use a coupon, with techs in the past asking if I had coupons and when I replied yes, they d say they could get me an even better coupon. This was good business! This is the reason I continued to service both of my cars at Jiffy Lube, time and time again.After this last experience, though, I will take my business elsewhere.

First time at this one, just went in for an oil change. they were all very friendly and very polite. The guy inside talked to my 2 year old as well while we waited. Definitely recommend.

Had a very good experience. Did not get hard sell. But as with all Jiffy Lube locations they want to sell you everything they can think of. And these will not be cheap. Once you know that, things go much better. This location has the best staff. I give them A+. Again I never feel pressured when they present options. I'll be back. Convenience and service wins!

My service today and all previous visits have been very positive. The technicians are kind and informative. I ve never felt pressured or anything other than taken care of. My car s oil requirements can be pricey, which is understandable, and I ve never had any issues redeeming applicable coupons. I was given an estimate before the work was done, which I found very helpful. Great crew, and excellent service.Service: Oil change

They're very efficient and fast, great customer service. However this is the third time that I've been told they were out of stock on Air vents with no heads up for when they will be back on inventory. Just a minor inconvenience.

So this happened last Sat (09/16/23) but it's still bothering me. I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change and tire rotation. However, my car was magically done before anyone had a single conversation with me about what I wanted done. I had to ask what even was done because I had no idea. Turns out, they didn't read my mind and therefore did not do exactly what I had wanted. So I had to wait longer while they fixed it. I did receive a verbal apology, but that was it. While I wouldn't leave poor reviews for genuine mistakes, this really was clearly just someone not bothering to even ask me what services I wanted on my own vehicle. I guess I'm glad they assumed I wanted services that weren't too far off from what I did want (they used the wrong type of oil and didn't do the tire rotation initially), but I definitely won't be back to this location.Services: Tires, Oil change

Only found very good service. Oil change plus other. I've had oil changes from MS TO MD prices on most things including food vary from location to location. I think most of your negative comments are from folks who think they will get a nice refund by complaining. Have met lots of that type.

This particular Jiffy Lube Center is well staffed with knowledgeable mechanics. I will return there when I need service again. I was surprised that they do lots of other maintenance related work on autos like new spark plugs - which I had done as well on my last visit.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

For a fast oil change! J Lube has a tarnished reputation but it's mostly location. This location does a great job never had any issues

When I missed my scheduled appointment with Ford for my oil changed I was looking for a place that didn't require an appointment and I was able to come to Jiffy Lube and they got me taken care of. Unfortunately prices for this are pricey everywhere so expect to pay $100. I did find a coupon for $10 off and that was good.Waited about 45 minutes

First off, the synthetic blend oil change cost $99. It was $75 last time I was there. Secondly instead of telling me whatever problems my car has, they just marked it on the part - they literally wrote LEAKS on the cover to my windshield washer fluid. But didnt tell me. I mean, I KNEW but it's their responsibility to tell me. They also didn't tell me my tires are bald and my brakes are shot. Hard pass on this place - Jiffy Lube will never get my business again and im damned aure telling everyone i know about this.Go to Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, or Manassas and go to Valvoline - $64.99 for a synthetic blend and they have a $15 off coupon online.Service: Oil change

Fast and reliable service. Comfortable waiting room. The employees are friendly. They don't try to up sell too much.The window cleaning could be better. Sometimes my windows are dirtier when I leave than when I arrived.

Quick, affordable, and convenient. The only drawback is their attempts for additional services. Service personnel was polite and very pleasant to converse with. All-in-all, a very good experience

I had my oil changed here and everyone was so awesomely nice and friendly. Definitely a comfortable place. They checked everything as a complimentary service and told me what they noted about my vehicle and asked what I would like to get done with all the information they gathered and also threw some suggestions. Their services were fast. Will come back again.

This is my go-to place for maintaining my BMW and Hydundai.They are friendly, accommodating, and get the job done well in a timely manner. I usually bring my own oil and filters. No problem. They keep my cars running in top condition.

The staff were friendly and professional and the necessary work was completed in a jiffy. My only complaint was that after I left I realized they had added too much air to my tires. The tire pressure was higher than recommended by the auto manufacturer, but that was a quick and easy fix. Overall I was pleased with the quality of my service.

Great service and nice guys! Went for an oil change and my car had some issues, so instead of charging me and doing the service they topped my oil off for free and explained what to tell the mechanic when I went to get it fixed. So grateful for their help!

The guys here were nice and professional, however, when I brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change I noticed afterwards my oil kept getting low. Well, after looking under my car I found they neglected to put a washer which caused me to have an oil leak that could ve turned out worse if I hadn t caught it so I had to pay to get an oil change earlier than needed and waste my money for their mistake. I was hopeful with the reviews this shop had but will never return after that.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for many years. Each time they consistently properly address the needs of my car to keep maintenance up to the requirements. I appreciate how they quickly and efficiently get my car in and out, communicating clearly what is happening with time expectations. Very reliable!
